We are completely bowled over by Mr. Rogers Window...

We are completely bowled over by Mr. Rogers Windows! We needed our front entryway replaced, and were considering replacing a slider and perhaps an entry door to our garage. Having been familiar with the quality of Andersen windows and doors, we discovered Mr.Rogers Windows carried their products so we went to visit their Chesapeake showroom (I strongly recommend that you see them in person so you can see the gorgeous styles first hand and, most importantly, feel the difference in quality...how solidly and smoothly they open and close, and the way the hardware feels when you handle the pulls and fasten the locks). That s where we met Marshall McKenzie, an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful member of the Mr. Rogers team. We arranged for him to visit our home and this experienced gentleman helped us to zero in on the perfect choices and, believe me, you re going to want his experienced eye to guide you because the number of options were a little overwhelming! He took a picture of our home and used their software to show us what our selections looked like on our house... it s a great tool to ensure you ll be extra confident when making a choice. On installation day (ours was a 1 1/2 day install because we ended up ordering all three doors) we were completely wowed by Mr. Craig and Mr. Zach, the team from Mr. Rogers who would be doing the work. The level of detail and perfectionism, combined with how pleasant and courteous they were, would ve impressed the most critical of customers! The pride they took in their craft and how they took the time to show us any structural issues that they uncovered and explained the corrective steps they would take to address them, it was honestly the most impressive thing I ve ever seen from any company or contractor. They were an absolute joy to have in our home. As you d expect, all three doors were expertly installed and they are beyond gorgeous. However, as impressive as their workmen were, what truly impressed us the most was the extent to which this company went to ensure our complete satisfaction. We were notified every step of the way by constant phone contact, knew exactly when and what time the doors they ordered came in and when their people would arrive. There were follow-up phone calls, just to check in and see if there were questions and to double-check if installation dates were still acceptable. They had supervisors coming down to observe the process, and they made a point of introducing themselves and asking us how we thought things were going. This company truly cared to make sure we were 100% delighted with the process and with the finished results. The compliments from our neighbors have been coming in fast and furious, and we are wholeheartedly recommending Mr. Rogers Windows and Marshall McKenzie to them. We honestly feel there cannot be a company with better products or customer service out there. When you have an experience like we had, it s a pleasure to go on record to sing their praises because we know we re able to recommend the very best. We are and will remain Mr. Rogers Windows customers for life because they showed us the integrity and unbelievable work ethic to completely earn it. Simply put, they do it right!!
