Covid 19 test.... lot of chaos....no social distancing....a person will get +ve if he is not after coming here.but maybe all the centres would be like this only.

Customer service on call very bad. Not received call by anyone customer service after many times call. I think need change the call assistance staff.

If you re looking for a genuine and honest report you can trust none other then RML. They have been providing better services from the past so many years and have been doing well in comparison to other pathologies in Lucknow. I trust their reports blindly. Just go for it!! Thanks a ton RML.

Very poor.
The staff is very poorly trained.
I m a doctor myself.
I went to get FNAC of neck node of my wife done.
But even the basic procedure was not followed before FNAC.
there were clearly not aware of what to do.
Firstly the inserted the needle in some nerve which gave her severe tingle over her arm and shoulder.
Then they inserted needle for the second time and entered into a blood vessel rather than node.
Both time they were not able to take the sample correctly. Same was reflected In Their report.

I doubted the procedure so I got a repeat FNAC done at paliwal pathology.
They followed the procedure properly and got the right sample in single attempt.
And gave proper report.

Very poor service.
Please don't play with lives of people.

Customer service not up to the mark. Proper social distancing is not followed. As it's the center for COVID 19 test so it should strictly follow the instructions.
There is a lot of issue in parking the vehicle as they don't have parking space and the road in front is also very narrow.

Online appointments, fee payment &documents upload facilities should be there to maintain social distancing.

The staff is not concerned about your urgency. Pathetic customer experience. Booking an appointment is draconian task. They would respond once if you dial them 20 times. When the pathology is getting huge business why don't they appoint dedicated Telecom operators to book appointments!!!

Rates are quiet high. But satisfaction is more important in case of disease.

Day before yesterday we have done our pcr covid test they told we will get the report on whatsup with 24hr but till now I didn't get my reports.
Even no one is taking our call .

They use low quality chinese machines... better to avoid them.

Booked an appointment for sample collection from home,nobody appeared,had to call the concerned person personaly for sample collection.

When any body reach for vividh test staff are advised pl brought photocopy of snhar card.this is a teadius job,hence u r request to keep a small photo coy or scanner at form distribution counter.to help painent of any age .U may take charge, sr citizen must be provided priority.

You can drive a car till here but there is parking issue. It does not has it's own parking lot and you'll have to park on the road. The road on which it is situated it narrow and it gets blocked with a car so I'll suggest not to drive a car till here. Moreover you if you're driving a car till here then park it somewhere else.
Covid-19 test is also done here.

Do not forget to bring a photocopy of your Adhaar Card. They'll ask for your ID proof when your form is submitted.

People working here are not aware of their own timings. We were told to collect report on Sunday evening at 7 PM. It was clearly mentioned on the receipt and we also confirmed the same at reception too. When we reached there today at 7 PM, guards at the gate informed that they close at 3:30 PM on Sunday. We wasted our time driving in cold weather and reaching there to find the premises closed.

The report is not available online too. They should be more responsible being in medical business.
