My installation began yesterday with the team headed by Craig Bechthold with Zachary Owens and Greg Jones. Craig gave me a call prior to leaving the warehouse to let me know when they expected to arrive and they arrived precisely on time. This team was polite, efficient and ready to get to work. They began the installation with Craig and Greg on the two upstairs windows and Zachary on the front door. It was obvious from the time this team entered my home that they enjoyed what they did and the people they were working with. Their attention to detail was amazing. They were meticulous in cleaning up their work area, as well. Each member of this team took great pride in their work.
With customer service in the majority of businesses these days well below standard, it was quite refreshing to get such top-quality service. I couldn t be happier with my windows, sliding door, and new front door with storm door. I will not hesitate recommending Mr. Rogers Windows to my friends and family in the future. I would like to thank Craig Bechthold, Zachary Owens and Greg Jones for an absolutely outstanding job.
