Unbelievable! From the time their Design Consultant arrived to discuss the company and their window replacement options, Mr. Roger s made numerous promises and then, OVER DELIVERED!!! They were, barring none, the most professional and competent company we have dealt with. The Design Consultant explained their products and all available options thoroughly. The installation crew was on time, arrived fully prepared to work, and conducted themselves with total professionalism. Their finished product was excellent. They took time to explain the operation of the windows, and when they left, the entire yard, driveway, garage was totally cleaned and picked up leaving no evidence of ever being there. I can t say enough about total experience. I was skeptical of their promises, but they have me as a customer for life.
