They installed all of our 24 Windows barely 1 1/2 ...

They installed all of our 24 Windows barely 1 1/2 years ago. They did a great job and I rated the company with 5 *. Based on that we ordered a very high priced Patio door. But this is a disaster.
The young nice person and his helper tried to install this door and the upper window. The door is okay. But as they mounted the upper window, obviously they saw the same as I saw as I came home. The inside bars didn't incline to the horizontal. But instead to be honest and saying: I'm sorry the window is bad, he called his office had a long call and installed the window. Maybe they hoped I do not realize the issue. ( I work in the printing industry and have to do with adjustments in millimeter directions!! I see such faults ). After my complaint we had to wait for more than 3 weeks. No one kept us updated and we thought this morning someone is coming in to check what the problem is. But the Installer came already with a new window. Thus this problem probably is known in that company. They unwrapped the new window and it looked in the same bad shape as the old one. What shall that be? Do you don't check your materials before you go to customers? Now they left with that window again and we have to wait for another time before everything is fixed.
BTW. For that price we could expect that the salesman take care of his sales until everthing is really done. But nothing. The former salesman was nice, he always contacted me and asked for problems or so.
Also no contact, no excuse, nothing from this company.
And you expect that we're rating your company with 5* again?
