I have to write again, although I have already written a review. Mobiletouch responded that they did not know that my device was a non-Europe device, because you need to know the IMEI. This is a lame excuse, because I had to enter the IMEI already when the repair order (see attached screenshot)! I can only describe such behavior as unprofessional.
