1. Repairs under guarantee were carried out relatively quickly, but the device suddenly had a SIM lock afterwards and could no longer be used on the same network as before. There is no communication about the current status of a repair and there is a great delay (if any) in responding to inquiries by email.
2. Repairing the same device to remove the SIM lock (plus replacing the battery with a charge) has already taken 5 months and there is no end in sight; Although the bill has already been paid, I am still waiting for my smartphone and a response in general. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional!
