DEFINITIVE FRAUD !!! FINGER OFF THIS SUPPLIER !! IT IS ALWAYS REMOVED THE SAME MACHINE TO TERMINATE THE PEOPLE !!!

I have clarified my concerns in advance in writing, in particular that I do not want an estimate and no repair, it should not be able to be done on the factory warranty. This was confirmed to me in writing.

The invoice on which the date of purchase and thus the guarantee can be seen, I have enclosed the package. After about 2 weeks of waiting I received a cost estimate to cost about 50CHF, a repair that was never desired and not necessary (400CHF + display and back exchange - both worked perfectly). from the charging socket which is supposed to be repaired no trace. In addition, the noted that the smartphone allegedly have no factory warranty.

I then kindly pointed out by mail that the warranty is still present and it is only about the charging socket. This costs at other portals about 90CHF.

There was a response that I have to pay and it has no factory warranty. I tried again to clarify the situation.

My cell phone was not returned to me as long as I paid for the unwanted and self-made KVA.

Due to the bad grammar and spelling I suspect that the customer service probably lacking German knowledge to even understand what it is all about.

Meanwhile, I had to take legal action to clarify the situation.

As I have learned in the meantime, this is a deliberate scam that is regularly deducted to deliberately cheat customers !!!

Hardly a bad review is written, there is a response. Unfortunately too late.
