Have my phone which I bought at Digitec sent here....

Have my phone which I bought at Digitec sent here. After more than two weeks, I have not even received a confirmation that the device has arrived and is being watched. No answer to emails. On the phone I was told they would not find the device, would have to clarify and would call me back. That did not happen. (I have the confirmation of the post that the device has arrived)
