I had to send in the device 3 times until it was finally 'fixed'. Each time passed about 3 weeks. Finally, I got the third time unasked simply a used model of someone else back with 32gb instead of 64gb. Did not get to the bottom of the matter, because I wanted to have nothing more to do with this company.
