It was a great experience for me with this company; my device (CAT S31) was guaranteed more than once for a (further; unsuccessful) repair at this company.
Of course not repaired again / faults still present; now guarantee over nobody cares ......
Device bought from Digitec; not even interested.

What applies to both companies; super friendly staff (6 stars); Customer service otherwise underground; not available; (-0 stars) Mails are probably checked once a week and then maybe answered once ....

My conclusion; no more Digitec and Mobiletouch; costs lifetime and gives gray hair ....
