Still waiting on a response back from the whole team there at Mike Shaw. Went back in today to drop off my car and was promised a loaner. As promised a loaner was unavailable until next week. Not only that the tech who was suppose to work on my car only works Monday thru Wednesday? Why schedule me on a Thursday? Second wasted trip in the past 2 and a half weeks. I waited 2 weeks just to get the car looked at. Tech confirmed the sound and a month later here we are with no work even attempted on the car. I as well have been trying to get my multi point inspection paperwork from last time. Turns out it was never filled out. Not feeling confident in the whole team right now. I asked to speak to a manager today but you guys don't have one available on Thursdays? I bought this 18 Forester a year ago and now it has a horrible grinding sound when it is in idle.
Update 10/10: Here we are over month later and the problem still hasn't been resolved. I've contacted manager after manager to try and get this expedited with no luck. Andrew, I have called and left multiple messages and never has the time to talk. Either in a meeting or just simply doesn't care. We finally figured out a needed a whole new exhaust on my year old forester. We order the exhaust and after a week it comes in. I come to show up for my appointment and they ended up selling the exhaust....call back to try and re order it after no luck with any service advisor the parts manager said there was never any activity on my account and I'm better off ordering from O Reilly Autoparts myself. I tried this and turns out I have to order it thru Subaru!!! So much time wasted. Beyond frustrated I just want my car fixed. Instead of asking me to take my review down MULTIPLE times how about you guys actually get it together!
