Morrison was excellent about making the extra effort to come out and fix our furnace when we told them we had no heat and a baby, they even came a day before our appointment after we experienced an extra cold night. Very well mannered and professional. Thank you Morrison, would recommend to anyone.

As a first time home owner, I was devastated when my AC unit stopped working. After asking around on who to contact, Morrison was on the top of the list! Well I was not disappointed! Customer service and communication was beyond brilliant !!! From calling the office to the tech guys! My AC had to be replaced and Brad Brown and his team were hands down the best!! The very next day they were at my place replacing my unit, staying over to make sure everything was ok. I will always highly recommend Brad and his Team ( Isaiah Saling, and Bill Miller ) who were more than polite and professional, they were absolutely stellar!!!10 stars and I will never call anyone but Brad Brown at Morrison again!!!
I use them on all of our properties (7 total). They are always professional and price competitive. They are always my choice to use for any HVAC issues or installations. Along with very knowledgeable, I find them to be very courteous of my properties also.

absolutely horrible, they came after 3 days finally, then they tell me I need a new motor and ac refrigerant is ok, then the next day same problems I call they tell me I refused refrigerant which I did not!!! then they want me to pay overtime to get them to do the job right! take my ace don't call them!!
