My wife and I have tried this place twice over the span of about a month. Both times, we have been disappointed, especially our second visit, which I will describe below. First, they have four or five humongous TV monitors behind the cashiers that are supposed to show their menu, but they apparently don't work and have yet to be fixed in the month between our first and second visit. So, we ordered using a paper menu, which were rather sparse in number, on the counter. Then I went to get some utensils and the automatic fork dispenser wasn't working, though there were some batteries sitting on the counter nearby. On the bar, next to their margarita mixers, was a big Bojangles box. I don't know why that was there. Collectively, these issues (one of which wasn't resolved from our first visit) suggest a lack of overall professionalism. The 90.5 sanitation score they currently have suggests I'm not the only one to feel this way. The food itself was OK, at best. In my case, I got some crunchy ground beef tacos, which had plenty of ground beef and the ground beef was good. But, they had next to nothing for lettuce or cheese in them. I don't know how it is possible to screw up making a taco, but IMO they found a way. Finally, the staff, while generally polite, looked rudderless. The only thing this place has going for it is the upscale location that they are in, but I don't think that will mean much if they don't resolve their professionalism and food prep issues. We wish them luck, but we won't be back.
