The salesperson i dealt with gave me by far the worst car buying experience I ve ever had. Soon as i showed interest in a car she brought papers in and told me to sign them and didn t explain what they were. I had to ask questions multiple times to get somewhat of an answer. Tried to keep me in her office when i asked to step out. And then followed me outside and approached my car when i had decided to leave because she made me extremely uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and dishonest salesperson. Mike Shaw seemed like a nice dealership however this person ruined it for me and i ended up going elsewhere
