This was the 2nd Subaru (we now own 3!) we have purchased thru Mike Shaw and we have been loyal customers there for 15+ years for all of our Subaru care and maintenance. As always the staff is friendly, courteous, and makes the buying process as simple as possible. Our sales associate, Christian Carreon, was a really nice guy, with a great sense of humor, and he is extremely knowledgeable about what he's selling. He helped us thru the entire process from internet browsing to leaving the lot with that new car smell invading our senses. We are so glad we have a local Subaru dealer who has a genuine interest in treating customers right!
