Steven is bad***. My first time going to Subaru made me nervous because I was expecting them to try to get over on me. That was not the case here. Steven communicated with me every step of the way so there were no surprises walking in to pick my car up. I highly recommend the extended warranty they offer for used cars. It seriously saved my butt. Also when Steven had a day off Tim took over and did exactly the same as Steven. So shout out to Steven and Tim you guys rock
