In March 2019 I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord sport and was offered free State inspection for the life of the vehicle along with free car washes .Today Is March 13 2020 and I was told that they weren t gonna honor the deal I m totally disgusted the oil change light remain on 30% was still on after oil change .How do I know the oil was really even changed .

i am a longtime Honda owner (29 years now) and have purchased about 10 Honda's over that time for myself, my wife, kids and parents. While Honda has always met my expectations for a car, this recent purchase at Pearson Honda was the absolute best buying experience so far. Butch was an extremely patient and knowledgeable salesman (especially with my picky wife) ensuring we bought the right car for my wife. The finance manager was extremely friendly, honest and expedient with the financing process. This is the first and most likely only place i would visit for my next automobile purchase...Great Job Pearson.

Regardless of where we live, we will not be buying from here because of the very rude salesperson. I was told when I made my drop off appt to get a recall repaired, they'd provide me a courtesy car. What they didn't say was that it comes from Enterprise who "hasn't had returns they normally get". Consequently, I've now been told it will be "at least an hour" before one is available. There are "multiple customers waiting for Enterprise cars". If this is a service Pearson offers, they should have a car available when I arrive. I am now getting my car back, unfinished, so I can go to work.

My husband and I have been in the market for a used oversized SUV for the past 6 months. We had our 3rd child over the summer and found out almost immediately the family Yukon we had for the past 11 years was no longer large enough for us. We have been looking at used Yukon XLs, Denalis and Suburbans for several months - finding a used car that had everything we wanted / needed proved very challenging. That challenge became a lot easier when we came in contact with Charles Carr. He was knowledgeable, patient, fair and extremely professional to work with - we test drove several vehicles while working with Charles. As I mentioned above, he was very patient while we waited to find the perfect fit. We just left Pearson with our 2015 beautiful white suburban this past Saturday and could not have been happier!! We couldn't have been happier with our experience w/ Pearson Honda and Charles Carr!!

I had an incredible experience at Pearson Honda. Made online contact and was immediately contacted by Yolanda. Visited the store on Feb 14th and assigned Tex as my sales representative. I have bought 12 vehicles in my lifetime over 40 years and can honestly say this was my best experience ever. Tex is professional, courteous, respectful, well versed on the fleet, and understands the car buying experience. Based on this experience we bought the car, 2019 Honda Passport Elite AWD. Tex made sure we were comfortable with all the bells and whistles on this Trim and helped me set it up. He called me today to see how I was doing, had a couple questions and over the phone helped me change the set up. Highly recommend contacting Tex for your next car-buying need. Just bought a 2017 Civic touring yesterday and I was really impressed by how quick the process was! Most dealerships dont seem to care that they are keeping you there for 4 hours but Shawn and team had it all together for me and it felt like I was in and out in less than an hour! That is an impressive feat. I drove over 45 minutes past 3 other Honda dealers and I am 100% happy I did. If you need a car check out Pearson Honda on Hull st. Three strikes and I'm done! My car was due for recalls so I called and made an appointment at Pearson Honda. I was told that when I arrived at 7:30am that a rental car would be ready for pickup. I have to be at work at 8am, so this time worked for me. I arrived and the rental car was not ready. I did not receive the rental car until 8:15am, which made me late to work. I was told the job should take two hours and that I would be notified when it was complete. I received an email "important - I have some time sensitive information to discuss with you". Since they had my car in the shop I was worried about what was wrong with my car. I called immediately 5+ times, as it kept going directly to voicemail, trying to find out what was wrong with my car. I was finally transferred to the gentleman who had emailed me and he was a salesman who wanted to let me know what my car was worth and wanted to sell me a new car. That is ridiculous! I was stressed that something was wrong with my car! Then I called the service department again to see if my car was finished. I called several times before I was answered and then put through to someone's voice mail. I called again as I was leaving work after 4pm, 8 hours later, and the receptionist said yes my car was done. I hung up and immediately received the call back from the service department saying my car was finished. I understand being understaffed, however their phone system is horrible. After all this I will not return to Pearson Honda.

The after sales experience was very thorough as they went through all that the car can do. Very happy customer. Also want to mention that the service department is great.

The showroom/waiting room at Pearson is comfortable & pleasant. The staff, Mr. Goodman & Rick, sold me a fine Honda & great amenities. I chose them because of Mr. G, Rick, the pleasant waiting room with spring water. Mr. Jackson was a swell salesman & pleasant with his sharing on figs! Try them. You needn't buy. Just visit & look. I had leased a Honda CRV back in 2014 and was really happy with my choice. About a month ago I went in to talk to the same sales person who did my lease about my options since it was time for me to make a decision. He was not helpful at all and was quite rude when I told him that buying my CRV was probably the best choice. He gave me no instructions on the buyout process and 4 weeks later I am still dealing with this lease. He gave me no instruction in regards the buyout paper work and I had no idea about all I had to do through the DMV. I will not be giving this dealership my business again and that is a shame since at one point my family had purchased 3 cars though them.

I've been bringing my 2013 Accord to Pearson since I bought it new. Service has been fine so I decided to bring my 2011 Prius to them as well for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I even brought an oil filter in case they didn't have one in stock. I showed up for the appointment with their standard "coupon" for the oil change and was told it didn't apply to my Toyota, pointing out the fine print that said it "may" not apply to a non-Honda, which I hadn't seen. They knew what I was bringing when I made the appointment. At my request to honor the coupon and stating that I wasn't going to do the service without it, I was essentially given a "fine, get lost" response. For this interaction they earn a single star.

Took my vehicle in for recalled airbag and figured that I would try the dealership service once again after not having such a great experience the last time I took it in. I asked that they also perform an oil change while they had it for the airbag replacement. After about an hour they said it was done and they where washing it and it would be out in a bit. So I went and paused for the oil change. When it arrived back in the bay it was not washed like they said. I had to ask someone to do it and wait. Once they brought it back I got in and noticed that the oil pressure light was on. I asked about that because the oil change inductor percentage had not been reset either. I asked if they had actually changed it any they said oh yes, definitely it was changed and that they would reset the indicator. After trying for a few minutes I pointed out that the oil lamp light was lite up and they said oh, will be right back and took the car back into the shop. Certainly looked like they forgot to put oil back in it. After waiting 30 minutes from when I paid I was finally on my way.
I will not be taking my vehicles back to this dealership for service. I expect much better service from a dealership, especially from a Honda brand.

I am here to update my review because the front desk women are so rude. I own a 2018 Honda Accord so I came in to this location where I purchased and I told the check in women I had received a discount email from them. She states it s fine etc etc. so when I m checking out and paying for my ticket I also tell the cashier I have the coupon in my email. She continues to tell me they don t send out coupons in email anymore and if so it would be expired and she keeps turning around to the lady who was siting diagonal from her to validate her claims. I m like mam I received this email from you all about 2-3 days ago. So I ask her is the coupon applied she says yes. Then she gives me an itemized receipt and this women did NOT apply my coupon so I had to stand there longer to get a refund. They were very rude and then I was literally harassed via email and follow up calls to take there survey. Stop forcing people to leave good reviews and do surveys it s ANNOYING!!!!!!!

I recently purchased my second car this year from Pearson Honda. I got lucky on the first car and happened to meet Shawn Snider. Shawn provided a hassle free, fast and flawless experience the first time through so I reached back out to him on this most recent purchase. Shawn went to the trouble of locating and bringing in the exact color/trim level I wanted. I was pressed for time and didn't have an opportunity to properly inspect the vehicle when he initially handed over the keys, but I brought a couple minor imperfections to his attention and he personally looked after the detailing and made the thing showroom perfect. I'm endlessly impressed with the level of customer service this guy provides. If you're looking for a Honda I strongly recommend you seek out Shawn Snider at Pearson Honda.

Great sales philosophy. My wife and I were looking for a minivan and Pearson Honda helped wash the bad taste out of my mouth left by Haley Toyota over the weekend (please see my scathing review of them if you're considering a Toyota).

Unlike Haley, Pearson was up-front, transparent and eager to make a fair deal. They provided an itemized quote of all costs without me even asking them to, they gave me the current promotional lease terms without me asking, and they applied the current lease cash to the offer; again, without me having to ask. Nothing was hidden and I knew *exactly* what the terms of the deal were.

I generally know everything about the car I'm looking to lease or purchase before I ever set foot into the dealership. I use that as an opportunity to gauge the integrity of a dealership. If they voluntarily offer me all of the current promotional benefits without me having to ask, and if their initial offer is in the general ballpark of where I know the price should be then I know they're a company I can work with. If they don't, then they'll never get my business. Haley failed miserably while Pearson passed with flying colors.

I drove down there this afternoon and drove away in a new Odyssey within a couple hours. It's one of the smoother transactions I've ever had at a dealer.

Shawn Snider was the sales guy who helped me and I would certainly recommend him. It was a very 5-star experience. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that their service center doesn't let me down, as that seems to be where most of the complaints are coming from.

Greg Gohlke is very professional. His experience and knowlwdge of Honda is an assest to the dealership. This is the second Honda we have purchased for our family from Pearson Honda with Greg as our sales consultant. We were replacing a 2004 Pilot with a 2017 Pilot. A lot has changed with the vehicle once 2004. Greg thoroughly walked us through the vehicles features upon delivery. I rate the experience a 10 out of 10.

Waylon is usually who calls me to give updates on how the work is going and he lets me know what is recommended that I take care of but also understands budget limitations and doesn't push me to buy things I don't need. Absolutely first class experience from start to finish. Victor Winston, our salesman is the absolute best so much so that between my son and I, we ve bought four Honda s from him. Along with Victor, the Sales Manager, Finance Manager and the entire staff made things as comfortable as possible for us throughout the process.
