Three strikes and I'm done! My car was due for recalls so I called and made an appointment at Pearson Honda. I was told that when I arrived at 7:30am that a rental car would be ready for pickup. I have to be at work at 8am, so this time worked for me. I arrived and the rental car was not ready. I did not receive the rental car until 8:15am, which made me late to work. I was told the job should take two hours and that I would be notified when it was complete. I received an email "important - I have some time sensitive information to discuss with you". Since they had my car in the shop I was worried about what was wrong with my car. I called immediately 5+ times, as it kept going directly to voicemail, trying to find out what was wrong with my car. I was finally transferred to the gentleman who had emailed me and he was a salesman who wanted to let me know what my car was worth and wanted to sell me a new car. That is ridiculous! I was stressed that something was wrong with my car! Then I called the service department again to see if my car was finished. I called several times before I was answered and then put through to someone's voice mail. I called again as I was leaving work after 4pm, 8 hours later, and the receptionist said yes my car was done. I hung up and immediately received the call back from the service department saying my car was finished. I understand being understaffed, however their phone system is horrible. After all this I will not return to Pearson Honda.
