Took my vehicle in for recalled airbag and figured that I would try the dealership service once again after not having such a great experience the last time I took it in. I asked that they also perform an oil change while they had it for the airbag replacement. After about an hour they said it was done and they where washing it and it would be out in a bit. So I went and paused for the oil change. When it arrived back in the bay it was not washed like they said. I had to ask someone to do it and wait. Once they brought it back I got in and noticed that the oil pressure light was on. I asked about that because the oil change inductor percentage had not been reset either. I asked if they had actually changed it any they said oh yes, definitely it was changed and that they would reset the indicator. After trying for a few minutes I pointed out that the oil lamp light was lite up and they said oh, will be right back and took the car back into the shop. Certainly looked like they forgot to put oil back in it. After waiting 30 minutes from when I paid I was finally on my way.
I will not be taking my vehicles back to this dealership for service. I expect much better service from a dealership, especially from a Honda brand.
