I was told when I made my drop off appt to get a recall repaired, they'd provide me a courtesy car. What they didn't say was that it comes from Enterprise who "hasn't had returns they normally get". Consequently, I've now been told it will be "at least an hour" before one is available. There are "multiple customers waiting for Enterprise cars". If this is a service Pearson offers, they should have a car available when I arrive. I am now getting my car back, unfinished, so I can go to work.
