I recently purchased my second car this year from Pearson Honda. I got lucky on the first car and happened to meet Shawn Snider. Shawn provided a hassle free, fast and flawless experience the first time through so I reached back out to him on this most recent purchase. Shawn went to the trouble of locating and bringing in the exact color/trim level I wanted. I was pressed for time and didn't have an opportunity to properly inspect the vehicle when he initially handed over the keys, but I brought a couple minor imperfections to his attention and he personally looked after the detailing and made the thing showroom perfect.
