Consciously when I needed and my requests were consistent with the MBA signed grant it worked correctly. The worst insurance ever. Do not count on refunds as per contract (30 working days). At least 8 months pass.
Do not try to ask what becomes of your practice .... a call center answers you (telephony type) not at all aware ... your practice is in progress ..... and so on with each passing day.

NOT RECOMMENDED: Low quality assistance, total inconvenience for the user.
Due to the CCNL exchange rate, our company has gone from FAST / Unisalute Fund (which I evaluate 5/5) to this (which I evaluate 1/5).

- Very high deductible for direct take-over ( 40, compared to 15 before).
- Call center hours identical to the working hours; and the coffee break time is never enough to take the line (before I had a convenient continuous schedule to be able to call the Health Fund during a lunch break, in order to protect my privacy).
- Telephone operators unprepared (I was denied a refund due to "performance not covered by the Fund according to par 18." after, before booking the visit in question, I had read the text of the commitment to the operator, who had confirmed the refund option).
- Unequivocally expressed textbook conditions such as "lark mirror" and on several occasions the telephone operator was unable to answer my doubts: ergo bad service and no certainty of post-performance reimbursement.

Based on my experience, I consider this greeting fund much lower than others in the past (with another CCNL).

Get away from this mutual. Inserted reimbursement practice in indirect form on 02/09. Only a month later I am told that the medical certificate of the Specialist Orthopedic was not exhaustive. Obbligatory the doctor who provides me with a new certificate that I post once in the documentation concerning the practice on 07/10. Contact and contact the customer service that tells me that the practice first appears to be in progress, then after a few days that is in view of the Medical Commission. To date, 10/12 (three months after the incident), the practice is still being processed. You are talking about a refund of 100 for specialist examination in respect of an annual amount I paid, which amounts to around 1500 a year. DO NOT need to add anything else.

Member for 5 years, I have always found willingness to listen, thoughtfulness, professionalism and fast and certain repayment times. My whole family had the opportunity to do oncological, cardiological check-ups and in-depth dental visits, at no cost; at the end of each visit a short questionnaire asks the member for his opinion on the treatment received.
He is a partner of the best healthcare facilities here in Lombardy and in times COVID activated - at no cost to the member - ad hoc guarantees.

Unlike what is lapidarily and erroneously written by Mr. Moretti, I remember that being a member means sharing mutual values and that you have rights and duties. You are a NON customer member. Actually getting a refund is not easy.
In my case, ecg under stress prescribed by my doctor for tachycardia, paid in advance by me (the clinic provided for indirect reimbursement), I suspend the reimbursement and I require a medical certificate with which the specialist provides the next and remote medical history etc etc.
So, following a logical thread, I should anticipate the money for the visit of the specialist more for the ecg under stress and then hope in the repayment of both. Comparing with other health insurances, I have seen that the situation is different, that is, the doctor's request and the invoice from the affiliated clinic are sufficient.
I also think that the MBA does not provide direct assistance / reimbursement, as if it were so it would not be possible to obtain the pro-oral and remote anamnesis and the entire patient's medical history.
Unless later the MBA does not recover the money that the member has not paid at the time of the visit / performance.
If I then read that establishing the border between previous and non-prior is not easy, well, a little worry me.

But after a few years things changed communications with "customers" began to become very formal, in fact I was refused refund procedures with the documentation in order, then I could not understand what was happening and in fact I began not to contact more to the company that I had always believed in health insurance disguised as Mutual Assistance, indeed there was a period in which I had looked around and I wanted to transit with a classic insurance company, to which I had already asked for a quote, until I didn't come into contact with an MBA promoter and manager (Cristiano SPREGA) who changed the way I see the company, no longer as a mere masked insurance company but a real mutual assistance company. I really have to thank dr. EXPLAIN, for making me understand that there are professionals behind it, a mission of true solidarity and at the same time the ability to empower end users to become no longer merely assisted, but members aware of their rights and prerogatives. The product is sold by agents who do not even know what it is and who omit to say 90% of the decisive information to access the services. The price is competitive because in fact they try in every way to not liquidate anything and they also manage well because they use the technique of suspending the practice indefinitely, thus doing away with the breach of contract (which would result in compensation for those who stipula) and lead to the exhaustion of the patient (who exhausted leaves and does everything at his own expense). To obtain reimbursement, it is not sufficient, as with other policies, that the doctor prescribes visits and analyzes; they also challenge the doctor's prescriptions because they want to know exactly when the problem has arisen / if a therapy has been made and then if they consider it opportune / valid, they perhaps consent to the reimbursement. I despaired, yet another request for documentation, I also attached the reports of magnetic resonance and other high diagnostic investigations and still have not repaid me because they have doubts about the actual existence of pathology (which is detailed by the report!). I had several other policies at a slightly higher cost, but with much higher results .... With results !!!. Unfortunately, this time I thought to save a little bit and I chose the MBA mutual thinking I did well, in fact I got cheated more than 1,500 without getting anything in return. I hope that my opinion can be of use to as many people as possible because you are not joking with health and not speculating on the skin of others. SHAME!!!!

I have had several practices among specialized diagnostic tests in facilities and cataract surgery and I have to say that is substantially always went all right until ad'ora. The things that can be improved in my opinion are the times 1) the waits for the switchboard for contacts with the operators 2) the waits for reimbursements, in excess of 60 days. I do not recommend this policy to anyone.It is an authorized theft ... from the customer the requirements that must be met are:

Non sottoscrivete mutue con questi burocrati disonesti, che non rimborsano nulla, vi fanno parlare con un call center che non sa nemmeno cosa sta dicendo. Non contate su rimborsi di alcun tipo. Se un paziente sta male, va dal medico di base e questo prescrive delle indagini vogliono sapere la patologia ! Ma se non la sa il medico e richiede degli esami specialistici per capire qual'e' la patologia cosa dovrebbe scrivere ? Sono solo scuse burocratiche per non pagare nulla . Primo anno di iscrizione ed ultimo: sono riusciti a sottrarmi 2500 .
