I have already negatively reviewed the "mutual" on another occasion and I would not have told the new negative experience ... if I had not once again listened to a famous Roman ether barker start over with his "tips".
At the end of September I ask for an appointment with the Orthopedist and clinic affiliated with the MBA for a right hip prosthesis implant. Having been operated on the left hip 11 years ago, they ask me to authorize the medical record of the previous surgery.

Congratulations for the seriousness! I requested a contact in order to know the mutual and its services. I was contacted by a person who set me an appointment in early February. No one showed up at that appointment. After two days, he always calls me to the same person and apologizes, telling me he has made a mess and sets me a new appointment on February 28th. Same story! Nobody shows up and calls me the next day telling me the same story. Two mornings of work lost. If this is the seriousness with which they operate during the accession, I can imagine what can happen to any refund request! Congratulations!
