Bad service, totally unsatisfied, stay away from him.
In fact, if someone like me is waiting for reimbursement of medical expenses or hospitalization allowances and cannot understand why, we could join together to try a common cause towards this "mutual".

Personally I have lost count of the times I have called the call center, among other things they have delegated the service to another company. Operators are properly trained !!!! they just say that the practice is in the works, when you point out that it has been in the works for several months, they say that they know nothing, that they can only make a reminder, but when you ask for a reminder of the reminder, just to be sure that is done, they tell you they can't do it.
They practically armored the system to bring people to exhaustion, who sooner or later will give up their reimbursement.
