I found my insurance through them (FACILE.IT) and they should have given me "good and medical insurance" in Homage, instead they gave me nothing because they told me that I did everything alone.
But I took advantage of their services and on the practice is specified, "Conditions: Easy" so why not give me what was promised? Otherwise, with regard to the insurance, under the heading CONDITION there should be written Maurizio, the one who signed it.

However, I have been using the site for about 10 years and I must say that I have always found myself very well both in finding the most convenient car insurance for me and in the reception and assistance procedures in cases of accident. In my opinion, I would recommend the site to everyone and among other things, I believe that the convenience of doing everything from home without too many "flaps" has added value. The only flaw is the excessive publicity to which you have to submit when you leave the various contacts, but obviously it is the price to pay !!

I entered my data for the estimate of a RCA, denying any consent for various contacts and any other, but I receive daily emails from them ... via a link in their emails I reach the page to delete the account created, but look case the link is not responding and the account remains active ... if in doubt it was firefox, I try both with safari and with chrome, but the result is always the same: YOU'RE NOT PERMITTED TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT ...

They never answer when you need them, then call you two hours later when you're busy. For three days I tried to talk to easy.it to help me with the motorcycle poll and I couldn't. After doing it myself they called me (3 hours later).
In addition to this problem, it often happens that you see the price on their website, the conditions, but they do not offer you everything, on the website of the insurance companies you can change certain things, add services that cannot be done through Facile.it.
My advice is to look at the prices there and then go directly to the website of the one you liked the most and do directly from there.
