Adriana Stilo, I put my face on it. I have been an MBA member for 6 years and a promoter for 5. My requests for refund have not always been successful. Consciously when I needed and my requests were consistent with the MBA signed grant it worked correctly. Of course I would have preferred to have always reimbursed everything, but we are a mutual with precise rules and the correctness of the members is fundamental.
