The worst insurance ever. Do not count on refunds as per contract (30 working days). At least 8 months pass.
Do not try to ask what becomes of your practice .... a call center answers you (telephony type) not at all aware ... your practice is in progress ..... and so on with each passing day.
Only when you put everything in the hands of a lawyer do they begin to move .... but that's not how it works.
