I am part of a company policy. I have experienced the MBA several times positively for specialist exams. My first (and hopefully) single surgery, which involves A night of hospitalization, is however accepted with the day hospital with intervention formula. The doctor sets a further request with the reasons for the over night stay (anesthesia, post surgical, etc) I send them. Always rejected with the same formula. Perhaps they don't believe in doctors (yet they are a well-known hospital entity) or their medical commission is hit by a delirium of omnipotence and omniscience.
