Well after a few years they deigned to respond to my review by strangling with many beautiful words, further confirmation that the appearance matters more than the good work done mah '
I state that immediately after my first review I was contacted, they invited me to cancel it sooner than to ask me the reason for the negative review how little seriousness ... !!!

Really bad service, never received refunds but above all you cannot get a telephone contact to make appointments for visits
if you send requests online after a few weeks they reject them for invented reasons, I state that I made a very onerous family policy and after 4 months my daughter had health problems she was 3 years old and lasted a few months.

Not to mention the fact that after giving notice (as per contract) notified 3 months before the contract expiry, they continued to take money from my checking account for further installments pretending not to have received any cancellation and today they ask me for other months not due.
