Amazing team. Wayne and Jennifer were awesome! Jennifer was the most thorough, honest business manager I ve dealt with in many years of car buying.
Amazing team. Wayne and Jennifer were awesome! Jennifer was the most thorough, honest business manager I ve dealt with in many years of car buying.
Accommodating, prompt cheerful service.
Attentive to details. Jenna has my vote for employee of the year!
Loved sitting upstairs ...quiet and pleasant. Great not having the intrusive sounds of a television.
Gina was excellent, very friendly and attentive! I really appreciate the amazing customer service.
Super supportive, flexible, and a pleasure to buy from. This is my 2nd car from them, and there will definitely be a 3rd.
The walk through the process, deal fairly, without any of the "car salesman" stuff.
Highly recommend!
I got an oil change there today for a car that I got back in September. The service staff were very friendly and I even came out to my car being freshly cleaned! It was such a nice surprise. The lounge was also comfortable and the wait wasn t bad at all
I'd recommend Mazda Gallery to anyone interested in a car. Mazda build the best car for the money and Kayshawn Jolly's relaxed approach was refreshing. Not a shock, though. I've been coming to Mazda Gallery to have my previous car serviced for years and they've had me sold for a while. Just a great organization top-to-bottom. Free car washes (even if you just happen to be driving by) don't hurt either!
I had a great experience buying a new car with Brian Ciavola at Mazda Gallery in Norwood. I have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so!
Bad service, lazy employee and NEVER ON TIME. Have an appointment on Tuesday and everyone disappeared since Monday.
Such nice people here. Very helpful and ready to help you find what you re looking for.
Had an AMAZING experience from start to finish. Joe Damiano was the sales man that my boyfriend and I worked with and he was such a help and so nice/professional. He was honest and helpful and allowed for a smooth transition into my next vehicle which I love. I am sure we will be coming back for our next vehicle!
We had an excellent experience at Mazda Gallery and specifically with our client advisor, Richard (Richie) Kutrzman. We'd just had an absolutely terrible time with Subaru (I'd been a customer of theirs for nearly 17 years) and Chevrolet, and ended up at Mazda Gallery just an hour before closing time on Sunday after a very long and discouraging day. We gave Richie our spiel -- we knew what we wanted, what our budget was and that we wanted to put zero down, and that we didn't want to be "smooth talked." He asked us what our must-haves and like-to-haves were, and got us into a CX-5 AWD right away that had everything we were looking for. From the second we got in the car we were in love. Richie accompanied us on the test drive and was very respectful about letting us discuss our thoughts without interjecting unless we had a question. Back at the dealership, my partner and I excitedly whispered that this was OUR car; now the numbers just had to come back right. The first set of numbers were so discouraging, and we saw our dream car slipping away -- until I realized that they'd run the number for a sale, not a lease. Richie was further able to get us additional money down for our trade-in and our monthly payments ended up just $56 higher than the payments for my 2012 Subaru Forester. The finance manager unfortunately had left for the day (Richie stayed late for us!), so we put down a refundable $500 deposit and went back the following Tuesday to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. Richie patiently taught us every single little detail about our new vehicle since it came with so many bells and whistles that were new to us. We now fight over who gets to drive our car, which we've named Doug. We'd highly recommend Mazda Gallery and specifically Richie Kurtzman to anyone looking for a great deal and a great experience. We're a Mazda family now!
don't even go there. very unprofessional, they dont know their own stock. I called them to check whether they have onve specific model with certain features, they said yes, and after i drove there for an hour, i realized they did not have the car. they did not apologize!! and blamed the sales department "upstairs" the ones who picked the phone...
I recently bought a 2020 CX-3 Sport from Prime Mazda, in Norwood. I let the salesperson, Doug Clarke, know exactly which features I needed in a vehicle and my budget, he came up with this vehicle and I could not be happier, nor any more satisfied with the whole experience. The Business Manager, Rob Lewis, patiently explained all available warranty options with me and we were able to stay within my budget and comfort zone. This is my first ever brand new car and I am really enjoying driving around in it. There is a much greater fuel economy and it s an absolutely perfect fit for my lifestyle. Five stars for the team at Prime Mazda on the Auto Mile in Norwood!
The service here is always top-notch: friendly, professional, meticulous, and honest . I ve been coming to Prime Mazda in Norwood for twenty-one years, and many of the same folks who greeted me years ago are still here with smiles. That speaks volumes to me.
Disappointed. Waste of time. After I called and confirmed they would match a price, I made a Saturday morning appointment. At the appointment they told me they could not match it. Was lied to and they were unapologetic. - Thanks Tony for the response - but you have my info if you want to contact me. I shouldn't have to contact you.
Sami was a pleasure to work with and the whole team made the process stress free and enjoyable! Thanks Prime Mazda for valuing customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
Levi is the best ever . I hope he stays at Mazda forever.
I had the best experience with service at Prime Mazda in Norwood! Everyone was extremely friendly but I want to give a special shout out to Service Manager Vidal Camacho. He made sure my car got in and out quickly while getting the job done right. I definitely felt like he took care of me and treated me like family. Can t thank him, and everyone at the dealership, enough!
Jenna Perry in the service department is fantastic!
Consultative, low pressure sales style led by our advisor, Harshene. He was great - answered all our questions, encouraged us to ask more, and had a transparent style.
The vehicle is in great shape, and then helped us out by turning it around quickly so we could be on our way. Harshene saw to that.
Business office / finance conversation was a little bit pitchy but we took it in stride and got what we wanted.
I recently leased a Mazda3 Grand Touring from Doug Clark at Mazda Gallery. What a positive and great experience! Doug was friendly, honest and completely transparent with me and really made me feel at ease when making my decision. He assured me of Mazda's great quality, as he has owned 3 and is on his fourth now and was extremely knowledgeable about the car. I am super excited and will be going back to Doug for sure. Definitely ask for him. They don't call him "The Mazda Man" for nothing.
I personally worked with Joe D. He was extremely informative, helpful and kind through the whole process. I would highly recommend this Mazda dealership and more specifically Joe!
9 years ago I bought a car from Levi specifically because the customer experience was so much better than down the street at a different dealer. Came back specifically to work with him and the sales manager again. Great team and fair deals ... they respect your decision, intelligence and most importantly your time.
Sales people didn't rush to help us, we were very surprised
My wife and I had a great experience buying a car here. Harshene, our salesman, was professional and courteous. The dealership was clean, not crowded, and sanitized. All the employees wore masks at all times (something I can t say for other dealerships). Overall, great experience.
My experience was great, everything went well. Jenna Perry was very helpful and on top of things.
Great experience! Levi and the Mazda Team were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel like VIPs. They were awesome!
Much better personal service in 2019 compared to previous years. In 2016 sometimes no one at all would even answer the phone in parts department.
I scheduled an appointment to address a recall with my Mazda. When I arrived to have the recall addressed, my appointment was not in the system. They agreed to see me anyways, which was good.
Part of the recall notice I received included complementary car wash service that I had included in the appointment details. When I arrived, however, i was told that couldn t happen because the roof rack would damage the wash brushes.
Then while I was working at a coffee shop while the shop did the recall work, I got a call that the dealer was out of the part they needed. And I d have to come back the next day. I rearranged my whole work day to address the issue on that day and it makes no sense that they wouldn t have confirmed they had all the parts they needed prior to even seeing me. It was overall an unpleasant and aggravating experience. Honestly, I don t ever expect great service of dealerships. This experience failed to meet my already low expectations.
DO NOT GO HERE! The service people are polite but extremely unorganized. I have had multiple mix ups over the course of a couple years... Spare yourself the headache.
Clean facility, friendly staff, free wi-fi. My service advisor Jenna kept me updated and was extremely empathetic regarding the length of my visit.
So disappointed with my experience here. My family has bought 3 cars from this dealership in the past. When I went in recently to test drive a 2019 CX-5, the woman at the front seemed disinterested. When she brought the car around, there were chunks of leftover food in the center console. I couldn t wait to end the test drive, hand off the keys, and never come back, which was fine because no one seemed interested in talking to me about buying a new car anyways!
Despite some scheduling system mixup, the Service department did the job quickly while I was waiting.
I walked in before July 4 with intentions of buying a CX-5 but wanted to test drive it first. I met with Kayshawn Jolly who answered all my questions and made me feel welcome to ask anything - I m not much of a car person so they were probably silly questions. I left that day with his card so I could meet with him specifically when I returned a week later after the holiday to purchase the vehicle. It was a very long process and the first time I have gone through it to buy my own vehicle but Kayshawn kept me updated on what was going on and where we were in the process which was reassuring that I wasn t wasting my time being there for so long. Kayshawn never put the pressure on me so he could make a sale, he was completely transparent and patient with me which I appreciated greatly. Very friendly and kind person so I didn t feel obligated to do anything we did everything at my pace. If you re visiting this dealership I would highly recommend seeing Kayshawn specifically. Love my new CX-5, would recommend!
Prime Mazda in Norwood has great customer service. The communication was great and the work was done in a timely manner. The shuttle dropped me off at work and picked me up later too so I did not have to take any personal time. Gina was very helpful and Nate was very friendly.
Wayne was great, the experience was easy and quick. Found a car I love and the staff was all very helpful. Prime took excellent precautions for COVID. Will return for my next car..
Kayshawn Jolly made the car buying experience less stressful. This is the 2nd Mazda he s sold to my family. He s informative, patient, not pushy and got back to me whenever I had a question.
Service at Prime Mazda, particularly their servicing department has always been great. But today I experienced another trait, their honesty. My car had an issue which was expensive to fix. However, the service team at Mazda did the needed diligence to find out that it was covered under the warranty and therefore had to pay nothing. So a big thank you to Jenna and the entire team there for their hard work and making sure to cover all the basis to keep their customers satisfied.
My husband and I recently moved to MA from NY and needed to purchase a vehicle. We had no idea the level of complications we would experience as a result of MA state law. Doug Clark helped us through each of these issues, easing the stress we endured. He was genuine, curious, and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, we are the proud owner of a Mazda 6, which we love! I highly recommend Doug Clark.
Prime Mazda really helped me find the right vehicle for the right price. If you ever need to find the right Mazda for you, then go to Prime Mazda in Norwood.
Wayne was a pleasure to work with throughout the sales cycle and worked hard to make my purchase of a new Mazda 6 a success. Great service all around. No complaints.
This was my first time leasing a car and the experience could not have been more pleasant. Working with Doug it was clear to see he knew his stuff! I had been to numerous other dealers and he was by far the most knowledgeable which made the process so much easier, especially for a first time car buyer. From walking in the door, to the test drive, and finalizing the papers, everyone at Mazda Gallery was so helpful and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend!
We had Kayshawn Jolly as our representative and he made us feel at home. Great place no stress.
Amazing staff! The Mazda man was able to get me into a car that I wanted without having to sacrifice an ton of money for it! Such a pleasure to work with everyone there and would definitely recommend going to see them first if you are looking for a new car!
I am astonished by the negative reviews. Our experience has been absolutely positive. We found Certified Pre-Owned Mazda SUV through Costco Auto Program. Mr. Hershe answered all our questions and finalized the Sale. Mr. Li diligently worked with us on financing. All Mazda Gallery representatives treated us with respect and professionalism. We will recommend Mazda Gallery to our friends and relatives.
Do not believe all the negative reviews. We own Small Online Business with hundreds of satisfied Customers. Unfortunately, we had several Bad Buyers who damaged our online reputation. Later, we discovered they work for our Competitors. Bad Buyers use the same formula. First they lie we sold them a broken item and demand Full Refund. We agree to accept the item back for refund. The Bad Buyer returns the item but it is not broken! We refund his money. The Bad Buyer retaliates with 1-star review using totally false statements.
Second of the three dealerships i visited to purchase my new vehicle. This dealership was everything you expect the car buying experience to be. To be clear, this is not a compliment.
1. First there was no parking (FYI, you can park in the lot over in the other dealership next door despite the signs indicating the contrary).
2. Walk in and then there was disregard, confusion, inconsistency despite having called ahead and asked to scheduled an appointment (which i did).
3. The above even before i met the salesman, who then starts working me over with attitude, hustle and repeated attempts at customer shaming.
4. Four hours go by before i finally get to sit down which was followed by the salesman offering me the lowest trade-in offer i received of all three dealership.
5. Another hour of the salesman walking back and forth to back office goes by with couple of gimmicks along the way which i ll let you experience for yourself. Three weeks later I still haven't gotten a final offer on the car i was looking for. (Dont need it anymore, thanks though)
It also appeared that they were not interested in selling any accessories. E.g., i was told to purchase the all weather mats online.
In summary, not many of this type of dealerships exist anymore. But while Mazda Gallery is still around, go visit them. Experience the hustle before it becomes a thing of the past.
I bought my 2011 Mazda 6 Certified Pre-Owned in 2014. Agreed to purchase price on the condition the brakes would be changed because they were oscillating terribly. Between then and when I picked up the car (about 1 week) my salesmen quit. This was mildly concerning, but things happen. I picked up my car and the brakes were still oscillating terribly! They were horrendous and this completely took away from that "feel good" feeling I had driving away from your dealership, which was really disappointing because I love Mazda. But, hey, things happen. Needless to say I had to use one of the few vacation days I had to come back and have them replaced. I sat in the lounge for 4 hours while they did this. I absolutely did not want to waste a vacation day doing this and your dealership had plenty of time to replace them before I picked up the car. 2 months go by and I hearing what turned out to be an exhaust leak. I brought the car in again to have it fixed (ANOTHER VACA DAY) and they fixed it claiming a loose bolt as the culprit. They didn't charge, as they shouldn't have. HOWEVER, I am driving home a week later and the exhaust literally FALLS OFF my car. I am on the road while this happens and it was absolutely terrifying. I did a temporary fix with a coat hanger, called my boss, and used ANOTHER VAC DAY to come in and have it fixed AGAIN. I am beginning to think I have a lemon.
I come into your delearship (I made an appt. 3 days beforehand and I show up and OF COURSE they don't have me in the system) to have a noise investigated in my right rear tire. I SIT FOR 2 HOURS because they screwed up scheduling. They tell me the noise is coming from bad rotors making contact with new brake pads that I installed. However, I know the servicemen (vled) is pulling one over on me because I made the appointment for the noise 3 days beforehand and installed the pads the night before. I tried explaining this to vled and he basically said F-off. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
Beyond completely satisfied with every aspect of the experience, team, facility and car!
Recently purchased a 2017 CX-5 from this dealership and was assisted by Mr. Harshene Cunningham who made the buying process very easy. Thank you for a very professional experience Prime Mazda!
I have bought over ten cars during my lifetime both used and new. My just completed purchase of a CX3 was hands down the worst experience. Yes, Doug was professional and helpful, but the rest of the experience was depressingly bad. A list includes; the sales manager sitting on my lead and ignoring emails for days (finally putting Doug on it), sales manager (who sits in a glass cubicle) never getting out from behind his desk and ignoring me personally when I came to meet Doug and buy the car (especially as I know he was very aware how unhappy I was with his work). Since I had repeatedly said I was going to use a credit card, to be told at the instance I pulled the card out that it wasn't possible, was another black mark and added days to my delivery while I transferred funds (which I was trying to avoid with the CC). Meeting again for the delivery, the car malfunctions (one issue was clearly sudden, but the other, they just didn't look despite a 160 point checklist) requiring another couple of days in service. Yes they provided a loaner but that was a tepid solution and not satisfying at all. I was then told when my car was ready they would drive it up to me. After those days and, OH, we can't spare someone till tomorrow (even though it's already been so much longer than originally anticipated). Driving back there with their loaner (another work day lost), take the car from the dealership and on my first drive at night, something chewed up one of the tires. After listening to the wonders of Mazda Roadside, I was horrified to be told while I sat on the highway in the dark that coverage had in fact lapsed. Thank goodness for AAA. The disrespect from the sales manager, the ineptitude of the communications were all amazing. As a former technical sales manager who supplied much more expensive and complex equipment than an automobile, it boogled my imagination as each foolishness exposed itself anew.
Brought my car in for maintenance and was also hoping to get the state inspection done as well. Aaron did a great job in accomodating to what I needed and helped me with every little thing I needed to get things done for my car. Aaron and the rest of the staff at Mazda Prime in Norwood are great and friendly!
Jenna Perry is great. Nancy too, but she was gone by the time I was ready.
Service department is 5 stars with 100% satisfaction every time.....Sales? they didn't seem to want to lease me my 6th Mazda so I had to get it from Wellesley Mazda.....Sales guy told me there were no CX5's in Pearl white available at any dealer.....took me 4 minutes on my phone to find 4 of them < 10 mi away.
Purchased a used Honda Civic here and the papers work is scam. I've to came back twice to redo the papers, but the numbers still wrong. At first, they added the warranty, which I don't want it, when I told the salesman repeatedly,. Came back the second time to fixed the warranty issues, now the discount numbers disappear on the paperwork. So after all scheme and confusion that they've created to distract you, you end up paying a full prices. As soon you step out of this place your salesperson doesn't recognized you and start point fingers, go somewhere else!!!
Easy to do business with knowledgeable sales people. Very accommodating for ,test drives , signing papers, and pick up if new car.
Mazda website wasn't working properly, after unsatisfactory assistance from Mazda Seekonk I called Norwood. Not only did Hank help me out he ordered the parts for me and shipped them out today. Kudos.
Very friendly salesperson and manager. Sales person helped us understand the difference between couple of models and physical showed us those cars. Buying/ financing process is also very smooth and people are ready to help you in every aspect of the precess.
My old dealer closed its doors and I had to change to Prime Mazda. Working with staff today was great and made my experience nice and easy. I was grateful, because going to the dealership used to be nerve racking. Thanks Gina and Aaron and the team!
I wish I could give no stars to this place. I was trying to purchase a Mazda 3 and went in yesterday filled out the paperwork left a $500 deposit and was told complete BS like my interest would not be higher than 3% and that I did not have to put a down payment to try and persuade me to buy the car, I foolishly fell for it and signed the paperwork and even purchased an insurance policy but I had to return this morning due to the banks being closed. Luckily for me the deal was not set in stone because as soon as the supervisor came to talk to me the convo did not start off right. I felt profiled against because he told me that the banks were alledgely asking for a work visa from me even though Im a citizen with a social security number and a MA license, without much hassle I gave him my US passport as proof. But then it just went down hill from there he kept stating that the salesperson only told me that to try and sell me the car which sounded to me that he was basically saying that his salesperson was a liar. He tried to have me put down a $1000 deposit with a 6.9% APR saying that it was the best he could do because of my credit history. When I told the saleperson about my credit score which is above 750 he told me there was no way my APR would be high. The supervisor was not willing to give me a better offer so I decided to withdraw from the purchase so he went to go find my salesperson to give me my deposit back and when they both came back he tried to offer me a 4% APR cause alledgely another bank was willing to do that for me but I still needed the down payment at this point I told him I was willing to give him the down payment but I needed a better deal because I knew for a fact that there was indeed something better for but all he said was have a good rest of your day. The whole experience here was awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially first time carbuyers.
I would honestly give 0 stars if possible. The salesperson, Thomas, was nice at first. We came in for a test drive and to gather some quotes. He gave us one number and when we came back to actually talk about getting a vehicle, he gave us completely different numbers. We eventually were able to negotiate the number down to something we were looking for. He promised that we could add android auto into the model we liked and charged us an extra $500 that we agreed on.. He told us we had the option of any color on the model we chose, when in reality it only came in black, white, or silver. We chose a black car. He then said they were not able to get a black car for us and we settled on white. However later on we got a text from the salesperson saying he actually did get the black car and "surprised us" with this information. We also inquired about gap insurance as we wanted to lease. He came back and said it would be between $350 and $400, however when we went back to sign for the car, the man we were working with was charging us $655. We asked why the number was so different and he said the salesperson was not supposed to release that kind of information and that it was his job to discuss the prices of gap insurance. He felt bad for us and gave us a small discount on the gap insurance as we were blindsided by the number he had. We signed, I cosigned as I am a recent college grad and I got the discount, and expected to pick up the car the next day. We were getting ready to go get the car when we received a text from the salesman saying that actually the Android auto that we were going to pay extra for was not able to be installed in the model we had agreed on, the one he ensured that would be compatible. So because he leased us a car that could not actually be made, he offered us 3 free oil changes and a navigation chip. We all know 3 oil changes would not be worth 500$ especially after we have been sharing my car for two weeks while doing logistical work on the lease and putting milage and wasting gas on the rides. Now my credit has taken a hit, so has his, and we don't have a car because the salesperson knows nothing about the models of the cars he is selling. Needless to say I would not reccomend Norwood Mazda to ANYONE. Go to Wellesley Mazda instead, they are probably better than dealing with this.
I'm a little biased cuz I work here BUT
All the technicians and service writers are great at what they do and the service knows what hes doing.
I just purchased a 2020 CX9! This dealership has the best customer service I have ever experienced. The sales manager Raymond Ng was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and worked out a great deal for me. There was no pressure and all of the options were explained to be thoroughly. Erik took me out for the test drive and knew so much about the CX 9 including what was new in features and how advanced the technology has become on this vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle it was detailed and pristine. The whole experience was 5 stars! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop into this dealership and you will probably leave very satisfied!
Liars - the only one word for these guys! Came to this dealership 'cause of their online add but they asked for $2000 more than advertised! Looks like these guys got stuck in the last century... I don't recommend to anyone this dealership until you want to overpay lazy unprofessional liars who's still using old, outdated "sales techniques". Beware!
I purchased a brand new vehicle from this place over 1 month ago. At the onset the sales and finance team were very pleasant and accommodating. In addition to the purchase of the vehicle, they up-sold me a paint protection film for $1,000; convincing me that it was a great product to protect the vehicle, and having a lifetime warranty. The car remained at the dealership in order that the paint protection could be applied, and a few factory accessories added to the car.
I was very excited and pressed for time on the day that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. It was not until I drove the car home (nearly 2 hours away), that I observed the paint protection was not properly installed and was peeling. I also noticed a chip at the edge of the driver's door. And the scuff plates that I purchased, (and was charged for the installation), had deep scuffs in the aluminum. Not to mention this was on the passenger side, and I had not yet had an opportunity to travel with a passenger. I was very disappointed with the damages, especially because this is a brand new car.
I immediately contacted my salesperson, Seng, about this matter; just 2 hours after I picked up the vehicle. He assured me that the problems would be taken care of.
I have made several calls to Seng as well as sale managers at the dealership. They all remain pleasant on the phone and reassure me that the problems will be handled. A month has passed, and I continue to get empty promises. It seems to me that they behave with good customer service until they get your money; then they ignore you, and give empty promises. Buyer beware!!
Regarding the paint protection that they up-sale just at the end of the deal; the warranty is fake. There is no direct contact person to make a claim, and you are left to work through the dealership to fix the problem. But the dealership only tells you they are waiting to hear back from the 3rd party that installs the film protection. The paint protection is supposedly routinely installed on luxury brand cars, including their neighboring BMW dealership. Prime Mazda will readily take your $1,000 for the product, but they don't stand behind the product.
This is bad bad business. I am sorry I gave them my business. Don't make the same mistake I did.
The staff at Prime Mazda were super helpful, courteous, responsive, thorough and attentive! From ours Sales Rep Doug Clark to Tony, Dave & Eric, it was a great experience!! We really look forward to picking up our CX-9 today and enjoying it in thr days/years to follow. Thank you very much!!
Easiest car buying experience i have had. Used the Costco program, which was great. Doug did a great job helping us.
Doug the Mazda man is THE Man! Seamless, painless car buying experience. If Prime Mazda does not have the vehicle you want they ll find it for you. Not the typical car dealership. Great buying experience start to finish, no pressure. Thanks Prime Mazda!!
I recently purchased a car from Prime Mazda. During this age of pandemic, I was uncertain what to expect and was leery of trying to buy a car while maintaining social distancing. I sent out an email to several dealers and Prime responded quickly and through subsequent emails answered all my questions. They made the process of buying very easy, and I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone I encountered (virtually). They delivered a car for me to test drive, and ultimately brought the car to me after I made the purchase. The paperwork was done online and when there was a bit of a glitch the remaining docs that needed my signature were brought with the car. Since they had already sent me copies via email I had pre-read them and knew exactly what I was signing. Prime did everything possible to make my experience a positive one. If you are thinking of buying a Mazda, I can highly recommend this dealership.
The car buying experience was average - very short test drive followed by good cop/bad cop with the salesperson and manager. Where this dealer really falls apart is after purchase customer service if you happen to have a problem. The finance department is particularly incompetent. I requested a simple cancellation form - never showed up, so I went to the dealer and forced them to complete it. I should have had a partial refund a month ago, but nothing. Multiple messages with the finance dept and nothing... you would think someone would at least try to call back after the 3rd or 4th message to say "they're working on it". The finance dept has ruined my entire experience with this dealer and I know I will never do business with these people again... I suggest you do the same.
Ago delivery and tecojo cars for them I work in the company J & J AUTO TRANSPORT
Came here to get my Mazda serviced and had a good experience, the were drinks and food plus a good waiting area as well as work stations and wifi upstairs to do some work while waiting. The service rep did a good job going through everything and wasn't pushy at all, and also made sure I got good prices on everything. The only downside was a part took a couple of extra days to come in, but I got a free loaner without a hassle and it wasn't an issue. Would come back again for service!
This place has made me really want to trade my vehicle and get a different brand of truck. I love my truck but hate the service of this place. Getting my truck fixed here is a nightmare. They assign and advisor that's not in the office. The phone is passed on to a whole bunch of people and at the end they tell me they have to call me back. Horrible just horrible!
Ask for Doug Clark! He helped me and my husband upgrade from our Honda CRV. The process was easy, transparent and enjoyable! He s a great guy!
I just bought my first car from Mazda Gallery. Overall it was a really great experience! I had gone to other dealerships, and this one felt very personal and friendly. Brian was great - he clearly takes pride in his work, and enjoys helping people get what they want. It never felt like he was just trying to "make a sale", but rather that he was being honest, and making sure I found what I was looking for in a car. Awesome experience all around, and he went above and beyond to get me on the road in my car that day! Their warrantee and customer service programs are great; I got a great deal, and it's a car I will be happy with for a long time!
Everything was done in a timely manner, oil change, tire rotation. Staff was pleasant and professional. Only issue was the my vehicle was not run through the car wash. When I brought it to their attention it was done immediately.
Everyone is professional, called me by my name and the service was quicker than the estimate. Waiting room is great and I love the car wash and vacuum after the service.
great job. Excellent sales contact. Got the car ready quickly. Had a good handle on all the features.
Doug Clark at Prime Mazda was a great help with turning in my Mazda lease. He was approachable, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The process took a lot less time than expected!
Thanks, Doug
Service team was great at helping resolve issues with a car I purchased from the dealer in February. Provided loaner car so I didn t have to scramble and borrow cars while they fixed mine. Thanks Aaron and Gina for your help!
I can t thank you this Team enough. I don t know how this organization recognizes its employees... but Kayshawn Jolly deserves a gold star, high five, and lunch on the boss. What an outstanding individual. So personable, informative and an example of how customer service is done right.
And Ray was great, too. I showed up, unannounced after 7pm. He quickly got all the numbers together, valued my trade, and ran the numbers a few different ways to see what was the best financial scenario for me. Ray, never once, made me feel like he was trying to double talk me or hand me the girl experience . He was trustworthy, genuine and informative.
I had gone to several other dealerships, during my car buying journey, and was at my wits end because other unprofessional sales people... I will send everyone who asks, to the Prime Motor Group!
Great dealership. They were honest and made the buying process easy. Highly recommended.
I usually wouldn't go out of my way to rate a car salesperson, but Janice deserves the exception and the praise. She went above and beyond many times - anticipating questions, resolving insurance issues and just generally providing exceptional customer service.
Many thanks.
I just got a brand new 2015 mazda cx 5! couldnt have been happier with my experience at the gallery. I shopped around and the gallery by far had the best deal. Brian was my salesman and he was great - easy to work with, no hassle. definitely recommend them
Best new car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure to buy and no pressure to purchase add-ons or extended warranties. Everything was explained clearly, no surprises. Very knowledgeable.
Service explained everything and delivered a much better experience than when buying the car from this dealer. Let s hope the old sales tactics went away with new ownership
Had an awesome experience buying a used Mazda3 here. I met with Janice for a test drive and she walked me through the entire process of buying the car, explaining everything I wanted to know and more. She also had some great advice on shopping around to look at other deals and appraising my used car for a trade in. She can definitely afford to do that because I couldn't find a better deal anywhere, and no where else made me enjoy the car shopping experience near as much.
Would definitely recommend the Mazda Gallery if you're shopping for cars. Even if you don't end up buying from there, you'll be getting a ton of useful information that will help you out in your search.
Okay so if you all want a review of the Mazda Gallery of Norwood ?, Youve got one here. I have been a long time customer here and will continue to be a long time customer. I just bought my 4th vehicle here. Everyone here is like family to me. From the time that you walk into the dealer to the time you leave, they treat you like family. The ease of buying a car here is like unbelievable. I want to thank the sales staff, especially Bobby, LI and Andrea, who made me feel right at home and was there to keep up conversation as the deal was going down. There is no leaving you alone to be nervous if you will get a good deal here. They all do there best to make sure that you don't walk away with a loan that will break your budget. I have had lots of good sales staff work with me over the years and all of them treated me well but i have to say that if you need a sales person there that welcomes you with open arms, and sets you in the right direction is Janice Walker. I cant say enough how she does everything she can to make your visit a memorable one. Janice is honest and will not try to just sell you a vehicle quickly and send you on your merry way. She makes sure that your purchase will be the right one for you. I was very nervous when i arrived and she understood how i felt. She sat with me and explained to me that she will do all that she can to make sure that i will make the right choice and that she will not let me go overboard on my budget. I walked in with a monthly payment that i wanted and she did her absolute best to make it work, and she did. She wouldnt let me do a thing when it came to running around. Everything was done for me as far as the registration goes. All i had to do was sign and come the next day to pick up the vehicle, that was it!!. No buyers regret, no jitters. Just the feeling that I walked away with a vehicle that i could be happy with and a monthly payment that i could afford. I am very happy with the Mazda Team their service department takes very good care of their customers and makes sure that all of the components of your vehicle are in tip top shape to ensure the safety of you and the most important...your family. I will continue to be a Mazda customer. OK if i could have just one piece of charcoal to put in their stocking, is this,,,,When is Mazda going to come out with a Pick up truck to compete with all the others???. Cant wait to see all my friends there soon.
Doug was great, got a pretty sweet deal and love my new Mazda 3. Waited almost 2 hours for finance though.
I purchased a vehicle from Prime Mazda through the Costco Auto Program in January 2020. I did not have a trade-in vehicle.
It was an efficient buying process. Prime Mazda accepts up to $2,500 on a credit card for payment. The $495 documentation fee was disclosed upfront. All RMV paperwork was processed quickly and correctly. I signed the purchase agreement and arranged for payment on a Tuesday and picked up my vehicle two days later that Thursday.
Doug in Sales, who works with Costco buyers, was very familiar with the Costco program and with the features, options, and accessories for both my vehicle and other vehicles in the Mazda line-up. He was also pleasant to work with throughout the buying process.
Erik, who accompanied me on the test drive, was also knowledgeable about the vehicle's features, how it compared to the competition, and achieved a good balance of providing information while letting me focus on driving.
Rob in F&I offered upsells that were relevant and tailored to me and were presented without off-putting high-pressure sales tactics. It was an effective approach, and I ended up purchasing an extended warranty/service contract. It was also much more effective than my experience with the finance manager at the dealership from which I purchased my previous vehicle who spent 90 minutes trying to hard-sell me on everything under the sun (including pinstriping) and only wanted to discuss pricing of add-ons in dollars-per-month and never as the total cost.
Doug was also kind enough to pick me up from the nearby commuter rail station on delivery day and took quite a bit of time to sit down in the vehicle with me and go over the operation of key features and how to navigate the infotainment system, including connecting my phone to the vehicle through Android Auto (this proved to be a bit of a challenge initially, but we got it to work).
In addition, I used my Costco Auto Program post-purchase coupon to receive 50% off (up to $200 off), including OEM all-weather mats and cargo liner. Doug helped me install them in my vehicle before I left the dealership.
All in all, I got a fair price and a good buying experience with Prime Mazda through the Costco Auto Program. I appreciated that no games were played, and nobody at the dealership ever tried to sneak in mandatory nonsense options like VIN etching.
I recommend both the dealership and the Costco Auto Program to potential Mazda buyers.
The wait time for an oil change was longer than it should have been. I was initially told that it would take less than an hour but sat and waited for 2 hours.
The folks at Prime Mazda have all been so helpful. I bought my Mazda at another dealership and keep running into issues which that dealership refuses to assist me with. Prime has been a pleasure to deal with. I have had Jenna in the services department help me with a couple things that she could easily refuse to do and direct me to the dealer I bought my car from, but instead she had gone out of her way to help me and make me feel at ease. The entire services department are cordial, helpful and are always willing to help. I just wish I bought my car here but I'll definitely bring it to Prime for all services! I highly recommend Prime Mazda!
Friendly atmosphere and excellent service! Thank you Jen!!! And to Doug for your courtesy as always!!!
Worst experience ever.
I finalized the car, gave them the token amount check of $500. I was told that I can get the car in 2 days and from the very next day they stopped reply to my calls, messages and email. I visited the showroom after driving 40 miles and the sales person completely ignored me. After asking they said that my purchase car is pending with the manager and I was rudely replied by them that I can take the token amount and cancel the deal. They even did my credit check a couple of times which affected my credit score. After all that they said I am not getting finance even for $10000.
Such a bad experience, I have never seen such a dealership, they don t care about the customer once you sign the deal. Beware of this place.
Called ahead, but still found most of the staff sequestered in a large office eating. Nobody seemed very interested in selling a car to a very interested buyer. Salesperson claimed they were "swamped," yet I was one of the only customer in the showroom/sales lot. Ended up leaving and buying a new Mazda in RI that same day. Your loss, Mazda Gallery!
