Had my car serviced at Prime Mazda this morning and received excellent service; thank you Brian Scrivano! I was impressed with the safety measures Prime Mazda is taking in the midst of Covid-19 both in the dealership and how my car was sanitized before being returned to me. I would highly recommend Prime Mazda.

Nailed it! Best customer service from a dealer I have ever had. Ask for Kayshawn. He is super knowledgeable on the fleet of cars and his passion for making sure you are happy and comfortable while making such a big purchase decision is unsurpassed. My story should you choose to read on.....I had never driven a Mazda before and came in on a rainy Sunday to test drive a CPO Cx5 I had seen online. He got it up right away, I test drove it, loved it came back and started asking about the features. I asked the difference between this one and the next level up. Again, he explained in detail all of the features and brought up a CPO Grand Touring for me to test drive. Loved this one even better but it had more miles and tad more money. He went through the scenarios on both cars and in the end his knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for eased my mind and helped me to make an informed decision. There was NEVER a moment I felt pressured or that he was giving me the runaround. Kayshawn is honest and genuinely cares. There were a few folks in front of us so he gave us a realistic time frame to see the finance mgr, we opted to go grab lunch, came back and David went through all of the paperwork, thoroughly and made sure we didn't have any questions and understood the process. I drove away with out any buyers remorse and would recommend to all of my friends, family, strangers to shop here first and last! Thank you again Kayshawn, David and team for getting me into my Mazda Cx5 Grand Touring! I love it and will be back when it's time for my next car.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from Douglas Clark at Prime Mazda in Norwood. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and willing make a new car work for me. He made everything very easy and helped make my first car purchase run smoothly. He even stayed late to ensure that the pick-up of my car was secured properly. I was able to drive off with it the day I came to pick it up, despite all the outside factors that were taking longer than expected (insurance), due to his patience and dedication to quality service. I highly recommend Doug! He was phenomenal!!

The only issue I ran into was during the financing process of my vehicle. The representative there was not willing to stay over his time and made it known that I was keeping him later than he was supposed to and was rushing me through this process. I also had a call with insurance company that was taking longer than expected and he used this distraction to try and sell me things and place them in my contract that I wasn t fully aware of. This is something I was not too thrilled about.

Overall, I love my new Mazda and my experience purchasing it was outstanding. If you re looking for a new vehicle, go talk to Doug!

I met Brian Ciavola in the lobby after a few other sales people walked by me without asking me if I needed any help. Brian walked out and asked if I needed anything and was the best. He wasn't pushy and let me walk out of the dealership after a test drive without badgering me. I came back less than a week later and bought a car through him. He's a great salesman that I trusted enough to do business with.

If you want a Mazda, he's the guy to go see. I would go back and buy one from him again.

He knows everything about the vehicles, all the ins-n-outs, nooks and crannies, and everything that you would imagine a responsible, intelligent car salesman should be - he is. And the rest of the staff is super friendly, personable, and want to help the customer get the perfect car.

I just had my 2012 Mazda 3 in for a Mazda Extended...

I just had my 2012 Mazda 3 in for a Mazda Extended Warranty item (It was to replace part of the dashboard) I was pleased with the whole process (making the appointment, dropping the car off, loaner) but the craftmanship of the work seemed subpar. You could tell much of the interior had been torn out (most likely in a expedited fashion because their technicians work on flat rate so the faster they get the job done the more $$$ they make) interior pieces not installed right, gaps larger then they should be, inspection sticker pulled off and just left there, all the mirrors and steering wheel had been moved, plus the car is filthy now because of the dust and what not that's stirred up when you pull out interior parts (not to say it was spotless beforehand). It just seemed like an experience you'd have at one of those referral list body shops your insurance company sends you to (minus the car detailing). We all know NOT to go to those places. So I'll avoid Prime Mazda, if and when possible. My advice, take care of the customer, respect their belongings, go the extra mile, and you'll have a customer for LIFE.

I had an exceptional experience at Mazda Gallery. The lots are well stocked. They had my specific model, trim and color in the inventory, which I was able to test drive on my first visit. Kayshawn Jolly was a pleasure from start to finish. He answered all my questions, including emails and phone calls, and expedited the entire process from beginning to end efficiently. He s really friendly and attentive. And knows his stuff! I also had an excellent experience with Dave, the business manager he went through all the options and paperwork clearly, all the while striking up an interesting conversation. Overall, a 5 Star experience. I look forward to returning for service at Mazda Gallery in my fabulous new Mazda3 hatch!

Brought my 'new for me' 2017 Mazda3 Hatchback Grand Touring I purchased at another dealer to have the clutch checked out. They took it for a test drive, and said it was working fine. No upsell, no other issues found, no charge. This dealership defied the popular belief that they just look/find issues just because the vehicle is still under warranty.

I don t typically leave reviews but I feel it is necessary after having the opportunity to work with Doug. Buying a car can be stressful and take a long time - I can attest to this - 3 dealerships later and several hours later, I finally found my match with Doug. I messaged first to make sure the car was still available and when it was, immediately went in for a test drive and fell in love. The best part? Doug didn t pressure me, allowed me to take my time with the car and worked out an extremely fair deal to make this car mine. He currently owns a Mazda and his personal reference to the vehicles definitely

I bought my first and current car at prime Mazda and I have been here several times for service. Staff is very friendly and efficient, my service rep, Jenna, is wonderful. Regular diagnostic visit takes less than 90 minutes, they always vacuum my car. Plus, the waiting room has big comfy chairs and good coffee. I really love my car and I appreciate the great work done by the people at Prime Mazda.

I stopped in to drop of my leased vehicle and was expecting mediocre service since I hadn t leased from Mazda Gallery or planned to lease a car from there. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I was promised on the day I was picking up my new car that a big spot on my hood would "buff out" and then had to call back to try to plan an appointment because the salesman doesn't care to contact you after you spent thousands. The salesman handed me a touch up pen and told me to do it myself. The finance manager didn't remember who I was the day after I spent an hour with him signing papers. After telling the manager that I was given the run around... They told me they would take care of the spot and the dents like they said they would in the beginning. I get a call back today and they tell me they wouldn't repaint the hood because it wouldn't buff out. Your salesman was a LIAR. They have no idea how to treat a customer and I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst management and employees I have ever met.

We are a Mazda Gallery Family and done business with them since I bought my first Miata in 2002. These wonderful people kept my 2002 running like a champ for 9 years, she had over 200,000 miles when I gave her up to be an organ donor. My 2009 is in their care as well. Always professional, thorough, and I trust the work they do. There have been times when I 'forgot' to get an oil change before a long road trip, and they always fit me in.
As President of the Mass Miata Club, we love the sponsorship Mazda Gallery gives to the members of our club.
We are treated like family whenever we go to the Gallery, whether it is for service or a meeting. Great staff! Great service!

When I first purchased my Mazda CX-5, I had a pretty decent experience. However, my pick up day got delayed because they didn t have the parts for the roof rack I added. I wasn t too upset with that, however I was told that my car would be ready to be picked up at 1:00 on my scheduled day. I waited there for nearly two hours because it wasn t ready. I was handed the keys and asked about the remote start that I had also added. It was never installed, but they had a full week to get it in. If I m paying all of this money to purchase a car from you, I expect to get what I paid for.

Tried to tell my wife some dealers charge up to $800 for dealer preparation.. sounds like an expensive car wash and vacuum

Also said the law states they have to keep records of sale for up to 8 years and apparently this fee has something to do with it..

Save you money - do not be like me and apparently pay this dealership to abide by the law..

Absolutely terrible shopping experience. They made me to pay for the $249 JMA Etch despite I insist not needing VIN etching on my windows. They agreed to not etch my windows but told me the $249 fee is required regardless and that is the dealership policy. I ended up still buying the car but in hindsight I wish I went to somewhere else instead. Absolutely horrible experience shopping from a dealer, and I hope greedy bloodsucking legacy dealers like this will get disrupted and be forced out of business.

But because they did not have the red color I wanted they reduced the price even more to a VERY tempting offer. But I decided to take a trip to Mazda Gallery and met with Doug (a very personable, knowledgeable, and kind man) who, in the end, was almost able to exactly price match Quirk's low offer by a few dollars short, except it came in the expensive red color that I wanted. The worst experience ever.
I left my old car for trade in on thursday night, give my keys to them, and they left my car on their "secure" parking. When they did estimate on my car I show them that I have additional radio auxiliary system and USB car charger extender. I came to pick my car back on sunday, and I find out that radio auxiliary system and charger was missing, wires was cuted. I report to top manager and he stated he does know how it happen and he can not help me. He was very unfriendly and rude to me. That's how they treat their customers.

Just purchased a Mazda CX-5 this weekend. It was the first new car I've ever bought.

My sales rep was Kevin Chan, and my goodness, he eclipsed the wildest of my expectations for a car salesman. I went in expecting a pushy, corny,and fake sales rep who would talk up the car and talk down to me.

Kevin, however, from the second my wife and I met him, to ten minutes into our test drive, was awesome. He was super laid back, funny, smart, and incredibly knowledgeable on every single question we asked. He was also honest, saying that vehicle X may have a better warranty program, vehicle Y may have a more powerful engine, but he pointed out all of the nuances that made the Mazda the great car that it is, and he really sold us without seeming to work too hard to sell us, if that makes sense.

So anyway, I didn't want Kevin's hard work to go unnoticed. He seems to be a very talented and accommodating new-school auto dealer. He was aware of how easy it is for a buyer to do all their homework before walking into the dealership, and he was prepared to support his vehicles while infusing a healthy dose of a super likable personality. Frankly, he was the type of guy who would be fun to hang out with on just a regular Saturday, not just a Saturday at the Mazda dealership.

Awesome guy, awesome experience, and just all around the perfect car salesman.

Dave in Finance was fantastic. He explained all of our options and quickly prepared the paperwork. We just signed our second lease through Prime Mazda (formerly Mazda Gallery). Very low pressure environment and our sales rep Joe was good company throughout the process. A bit disappointed that their initial offer was so unreasonable. But when they saw that I understood the math and had done my own calculations, they quickly came back with a number more in line with what we had negotiated last time.

After my 2017 Mazda3 was totaled in an accident, I visited Prime Mazda to purchase a new 2018 Mazda3. After purchasing the car, I met with the business manager, David, and that's where my bad experience starts. It seemed that he was trying to sign me up for extras that I, multiple times, said I had no interest in purchasing. He kept insisting that they were "included with the car." At the time, I was tired and stressed from dealing with a totaled car, and it seems like David was taking advantage of this. After having the car and paperwork delivered to me, I noticed I was charged about $2000 in fees for things that were "included." I spoke with David about receiving a refund for these fees, and he said I could only get a refund for one of them, Prime Dent, which was $895. I was told the refund would take 4-6 weeks to go through. It has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive a refund, or an explanation from David as to why it hasn't gone through yet. I have tried contacting the GM, and have gotten no response. Prime Mazda is just another dishonest car dealership.

Prime Mazda had a good selection of cars and they were competitively priced. I enjoyed working with Joe Damiano - he was always willing to let me drive another car and never pressured me to look outside my price range or encouraged me to buy a car I wasn t ready to buy. Also, it was an added bonus to have Alex come sit in my newly purchased car to show me how everything worked! When I picked up my car it was clean, inspected and had a full tank of gas! I would certainly recommend Prime Mazda to anyone looking for a car.

Did not even deserve one star! Was insulted by one of the service people there! I guess that he just assumed that I did not understand his English and he could say any disgusting thing to me. I am very disappointed. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks. I did not receive any updates nor were my calls returned until the car was ready. The service rep stated the person that did my intake was fired that s why the delay . I was stunned. Who does that... When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the service customer service, rep was very impersonal. He continued typing on his computer like I was not there for 7 minutes. He never made eye contact nor spoke directly to me. A customer liaison tried to placate me as she asked for payment. I asked her for a full copy of the paperwork which she did not want to give me. Hence, it took her 15 + minutes to make the copies due to multiple staples. When the female took my payment she wrote something down that furthered my discomfort because when I asked her is their a problem and can I see what she wrote to no avail. Before I left I stop to spk w/the service director. His attitude was not welcoming nor apologetic. I at that point felt I was experiencing discrimination. I was quiet perturbed by the time I left site.

We made an appointment to see a specific car Prime Mazda had that was low mileage, a great price and the exterior and interior color we were looking for. They emailed and texted us throughout the week to confirm our appointment, even texting us the day of to confirm we we re coming in. We left our kids with a babysitter and traveled 45 minutes to the dealership only to find out the car was sold. No one had the courtesy or respect for our time to text, call or email us letting us know the specific car we came in to see was already sold. We never got an apology, instead got an excuse saying they had a busy day. They offered to show us another similar car, however it had higher mileage and was a completely different exterior and interior color than what we wanted to purchase. Don t waste your time here. It doesn t seem like they actually care about their customers. We also overheard a few of them talking about us jokingly calling us thieves because we let them know there was a sold sign in the car and they weren t aware the car was sold when we told them. Not the kind of place we want to spend our money at.

Don't bother with this place. We called to verify a car was still there, they guaranteed it was, we drove and hour plus....guess what, it was gone. It gets better, found another one they had, my wife called, no joke, 15 times over two days, they finally called back and guaranteed it was in Norwood. She drove the hour there, guess what, it was in Norwood. She waited a while while they 'drove it down'. Guess what! they 'drove the wrong car down' Don't waste your time with this place. Oh, and manager guy that is about to post a reply just like the ones below that uses "regret" or "regrettable" don't bother. Your conduct is intentional and deceiving.

I'm not sure if it's because this is a bigger dealership located in Norwood that they take advantage of their location but the service here is pretty poor. I went through my banks car buying service and had an appointment to look at a car. I walked in and they appeared to be busy and perhaps short staffed, after wondering around, I asked somebody who I need to go to for my appointment. One of the managers did assist me and gave me a car to test drive myself (too busy), which was ok but didn't help me too much since I never drove a Mazda and there was nobody to tell me about any of the features or anything. I actually liked it and wanted to buy the car. I asked for some paperwork and some numbers. I was given another sales rep as he just came in who seemed friendly. After some time, he showed me the paperwork and broke down the numbers but honestly wasn't very helpful. I asked if there was anything we could do to get the price down or different packages as I was guaranteed a good rate through my bank but he kind of had a take it or leave it attitude. I left as it was my lunch time. I had to ask all the questions about how to get in touch, etc., I didnt receive any follow-up or anything. I ended up going to another dealership that partners with my bank as well. What a difference!! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful with what packages I could choose from, etc. They beat their price and had less "nonsense" fees that Mazda Gallery seemed to throw in. I knew I was going to buy a car, and I did, just not from here which is their loss. With their service, it doesn't seem like they mind too much. Make sure to read the reviews before you even think of going here, its worth driving to another location and you will get a better deal.

He found exactly the type of car I was looking for and gave me plenty of options. He was very patient with me in allowing me to figure out my budget first before I signed up for anything. I had a HORRIBLE experience! This is my third time getting an oil change at this dealership. Each time it has taken 4+ hours just for an oil change even with an appointment! I leave upset each and every time I come here. Today was probably the last straw. Instead of giving me the oil change for free considering the long wait time, they just gave me 10% off. Can you believe it? They took 4 hours of my day, just for an oil change, and that's the best they can do? I can only imagine if I needed work done on my car, I would have needed to prepare myself to have slept over there at that point. They DEFINITELY lost my business. Won't be coming here again! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would!

They make every step go smoothly- from scheduling the appointment, to dropping off the car- with a friendly staff man, to discussing with a delightful Jenna the work needed!
