Second of the three dealerships i visited to purchase my new vehicle. This dealership was everything you expect the car buying experience to be. To be clear, this is not a compliment.

1. First there was no parking (FYI, you can park in the lot over in the other dealership next door despite the signs indicating the contrary).
2. Walk in and then there was disregard, confusion, inconsistency despite having called ahead and asked to scheduled an appointment (which i did).
3. The above even before i met the salesman, who then starts working me over with attitude, hustle and repeated attempts at customer shaming.
4. Four hours go by before i finally get to sit down which was followed by the salesman offering me the lowest trade-in offer i received of all three dealership.
5. Another hour of the salesman walking back and forth to back office goes by with couple of gimmicks along the way which i ll let you experience for yourself. Three weeks later I still haven't gotten a final offer on the car i was looking for. (Dont need it anymore, thanks though)

It also appeared that they were not interested in selling any accessories. E.g., i was told to purchase the all weather mats online.

In summary, not many of this type of dealerships exist anymore. But while Mazda Gallery is still around, go visit them. Experience the hustle before it becomes a thing of the past.
