Poor service. Horrible attorney. I would not recommend

I've been using Ron Goldszer's services for past decade! Never lost a case yet!

If you are injured in any kind of accident, there is no need to call anyone else. Call Ron Goldszer immediately. I did and I could not possibly be more satisfied. While stopped at a red light, I was rear-ended by a moving truck. While the driver was clearly not paying attention to the road, he was not ready to admit fault. LAPD does not take police reports for accidents that don't damage city property, so it was a his word against mine scenario.

Mr. Goldszer's first accomplishment was to convince the moving company's insurance company that their insured was at fault. He did so in a matter of 2 days. My car was in and out of the body shop in less than two weeks, completely paid for by the them. The next issue that needed immediate attention was the considerable pain I was in as a result of extensive soft tissue damage. I knew I needed treatment but I was very concerned about the cost of what I knew would be a lengthy process. This is where Ron Goldszer goes to work. He arranged treatment on "lien" for more than six months, leaving me without a worry concerning the payment of these sizable medical bills.

In the end, Mr. Goldszer was able to not only convince the moving company's insurance company of their insured's gross negligence but also settled the issue very quickly. The settlement included payment in full for all physical therapy and full compensation for my pain and suffering... ALL WITHOUT LITIGATION.

It would be in bad form to disclose the amount of the settlement, so I will simply call it 5 stars. I wouldn't wish this type of life event upon anybody, but if it happens to you, Ron Goldszer will make what is otherwise a very painful process... virtually painless.

I deeply regret having retained the services of Ron Goldszer. Let me be clear by saying that if there were a no stars option here, I'd be submitting that. AVOID!

If you ride a motorcycle, drive a car or ride a bicycle, this attorney MUST be considered. I spent ten years taking auto, moto and velo photos on The Snake, so I have seen quite a few accidents. Mr Goldszer did a wonderful job as an advocate for all the unlucky accident victims who hired him.
