In the time I've had to become acquainted with Joanne Lappin I am very impressed with her business acumen and overall knowledge and understanding of the budding Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) aka BACKYARD HOME, Granny Flat, etc. industry as well as the Manufactured Home Industry which is fast becoming a major player in this once considered cottage industry (pun intended) which is quickly turning into a major growth industry.

With their many creative and innovative ways of contributing to the lending industry from construction loans, take out loans, to HELOC's, 2nd trust deeds, etc. and their ability to keep their eye on the ball in the Backyard Home Industry I'm confident they will be able to assist many property/homeowners, contractors and developers in this field.
