Met with Doug. He was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Good experience. I highly recommend him

Pride is a very good dealership. They really try to meet the needs of their customers. Maggie was wonderful, very friendly, respectful and honest. We appreciate all she has done for us in making our experience the besto
This is worst experience I've ever had buying a car but now I am regretting for buying a car over there.
Getting into an accident can be a very stressful experience, even if you re not at fault but Anna made this experience so easy for me that I honestly couldn t be more appreciative. She handled everything as far as making sure I had a rental ready for me when I got there. She kept me updated along the way about my repairs and reassured me throughout the process. I would recommend anyone to go to Anna and Pride Collision!
Not recommended for New Hampshire buyers. Attempted to charge $300 for paperwork that is unnecessary as listed on MA governmental consumer affairs site. Pride did a "wear you out" by making me wait long periods of time. It took a very long time and repeated "walk out" threats to get them to drop that fee. It's unethical even if legal to attempt to charge such a fee, especially on a used vehicle. Pride collected MA sales tax and never told me that as a NH customer I could file for a rebate since the car was registered in NH. Sorry--but they SHOULD know this and SHOULD tell the customer. In fairness they did manage to get me a good financing deal so thumbs up to their finance guy.
Upon arrival to the dealership, I had a particular car and budget in mind. My salesperson, Maggi Cedano was extremely transparent and straightforward when we negotiated price and there was no haggling whatsoever. The whole ordeal was hassle free because of her professionalism. I would recomend Maggi and Pride Hyundai to anyone and everyone!
Found a Sonata I liked on CarGurus. I called the dealership Tuesday at noon. That night, I put money down on the car over the phone. They sent me a credit application and told me they had held the car for me. The next morning, I got a text that they had sold the car on Sunday. I'm an hour away from the dealer, and I can't work with a dealer that doesn't know it's own inventory. Pride Hyundai, you're fired!
Very good .
Incredible service.
Great friendly service
They really are good at what they do.
Pride has always been helpful with the service of my car. I wouldn't trust any other dealer or private auto mechanic. The service department personnel is top notch especially Wendell and Tony. They are polite and very courteous. This is why I trust Pride of Seekonk.
Douglas Knight assisted us in finding the perfect vehicle that was in our budget. He never rushed, was personable and made sure we were happy with our selection. Thank you Doug!
Great service and great people at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. The sales person Roy and the Sales manager were extremely helpful. The Internet manager Monica was also helpful. I strongly reccomend this dealership and will definitely bring customers their way. Thanks!
Great service, Great promotion, my son bought himself a great car, he loves it! We're very happy with the whole experience .
I had sent out an email inquiry about a car and initially corresponded with Lilian at Pride Hyundai. She was helpful and not pushy, and when I came in to test drive I met Maggi Cedano who was my primary salesperson. She was helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend working with Maggi for her warmth, personal touch, and hard work- she met me on her day off to deliver my car around my crazy schedule. And always with a smile! I ll be a long term customer and am very appreciative.
Had my car detailed and it couldn t have come out any better. Fantastic job done by the Pride Family. Always a pleasure to do business with. I rate them 5 Stars !!
Thank you to Pride Hyundai Seekonk for making my car buying experience easy and working with me to get a monthly payment I was comfortable with.
Absoutley dissapointed with the service dept at this hyundai dealership. Went in for a rountine oil change and a mth later the cover that sheild under engine compartment is loose and scrapping the ground. Look under the car the screws were sherred off and the clips that hold the under cover on where all missing and the cover is broken and scrapped up. I go in to have them replace the cover and look at the bumper and get told that it is my fault that I got into an accident under the car which broke the cover. The service guy Tony was incredibly rude and insisted that I got into an accident and scrapped something which broke the cover. He insisted that it was my fault and all he would do is replace the screws and clips and mount the cover back up. First off why would you replace the screws and pins if the were there in the first place? If they were there it would have never fell off to begin with! Now the cover is not only broken but the bumper is not clipped on and is coming off as well due to the tugging of cover and tension on the bumper cover!
Excellent, friendly and professional staff. My best car buying experience! I came all the way from Boston and wasn't disappointed, the car I called a head about was prepared for my test drive, Camron Rahmani is a great sales representative, gave us a great deal on our trade, gave us time to discuss and think w/o pushing us to buy. The finance coordinator was quick and efficient, scored us a great rate. The whole thing took less than 2 hours and we were on our way with a new clean, fully fueled car! Never had such good experience buying and trading a car! Highly recommended!
Pride Service is a bit too far to use for routine work, but they've been excellent with any warranty work needed on my two Hyundai vehicles. Polite, professional, and never trying to up-sell me or looking for non-warranty related issues to fix.
Dough salesman at Pride Hyundai is the best he is so informative he is the best at this dealership If there were 10 stars i would give it to him , he led me in every step when I was buying my 2020 Hyundai sonata and I made the right choice. Thank you Pride Hyundai of seekonk that's what they call awesome customer care!
Everyone there are very knowledgeable and helpful. Tony is a great service manager I've known him for years since the dealership in Pawtucket.
Brought my vehicle in for an issue. The "fixed" it. Three weeks later, I had the same problem. Brought it back. They "fixed" it again, saying the first coil they put in was either bad or put in incorrectly. Same problem 2 days later. Didn't have time to look at it so I had to wait another day to being it in. Very frustrated.
Sorry for the delay. Under the current circumstances, I haven t had time to post this. My family recently completed the purchase of our third car from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. The first purchase was amazing, the second time even more amazing, and this third one, beyond amazing! Roy Silveira Sr., our salesman, and Rob, the General Manager went well above and beyond all expectations we could ve ever asked for or expected. There was no haggling, no games, no back and forth, just a straight up, honest, sincere, affordable car purchase. Our trade-in values far exceeded any other dealerships offer and they offered and applied rebates that were new and we knew nothing about! Roy always follows up the day after the car purchase and after service. He also follows up periodically to see if we have any questions or concerns about the car or if there s anything, he can help us with. I would highly recommend Roy, Rob, and Pride Hyundai of Seekonk to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle from people who truly care about their customers! Pride Hyundai is a family as far as we re concerned! Thank you, Roy and Rob! We all love our cars and will be back for sure!
They were helpful and patient with my questions, even cleaned my totally messy salt ridden car at the end! I really appreciated their kindness.
Unbelievable unbelievable service!! Went in today and was fortunate enough to be greeted by Will D. I have never experienced such genuine hardworking people like I met today at Pride. I cannot say enough good things about this place and would not go anywhere else to purchase a car. Thank you Pride for a fantastic experience.
Thanksgiving, 2015 I purchased an Elantra from Pride Hyundai. My sales person, Andy, was very nice and asked me to write a good review. I obliged. Unfortunately Pride is totally useless after the sale. This car had 4 brand new tires. At only 3K miles I was told by another Hyundai dealer that they all needed replacing. (I was traveling for work at the time.) I called Pride and Tony, in Service, told me to bring the car back to him when I was back in the area and not to worry - he'd take care of me. I believed him. When I returned, I made the appointment with Pride, and Tony told me he couldn't do anything because now there were 11K miles on the tires. (During our earlier conversation I reminded him that there would be a lot more miles by the time I drove this car back across the country.) He said of course he understood and there would not be any problem. Now that I'm back, there's a problem. I called my sales person, Andy, who failed to return my calls. He already has his commission. He doesn't need me anymore. I called the Sales Manager, James, who took the call, told me he'd research it and get back to me. He has never called me back and has refused to return two messages. Rose, from Customer Service, did try to help by putting me in touch with the CEO, Lisa. Lisa wrote me an email explaining that apparently it's normal for tires to need replacing at 11K miles (apparently it was the fault of potholes) and that only two of them were actually bad. She emailed two more times asking if she could call me to explain more fully. I provided my cell number. It's now four weeks later, she's emailed me a few different excuses as to why she did not have the time to make the call. I've not heard a word from her since 5/4/16. I give up. I would never treat my own customers as Pride has treated me. Don't buy here and don't get your vehicle serviced here.
I have to say pride Hyundai is so different my car was totaled I had no idea how stressful this is went to pride and maggi help me she is so friendly and very helpful made my shopping so easy I m a proud owner of a 2020 Tucson thank you Maggie and Dana
I bought my Hyundai Elantra in 2012 and since then Pride Hyundai of Seekonk had been the only place I got my car serviced. Never had any problems with Hyundai. That is until last month when I brought my car in to two belts replaced which was originally priced at less than $200. My AC was working perfectly fine; however, by the time I picked I had no working AC in my car and a new estimate of $760 to fix it. I was advised that i need a new AC compressor. Hyundai did not do much to help me other than splitting the cost with me. I do not know much about cars but knew that could not have been the problem. So I took my car to meineke in Attleboro, MA,I was in and out of there and only ended up paying $50 instead of $760. Hyundai did a crappy job and did not replace the belt properly, which is the reason why the AC did not work. So, Hyundai, before you start throwing outrageous numbers up make sure you get the job done. Thank you, and I will not be coming back.
Sometimes the wait is a little long but overall good service
I have been to many Dealerships and i haven't recieved the customer service like i did at Pride Hyundai. I came in knowing exactly what i wanted and even though they didn't have the car on the lot, they got it for me. The Sales Consultant, Angel C., made the buying experience painless, fast and easy. He got me exactly what i wanted with no sweat. The Financial Manager, Arty C., was easy going and wanted what was best for you. He got me a great rates and coverage that worked for me. They both went above and beyond what was expected. With this Covid-19 pandemic, it is hard to keep your hopes up but, these 2 representatives made it stress-free. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Pride Hyundai. You will not get the satisfaction and the hassle free environment like them! Thank you Pride Hyundai for your efforts and getting me my dream car!
Worse dealership ever encountered.Borders on incompetent and not too knowledgeable.Mileage on day of sale has been increased by 2000 miles on bill of sale but on their website, carfax and all my prior paperwork miles are 2000 less. Only 1 key given on day of sale for a 2018 24,000.00 dollar car. They didn't know how to pay t h e Mass sales tax on the car.I had to pick up the check and mail it to Mass revenue.Never mailed or called when registration came in.Luckily I called and inquired .They had it there for weeks. Now I had 2 days to get the inspection sticker or my license could be suspended for going over the 30 days. They so appreciate their new customers that they give a QUARTER OF A TANK OF GAS before you drive off. If that is the service you expect by all means go to PRIDE you won't be disappointed by their unprofessional lack of business sense and lack of customer knowledge in service.Who trained these people???
First service visit for my 2017 Tucson - oil change & rotate tires. Waited just under an hour. The waiting area is comfortable with nice amenities. Staff are very pleasant. Overall good experience.
About a week ago I was hit on the highway and my car was considered totaled. I had 5 days to get into a car. I walked into pride hyundai and was greeted by Maggie. Shortly after I left happy with a 2018 sonata!. My experience with Maggie was stress free from the moment we sat down. She was able to get me into the exact car I wanted with the exact payment plan I was looking for.
Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Very satisfied with the whole process.
Always accommodating, easy to get in and out and they fix the problem. Only reason why not giving 5 stars is because the cost of repairs are still expensive but with a lease you have to expect it and to be fair the costs are high at all dealerships and continue to go up everywhere.
Just recently purchased a 2019 Tucson. Received great customer service from Quinn, thank you! I am very happy with my new vehicle. Would definitely recommend Pride Hyundai to my friends and family!
Great service from what customers I take there tell me
Went in for an inspection, expected an hour's wait; I was out in 35 minutes. They also give incentives for returning to them for service, I got a bag of cookies!
Excellent service and friendly staff. Great quality of work, and helps to put you in a beautiful rental in the mean time. I have upgraded to what is now my third Hyundai over many years, and I have had a great experience every time, no need to turn anywhere else. Highly recommend their expertise!
Tony Fernandes and his team are top notch professionals.
Fred Royce is a misogynistic creep that kicks women out if they don't smile through his number game. He's a sad excuse for a sales manager. I went to Courtesy Hyundai in Pawtucket right after dealing with that joke and bought myself a great truck. Never again. Fred Royce needs to retire lol
Yesterday, 8-26-19, I had to replace a blown tire. As always I was treat very well, and I'm completely satisfied with the service, indeed.
Thanks once again Tony.
Well right now it sucks I bought a car and after I signed the papers they told me there was no title and it would take 7- to 10 days and it has been 16 days no title. I need a car and unfortunately I may have to go get my money and do business somewhere else. I hate to do it cus our salesman was so cool but hey I need a car ..
I went in just to find out where I stood as far as numbers went, with my credit score not being that good I wasnt very hopeful of getting a good outcome. But come to find out I did, I couldn t get the SUV like I wanted but I still got a new car I love. I worked with Maggi Cedano and she fought to make sure I got approved and got into the car I have. She was so very helpful and always there when I had a question. If Maggi wasn t around to help me out I had James Ricci and Roy Silveira Sr there to find out any information I needed and to help calm my nerves. For anyone looking for a car I highly recommend going to pride Hyundai no matter what situation you are in go in to find out your options. This was my first time buying a car from a well known dealership and I couldn t have asked for a better experience with such great and friendly people.
Awesome ! Maggie was excellent and helped us with everything we needed! I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending to family and friends. The GM was also great, accommodating to our financial needs. Thank you so much for everything!
Roy was main sales person and he was terrific .The manager Victor is a great guy. Peter and Caitlin are also great. Very down to earth honest guys at least the ones I mentioned. I love the dealership and they will do their best for you within reason as it should be!!!!
This place is Top Notch! Doug Knight post videos providing many interesting fact on leasing which is helpful for myself as an interested buyer.
I highly recommend Cameron for all your car needs! he's patient, caring and will get the job done.
I purchased a car from Andy a few months ago. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident and needed to purchase another. Of course I was going back to Andy Luna, he made it so easy the first time that going to someone else wasn't even an option. He aksed what I was looking for and in 10 minutes he had the car for me. Thank you so much again Andy!
It was a routine oil change, yet performed quickly, and the car was washed, to rid it of road salt. Excellent, as always!
I recently had my leased Hyundai serviced at Pride Hyundai. This was my first visit to Pride and I couldn't have been more satisfied. I was assisted as soon as I walked in the door and I believe t was the service manager who took care of me. I explained to him that my lease only had a few months remaining and , after determining my service needs, he took me to the salesroom and introduced me to a sales person so I could discuss my end of lease requirements.
While I was waiting a service dept. assistant came in to ask me about whether or not I would like a couple of things done. She gave me the prices and the option of whether or not to have the work done. In the past, I have had places do the work without consulting with me.
Lastly, they washed my car upon completion of service which really impressed me since I never had hat done at my previous dealer. When my lease is up I'd like to lease another Hyundai from Pride because I'm certain that I'll be treated well.
I just bought my second car from this dealership and I ll go back when I m ready for my third. Caring and relaxed environment. Roy Silveira took great care of us and is a pleasure to work with. Love my new-to-me car!
Having contacted pride Hyundai regarding loan I was received wholeheartedly but all efforts she applied still pending I have not successful. Thanks! Solomon
We bring the car in for a recall and they messed up on my car 3x broke 2 different pieces fixed it but took my sway bar..not coming here ever
Over priced parts compared to other Hyundai dealerships.
My wife and I recently bought a 2012 Honda Civic from Pride Hyundai. We dealt with Mr. Eddie Galego from start to finish and it was a very positive experience. We were both impressed with Eddie's knowledge, professionalism and customer service skills. Not once did we feel pressured or put on the spot. Mr Galego ensured that even the smallest details of the transaction were taken care of and kept us abreast of all pertinent information. I would recommend Eddie without reservation if you are looking for either a new or used vehicle. I guarantee that your car buying experience will be a positive one. Our experience with David Rosendhal, the business/finance manager, was also extremely positive and fruitful.
I put off getting involved with purchasing a car because I dread the sales people due to the sales person attempting to sell me something I do want. I went to three car dealerships before I stopped at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. Walked out of each one feeling frustrated and defeated. Maggi make my time at Pride Hyundai worth stopping in. She listened to what "I" wanted and made it happen in short period of time. When I left I was the owner of a new car that "I" wanted. I left feeling relaxed, happy and respected. The car is wonderful and I have already recommended three people to Pride Hyundai and have told them about Maggi and her professional service and personal approach. I consider myself fortunate to have met Maggi and credit her to my having had a positive experience buying a car. You have to admit, that does not happen often.
AVOID this place at all costs, they will tell you anything to get you into the showroom and then lie to your face. Manager Rab looked dirty, was unruly and had a stench of marijuana. Wrote to owner Lisa as well, but she really does not care what happens in her dealership. Heed the warning!!!!!
I was very pleased with my experience at Pride Service Department I never had a car from a dealership and was quite surprised at the prices and the professionalism. I will return if I have any problems. See you in February for my oil change. Happy Holidays
Very disappointed. I went to this dealer to fix a broken part from my "certified used car" and they told me that they ordered the part and they will call me after it arrives. SAME DAY I received a bunch of emails and calls telling me to review their store for such a good service. I did went online and left them a good review to help them out. Today, after almost month and a half I called them back and I find out they didn't order my part. Certainly they are more focus on reviews than the actual service they are supposed to provide. Now I guess its gonna be another month of waiting. Very disappointed with this ppl
Always friendly and takes care of my needs well.. great team.
By far the worst experience buying a car someone could have. From the three person tag team sales experience, having to go home for a document and being called to "make sure we were coming back", to waiting 3 hours for financing only to have a women talk down to us when we asked her to explain the contract and say "I don't have time for this, there's other people waiting, we need to speed this along."
That is when we should have walked out. Now it's three weeks later and the car is still not registered and we have been back to the dealer twice because they didn't have us sign forms in financing. Maybe we shouldn't have "sped this along."
Excellent service right off the bat! Maggi and Arthur were wonderful and a pleasure to work with!
BUNCH OF HACKS !!! (worth reading)
dont fall for the 150 point inspection SCAM...i brought in my elantra an inspection of something loose in front end...and engine light on...we were quoted $100 just to check it...when we arrived and told guy behind the counter why we were there...he suggested that we go for the 150 point inspection wich included the 2 issues we wanted and alot more..including the popular "WALK AROUND" wich they take a very important walk around your car...(very important you have this done!!! hahaha)...so on his recomandation...we did it...and guess what we need... a tie rod in the front...and go figure the 150 point inspection found that engine light was on...ummm we already knew that that why were here...but 150 point inspection doesnt include finding out why the engine light is on...thats seperate...(i would think thats the 1st thing to do on a 150 point inspection)...so we paid and left very upset...we called to complain about our experience...and they said they would do the engine light scan for free a $100 value...(oh thank you autozone does it for free too)...so we bring the car back and the scan revealed that there was a problem with the cam shaft position sensor..and that the "SHOP FORMAN" performed this test himself and it would be just short of $200 to replace the sensor...shocked at the price tag..we took the car home..and i wanted to google what it was...it appears to be a small plastic thingy..with only 1 bolt holding it on the top of the engine ..seems simple enough for anyone ...so i wanted to take a picture of it so i make sure we buy the exact same one...i open the hood..remove the cover and there it is..UNPLUGGED...i plug it back in and never had a problem with it since ..you would think a certified hyundai "SHOP FORMAN" no less would at least look at the thing thats coming up on there scan...but no...took us 2 appointments..$150 for something i did my self in 2 seconds.
ps. (side note)
we went to tarbox 1st...and when we arrived to ask them to check the engine light...they insisted that we owned a sonata turbo...even though we told them a few times we drive an elantra...they still insisted that we were wrong and we owned a turbo sonata...so we just walked out...so there no better either
If I could give a no star then I would. Worst dealership experience EVER. Had to go back 3 extra times to sign papers . The dealer was very misleading with information about miles I went over on my lease, leaving me the have a balance of $3,000 . And the manager wiping his hands saying he cant do anything to help me. I would absolutely never recommend this dealership or Angel the dealer I dealt with it took over a month for them to register it.
Bought my car from them in Dec 2016 and have been going for all my required services since.....I live in New Bedford and drive the extra miles because of the quick and courtesy service
Purchasing my new vehicle at Pride Hyundai was a very nice experience. The sales person I dealt with was Kevin Lothrop. He made me feel very comfortable being there with his awesome personality and knowledge about the vehicles. There was no pressure to purchase. He went out of his way to take care of everything for me seeing that I purchased my new vehicle and left for vacation. When I returned I returned to a new vehicle already to pick up with no worries and no hassles. This made for a wonderful experience. I would definetly recommend Pride Hyundai with Kevin Lothrop as the sales person. I LOVE my new vehicle!!!! Michelle Cotton
Came into the dealership thinking it'd be a bad experience and it absolutely turned out to be one... The sales man was good and got me a good deal then the finance manager decided to try to make money off my interest rate by offering me 4.9% on a new car... My credit is good and he refused to accept Hyundai's promotion of 2.9 and could tell he was trying to scheme on you to get you the 2.9% finance but if a bank offered lower they'd keep the difference
I must say this dealership is not only , not friendly ,but their cars are dirty. The facility is also severely run down, a colleague of mine had a bad experience their, I stopped in with interest in a new Elantra however just confirmed his experience.
Fast friendly service always. Wendell is awesome!!!
As Always, I had a Great experience. Wendell was very helpful and accommodating. Throughly explained everything. I Always have a good experience when I go. Of course when you go to take your car there is Always a little trepidation of what extra news will I hear about my car. But I truly believe All of the people there as much as possible, strive to make it a professional and pleasant experience. They also respect your time. Doing what they can to get you out at a reasonable amount of time
When I moved to road island it was hard.i missed Maine Hondia. Now as time has passed .The team has gotten to know me.I came in with a flat tire, and the team took me in and replaced two new tires as they were bad. Thank you
The ease of buying a vehicle at Pride was epic. I am used to having to spend hours haggling a deal, but Pride started out with a fair offer for my trade in and the dealer incentives were better than any I have seen in other dealers.
I would like to share my recent pleaseant experience with your Service Dept. I was immediately acknowledged and greeted as I entered the service dept by Tony and Stacey. They explained the needed work would be covered under warranty (YIPPEE!) and completed the work in their estimated time frame.
I then received a courtesy follw up call from Rose asking if I was happy with experinece. I told her I was extremely satisfied and saw no areas of needed improvent. I would highly recommend Pride Hyundai of Seekonk for their commitment to a positve customer experince. Jim C Cranston, RI
Pride Cars has no intention of getting you a car that is yours and useable. They will continue to lead you on and lie to you. In our experience, it has been over 2 months and we have been pulled over because we still have on dealer plates due to their incompetency in registering the car correctly. It has gotten to the point where we have considered to switch companies and completely dump the car in the lot for them to deal with. We are paying over $8,000 for a car that we do not own and are paying insurance.
The finance staff treats me like i am uneducated and easy to manipulate. Lying to me over and over again. As a customer, I should not be treated in this manner, especially if this is your first experience buying a car, I assure you if you choose any other company it wouldn't be as bad as this.
I've gotten to the point where I have refused to let my children buy a car from this place, hoping to save them from this grueling and quite frankly insulting process.
I repeat do NOT buy a car from here.
Tony from the service department is great to work with. He will do whatever it takes to make sure that you leave his department with a smile. Tony has also groomed a well trained crew. They greet you with a smile and have your best interests in hand.
I agree that the staff is good and friendly. I purchased two cars from there and each of my sisters purchased cars there. One sister purchased two. My husband and I were a little disappointed with our last visit. We went with one of those gimmicks that say we want your car. We only went because it said my monthly payment would be less. My current Santa Fe would still have a balance of $5,000, which would either had to be paid or rolled into a new loan. With all of the stated new car insentives that amount should have gone away. We left with questions. I sent an email to Lisa and she had a new manager, Roy call me to explain how those letters work. He suggested that we pay down some of the principal balance by paying extra each month and go back in a few months. I was a business director and I had to explain bills all the time. He had a lot of what if s and explained that the letters are not done there. They are outsourced. The numbers still don t make sense to me but I thanked him for the call back. I am happy with my SUV and would never have gone there if it wasn t for lower monthly payments. I would suggest that they add to their promotional stuff that The writing/coping is outsourced and Pride Isn t responsible for errors. Again, I appreciated the return call.
