The worst customer service experience from manager Tony and Kayshawn Jolly! Lost my business despite the fact they had the best price. Ran my credit with a bunch of banks even though I told them I wasn't willing to do business with them. They will not respond to calls, texts or emails. The only good thing they did was give me an itemized quote thinking they had the sale. Took that quote to another dealership and got a better price! They kept me waiting for a decision on financing for 3 days and wouldn't tell me the interest rate unless I came in. Also don't finance with this dealership. They keep a cut on the interest rate. I was approved with half the interest rate than what they were offering me. If thats how mazda gallery is going to do business they will lose customers to other dealerships. If you are planning on buying a mazda, do yourself a favor, shop around for prices and once you have the lowest from mazda gallery, go to another dealership and they'll beat that price and have better customer service. It's a win win! Hey mazda gallery if you're gonna have the best prices please make sure you have good customer service too so you can actually earn the business! You lost my business and I still ended up with a red mazda cx5 at a better price!
Called and made an appointment to purchase a vehicle, which was viewed and communicated about online, prior. This was also confirmed by Crystal the online sales professional over the phone, who double checked the appointment and inventory. When we arrived two hours later, the car was sold two days ago, and Crystal isn t here. After totaling our vehicle we were looking forward to an easy, efficient, cash purchase.
I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda cx-5 from Brian Ciavola. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and never pressured us. He went out of his way to make the buying experience as pleasant as possible. He was willing to spend as much time as we needed with test drive comparisons and color selection. He even went as far as cleaning my license plate before putting it on my brand new car! We recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring from Mazda Gallery in Norwood, MA. They carried the specific vehicle we were interested in, so we stopped in for a test drive. Typically, a car purchase experience can be a frustrating nightmare; however, we came to an agreement in terms fairly quick and made the transaction. Mr. Doug Clark (aka the Mazda Man) was our sales associate. He is a very pleasant, reasonable and data driven person. So we both showed each other what the car was worth and how much we would pay and quickly came to an agreement. It really made for a pleasant purchase transaction. There was also no pressure on us to buy the car. The other advantage of Norwood Gallery is that it has a very friendly environment. So although there are other dealerships closer to us, we will be taking in our Mazda for service to them.
When my husband is in the market to buy my Mazda Miata, we know he'll be calling the MazdaMan!

From moment walking through the door, to final signature this has been a very pleasant experience. Let s face it - most people don t like high pressure sales tactics - you won t find any of that nonsense here. Polite, Respectful & Excellent Communications were our experience. We test drove 2 vehicles over 3 different times - multiple days, and the only questions were how we enjoyed the ride & if they could answer any questions. All the folks we dealt with - Seng, Ray, Eric & David were consummate professionals, great communicators and respectful. We ll be back.
UPDATE: After I left this review, the sales manager actively invited us back to the dealership and our experience has been great so far. We decided to purchase a CX-5 from them!
Sales guy (who introduced himself as delivery technician, not sure what that is) was very patronizing. We had two models in our minds and wanted to know the pricing in detail and what deals/promotions they might be willing to offer. But he refused to tell us anything until we picked a model in a very rude way. How are we supposed to pick a vehicle before knowing what deals/promotions they may have? He kept sighing and yelling at us to come here, go there whatever . It was my girlfriend s first time buying a car for herself, and he sounded very patronizing that she doesnt understand how leasing works. All other sales rep seemed very nice except for him, and we were just unlucky to be helped by him.

This was the sixth new car purchase I have made and not only was it the smoothest and easiest transaction it was the first one that I actually enjoyed. All the others were 2-3 hours of games , being worn down , and pure torture. Brian was very informative about the new car I was purchasing. Ray Ng was extremely helpful for getting me into the car I can afford and be happy with. He made the sale very easy for me, and I left confidient and happy with my choice. I felt like they were honest with me the entire sale, stuck to what they said and did not go around changing the cost, and payments of things. They made my husband and I feel as though we were their #1 customer and we will be back again to purchase our next car from them! Came in for my first oil change on a CX-9 I had recently purchased. First oil change was done for free and in a timely manner. The exterior of the car was also washed and looked great. Very pleased with the service!
It took them 2 months and they had to contact the factory to fix the warranty problem, but we drove a nice new loaner, so it was as painless as possible. Prime Mazda was wonderful to deal with.
I purchased my Mazda3 here last September and finally reached 5 thousand miles so I brought it in for service.Jenna is a wonderful service tech. She keeps you informed and explained everything and asked if I had questions or concerns. The waiting area is equipped with hot and cold drinks as well as fresh bagels from Panera. Highly recommend Prime Mazda of Norwood.

I had my car serviced for the ususal items; oil/filter change, rotate tires, inpect fluid levels, etc. The work was finshed quickly. No complaints on my part and I also learned that Prime has a policy of rotating the tires when changing the oil.

Customer service was dreadful. The salesman we worked with was very unprofessional and rude. All the questions we asked he just answered with I m not sure. My girlfriend is a front line worker in a hospital and he mentioned a discount, only to find out he took off 25 dollars. Will not be buying from them.
This was my first car buying experience and it was absolutely ruined by the atrocious customer service. I went last week to look at cars & ended up buying a car on Saturday. However it needed to be serviced, understandably. My salesman Wayne was great until I gave him the money for my car. From then on his customer service was disgusting. He never called me on the status of my car, I had to repeatedly call him asking for an explanation. He explained he wasn t going to call until it was ready which is not the way to handle it when someone just spent the most money they ever have and you re not giving them updates for DAYS. After explaining I wanted updates even if the update was it s not ready vs silence, I still had to call him. He does not know how to read the room and read his customers. Each customer is different and when they explain to you how they d like to be contacted, then work with them! I put a down on my car on a Friday. I was unable to leave with the car until The following Thursday! Mind you, no one actually apologized for the delay, just came up with excuses. The general manager NEVER came to apologize either, despite the fact we were recommended to this dealer and vip . Absolutely disgusting, sales car men are the greediest people I ve ever met who no longer care about customer satisfaction once they have your money. Truly ruined my car buying experience. And it s infuriating to know Wayne gets a commission when he treated my sale so poorly. Never buy from them, especially if your younger and buying your first car. Oh and did I mention they didn t tell me I needed an sd card for my navigation system and gave me 2 sets of keys and one of them has a dead battery. It s truly laughable. Do not buy from this dealer. There are a million other Mazda dealerships, check those out.
Very bad experience over all! Purchased a CPO Mazda CX-9 from Prime Mazda and I can say the quality checks on the car were very poor. Apple CarPlay was never installed and I now have a sunroof that leaked at the first sight of rain. Had to chase a few people to get things fixed and wasn t able to get them get far despite my many voicemails and messages. Shame on you Prime Mazda!
I had a fantastic experience at the Mazda Gallery in Norwood! I was in the market to replace my old 2005 Honda Odyssey with a newer car. I checked out all of my options at each dealership up and down the auto strip. None of my experiences even came close to the one I had at the Mazda Gallery! I worked with both Harshene and Doug and they were both amazing. No pushiness, no pressure AT ALL. Harshene was amazingly communicative, and Doug worked hard to help me work out a deal that I could afford. Even after making the decision to get the Mazda cx-9, people from the other dealerships continued to pressure me over the phone, trying to win my business. You can't win business- you EARN business. This was my first time leasing a car in the United States. The people at Mazda Prime were very professional in the way they handled the transaction, especially the sales associate, Janice. The lease deal I got was a steal as a result!
One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. They took in my car for a air bag recall and check engine light. End of first day I got a call that the ran out of some kind of gas they use to run a test and needed to borrow some from BMW next door and they needed the car until the next day. The next day came and at 3 pm I call for an update no one returned my call. For the entire rest of the day I called and was sent to voicemail for a service adviser who had the day off to a general service voicemail to the voicemail for the operator and a second service adviser. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. The next morning the service adviser who's day off it had been called me and told me the tech wasn't in yet and no one knew anything about my car. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! Horrible customer service they seem like they couldn't care less.
The receptionist was friendly, we were helped within couple minutes, the sales adviser (Kayshawn) was very attentive, Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Excellent customer service. The price was fair. The financier wasn t too friendly or had much patience about the process. ZoomZoom
Mazda Gallery is the best! I always feel well taken care of without any hype from anyone. I brought a coupon in for a discount and Jenna, my service person, said she had a better coupon for me, saving me an extra $10. Over the years my husband and I bought 4 cars from Doug Clark and it s always a positive experience. I don t know many people who can say that about car dealerships. You ll always be in good hands.
In 2016 I leased a CX5 from this location and now that it s come time to return it I got the runaround by Chase auto and Quincy Mazda on how I can conveniently return the vehicle. I was planning on going to Quincy because I live in walking distance of that location. Needless to say they sent me back to Norwood misinforming time that they could not take my lease. Well I m glad I did because I got taken care of by Levi and Doug. They made the process incredibly easy and took some stress off my day. Class acts those two, go see them!
I've had my Mazda 3 for a little over a year now and I couldn't be happier. I've had nothing but a great experience with Mazda Gallery. I've brought the car in a few times for minor thing and a oil change. Each time I've been greeted with a smile, they've explained everything they're going to do and I've never waited for my car to be ready for more than a half hour. One time I just stopped by without an appointment because my low tire pressure light came on and won't go out. It was towards the end of the day, there were quite a few cars being serviced, but they squeezed me and 15 minutes later I was on my way. And my car has been washed and vacuumed out each time too! I highly recommend Mazda Gallery in Norwood, MA.
My experience was wonderful all the way through!! Doug and Robert were terrific! Did not pressure me at all! And Erik and Alex were terrific as well ! Explained all the new technologies for me and made me feel comfortable leaving the lot with a wonderful car!!

Each time we went here we had terrible service. And waited for over 2 hours each time. The company took 2 weeks about to register the vehicle. It was a nightmare and a hassle. They will never be getting our business again. Update: they offered an "olive branch" to have the vehicle serviced (oil change) and we waited 3 hours this time! Other people were going in an out who had the same OR MORE services done to heir vehicle. Such a let down and a slap in the face. I have never been more unsatisfied by a company ;(

My family has been looking for a good used car that would fit our needs regarding safety, quality and price. We were looking at used Nissan Rogues since they seemed to be the best fit for us. A well priced, good condition Rogue brought us in but we were unable to get within our own budget for it. Our salesman was Harshene Cunningham, and I can't recommend him enough. My wife and I both felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure we got the right vehicle for our needs, and not just the highest sale he could manage. At every turn we felt helped and encouraged to explore options for us, not pressure to close on a car. We did interact with a few other people there, the sales manager (whose name escapes me) and another salesperson, Janice who was beyond helpful when Harshene was on his day off. That's right, our salesman was on his day off yet still responded to my emails and forwarded our questions to Janice who was working at the dealership that day. We ended up with a lease on a brand new 2016 Mazda 6! I can't say enough good things about the staff at this dealership. We have found a dealership that will be our first option whenever we are looking for a vehicle and our first recommendation if someone says they are looking for one.
Was interested in buying a Mazda so I called their store, they told me the had plenty of cars in stock of the exact model I was looking for but when I got there they had none. I was willing to wait for the model I wanted so I made a deal for a car that would arrive within 2 weeks. After two weeks had passed I called them asking for an update, apparently the car I was supposed to receive was damaged from Hurricane Sandy but they never bothered to inform me. I requested my deposit back, then got a call 2 weeks later telling me they found the car I was interested in, I told them I just want my deposit back. It's been almost a month and they still have not refunded my deposit, scumbags.
My son called ahead for a state inspection sticker. Drove down, checked in and waited over two hours. The service department finally told my son there wasn't a qualified tech to do the inspection and had to come back. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!! NOBODY COULD OF KNOWN THIS EARLIER??

This is the worst car dealership that I have ever been to! Harshene was a complete jerk to his customers. He was very rude, disrespectful, lazy and not helpful at all. My wife was coming in to buy her first new car and he made her cry. It was very stressful on her due to him not helping out or answering her questions to the fullest, keep in mind that he didn't even ride with us when we test drove it and had questions. He seemed like he didn't even want us there because it was almost 6 and he had to leave! Well to bad man, welcome to life! If you want to make money, you sometimes have to stay over and help! Don't go to this car dealership. It isn't even worth your time!

I won't take my RX-8 anywhere but Mazda Gallery. The level of service I receive is what I would expect from a luxury brand. Drop off is quick, there is always someone right there to take my car and a service consultant to check me in. Their turnaround time is always less than estimated and I get a vacuum and wah out of the deal as well.
I've never been a huge fan of Mazda before owning one, but I'll find it hard to go elsewhere thanks to the build quality ans sporting demeanor of the car itself, and the awesome experience I have every time I visit Mazda Gallery.

We looked up Mazda through TrueCar and they recommended a couple of nearby dealers with a price and configuration. We contacted them all and Ray Ng from Mazda Gallery was quick to response and answered all our questions promptly. When I arrived at the dealership, I met Brian Ciavola and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, very knowledgeable about what my needs were and the matching features in Mazda, never pushy but provided me all the options and add on features. He was even able to get me a their Saturday deal a day sooner. When I went back to pick-up the car, it was ready and he went over everything in detail and has been a continued source of information ever since though I have already purchased the vehicle. He took me to their Service department and made sure that I understood what was available to me.
