Edit/update: The customer service manager called a...

Edit/update: The customer service manager called and was lovely on the phone. She apologized profusely and reassured me that Mark Miller takes health and safety very seriously. The phone call was a very nice gesture.

What a nightmare. I needed my emissions test done and I am in an ultra high risk group for Covid so I needed to take extra precautions. I called two weeks in advance to make my appointment at 7am on a
Monday so I would run into as few people as possible. I called on the Friday before to confirm. When I arrived I also confirmed that I was here for an emissions test. I wait an hour in a waiting room where the company mask policy is not being enforced only to be told that my oil change has been completed. Not the emissions test which I came in for. I now need to wait another hour for the emissions test. Bad customer service is bad. Bad customer service that puts my life at risk is unacceptable.

I just purchased a new vehicle here and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Their inventory provided a great selection and the trade-in process for my old car was very quick/easy. I will always go to Mark Miller for service as they are a top notch business!

After many months of research, both on the vehicle and on dealers, I purchased my RAV4 Limited Hybrid at Mark Miller Toyota. What I wanted had to be ordered in, and Mark Miller was great to work with. Now, if you are like me, you absolutely hate the car buying experience. Did I love my experience at Mark Miller? Honestly, I would not love my experience at any car dealership. But Mark Miller made the experience much better than other dealers I have bought from. Steve Hermansen is someone I recommend you deal with. He is with online sales. He is obviously a salesperson, but I never felt like I was being scammed or anything along those lines. I did visit the dealership multiple times before placing my order. Steve answered all my questions and was quite responsive to my texts. Sam (Samantha) filled in great when Steve was not available. There were some bumps in the road at actual time of purchase, but they really did a good job and showed that they wanted to make sure I had a good experience. I still do not like the car buying experience, but whenever we get to the point of purchasing another car, we will go back to Mark Miller. And I do not want to leave out the part about actually closing the deal with the finance person. Though the waiting time to go in with the finance person could have definitely been shortened, this was the best experience I have had. He took "no" for an answer and other than the normal opening sales pitch for "X", he did try to push beyond that and answered my questions appropriately.

Overall a great car buying experience. Price was fair and trade in value fair. Jason Jones was very upfront and good to work with. There are no hidden fees or high pressure sales tactics. The only disappointment was the inability of the dealer to get the new tires for the vehicle I purchased and the vehicle was not fueled up when I picked it up. They did add the fuel when I asked about it. I also would have liked the vehicle's features explained to me. I was told I would be provided a key remote and they would get me a key for the vehicle at their cost. I hope they will still do this when I return for the tires. I think they forgot to do this before I left. I would suggest that a checklist would be useful for them to be sure everything is taken care of before a used vehicle goes out.

The finance department was also very good to work with. They accepted my decline of the extra warranties without trying high pressure sales. I would recommend this dealer. Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable.

Customer Service representatives are always very f...

Customer Service representatives are always very friendly and accommodating. I have been scheduling my service appointments with Bruce for several years now. He understands that some repairs have to wait and he never makes me feel like I am doing my vehicle injustice for not fixing it immediately. It was recommended to change the cabin air filter and engine air filter in our vehicle. When I asked how difficult it would be to get to the cabin air filter, not only did Bruce tell me that it was easy to do, he even told me right where to get to it and how to do it. I've had experiences with other service departments in the past who are not so willing to tell you how to get to a part and tell me it would be difficult to do if you did not know what you were doing. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere I am always greeted with on my service visits. And it is always nice to drive home in a very clean and nicely washed vehicle!!

Our Sienna just stopped driving one day on the way to a family outing and this dealership was the nearest one for the tow truck. We lucked out! They took such good care of us! The cost and repairs were honest, and didn't change from one day to the next like they do as so many auto shops... they even washed the car when they were done! We were helped by Janzten and he was so helpful and we felt like he was honest and cared about us and our repairs. Then, they allowed us to borrow one of their cars to use FOR FREE while they kept our car. They noticed and fixed 4 recalls we were unaware of and kept us updated on the repairs and the status. We felt lucky to stumble upon this repair shop and most likely will use them again! The professionalism is unmatched!

I used to hate buying cars because you always felt pressured. I have to admit that it was a pleasant experience dealing with Jesse Tyler and all those who helped with the purchase of my new Corolla. I went in originally looking for a used Corolla that I saw on the internet. Jesse was very courteous as he showed my wife and I the ones that I had been looking at. he also asked if we were interested in new cars so I thought, "why not?" Jesse was able to put us in a new Corolla for just a few dollars more than we would have paid for one of the used ones. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Mark Miller and each one has been a smooth transaction. We even got more than I was anticipating for our old 1999 Corolla on a trade in! I am a very happy customer.

I went in to Mark Miller to get my 15k mike service done. First, I pulled up into the wrong service line. The staff was super nice and offered to move my truck for me to where it needed to be. Next, it turned out I had already completed my 15k service about 2000 miles early and had forgotten. The techs were again super nice to me. They said they d top off my fluids, wash my car and get me on my way. All that for free. Thanks for being so great, even when I made all the mistakes!

I looked into buying a vehicle last summer. Mark Miller came up with a vehicle, a Toyota Camry 2011 that was decent mileage and decent price. The car was nice, though the detailing could have used a little more attention to detail (party-popper and other trash in the crevices). I was interested, and the salesman was great!

Negotiations is where everything turned around. I went in to play hardball. The salesman went to his sales manager. Maybe because I'm young they thought I was stupid. The price I offered, merely $500 below asking price, the sales manager scoffed at me and said that it was completely unreasonable. Never a counter offer was made, and he basically pushed me out the door, telling me good luck coyly.

Two days later, I found a Toyota Camry 2011 same price... 10k miles less with minor upgrades (tinted windows, trim, etc.) I bought that one, and have loved it since. It was clean, their detailing did a fantastic job since I never found a crumb after I bought it.

Used Camry's are very common. Never feel like you have to buy one you set your eyes on because you'll always find another. The sales manager at Mark Miller wanted to treat me as if my age meant I wasn't educated on that fact, and I managed to get a vehicle at a much better deal. I would recommend the salesman (forgot his name) but while that Sales Manager is there then I'd recommend to avoid the property.

Found a vehicle I was extremely interested in online. Went in to the dealer, after about 45 minutes and being referred to as Gangsta and general rudeness was told that the car is being detailed and will not be ready until tomorrow. so I made an appointment to streamline the process for tomorrow. I get three emails confirming my appointment but when I arrive they seem to have no idea. I wait for 15 more minutes for the salesmen to get the keys and when he comes back he tells me the car was sold yesterday. Yesterday, after I came in to look at it but it was not ready until tomorrow. This dealer is the perfect example of how a business grows too large to run smoothly, too many hoops and far too many sales staff all selling the same vehicle.

We recently moved to the SLC area and needed to have my 15K mile service done. Went to MM Toyota and had a fabulous experience. Service guys were super polite and helpful. I went and to wait in the waiting area, and WOW!! The waiting area is one of the nicest I've ever seen. Big, inviting area, with a coffee bar, wifi and a place for kids to hang out. My kids would've loved it had they been with me.
The service was fairly quick and they offered to wash the car, which I declined. But I will be back. Definitely the NICEST Toyota dealership I've been to!

Kyle (Sales Consultant) sold me a 2009 Subaru Tribeca at the Downtown Toyota Scion dealership. Beautiful, powerful car. Leather, heated seats perfect paint job, lower miles and decent price. I bought the vehicle while I was in town visiting family (I'm from Oregon). They claim to have a 3,000 mile warranty so my way home the headlight bunt out, was pulled over by a police officer and also noticed a rear differential pressure light was on. I went home, contacted my sales consultant and the manager they agreed to pay to fix the problem. THEY NEVER PAID ME BACK. I emailed receipts, checked in to see where my check was NOTHING. Turns out the AWD and the electrical in the vehicle is junk and I had to eat $5,000 sold it FOR HALF WHAT I PAID FOR IT and bought a new vehicle within a couple months of buying this one.
THIS IS A HORRIBLE DECEITFUL COMPANY, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Justin Wilhite was our sales person, and really knows his product, and we appreciated not being "hard sold" He was great! We have dealt with other dealers including luxury brands and this place is our new go to dealer. Kudos to TC and Carla as well!

So... my 2015 sienna van with 50k miles blew the e...

So... my 2015 sienna van with 50k miles blew the engine on jan 26 2019. At the moment the engine blew up I called the tow truck and start googling what may cause the issue and find out overfilling engine oil may cause the failure. I check the dip stick immediately and the oil level was way pass the second dot on the stick(get a video of the whole process of checking the oil), guess what the oil was changed by them, Mark Miller toyota on 1/11/2019. So I have the car towed to this dealership and have them inspect the car, I gave this picture to the service guy and tell them the overfilling issue. Their response was they need to check it before any conclusion can be made. Recieve a phone call on monday I believe and they said they need to tear the engine apart to check what was the cause. And at the moment I asked them about the overfilling, their answer was becuase it was leaking oil so there were no way to know. Got a call today jan 30 2019 and they told me there was water in the engine and of cause warranty will not cover it. I bought this car a year ago and drove it 10k miles with no issue. Let them change the oil and after not even 2 weeks engine blew and they said water is in it. Well on 1/26 the sun was shining like middle of summer, road is dry. If I had drove through a big pile of water and had enough water in the engine that can blew it, it should be blown at that time i ran through the water already.

Went in to get a new fob for my Prius. They said they could not program the key i had bought online. So I said OK and bought the one at their store. They changed me 189.69$ for the key fob and 34.90 for cutting the key. I already had a key from my old fob which was not working. 35$ is not big deal but I don't like that fact that I was not asked about it. Also, the previous week, I took my car in for polishing (I try do this twice a year) and when I got it back I noticed a few scratches (not saying that it happened during polishing) but they said they will check cameras and call back. They have not yet called me.

I've been to Mark Miller 3 times now and have always experienced excellent customer service. They allow you to contact your service agent via text, which is great for getting status updates. My service agent has always been upfront in communicating costs of labor and parts before proceeding with any fixes, which I VERY much appreciate. My car always comes back to me extra clean and shiny, and pick up is easy. Last, but not least, they provide transportation to wherever you need to go immediately after dropping your car off at the service station. So convenient!

I've had some very bad experiences at car dealerships in the past, so I'm always a little hesitant and skeptical about going in to any dealership. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Mark Miller Toyota.

They were low pressure and honest. I told them what I was hoping to do with my lease and they brought out a sheet of paper with all my financing options laid out in front of me. We didn't have to play the haggling game, where the salesman goes back and forth between me and the sales manager 50 times.

Ultimately, it was this transparency that sealed the deal for me. I could see, on paper, exactly what I was getting myself into. When I signed the paperwork, there were no hidden fees or add-ons. The price I landed on with the salesman matched the price on the final paperwork.

I would definitely recommend Mark Miller Toyota Scion to friends and family.

Never been here before, what a refreshing experience! Had a car serviced: Jess in service was honest and great to work with. While we waited we considered a new car and visited with Mark P. No pressure, informative, accommodating and knowledgeable without the "hovering" atmosphere that can occur at dealerships. I will be back for sure.

I had a great experience with Mark Miller Toyota. I went in with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, and knew they had a few different options I'd be interested in. They were quick to allow me to inspect and test drive each car, and didn't hesitate to pull exact numbers for me (including any additional fees) so that I knew what to expect and I really appreciated that. Very few dealerships are as transparent as they are. At times, I felt they were a little "salesy" for me, but I couldn't blame them because it was a large purchase on the line. Overall, they were not pushy, they just knew they had a great product and that I was already getting a great deal. I haven't regretted my purchase for a minute since. I highly recommend this dealership.

Seeing as how I've had my vehicle that I purchased from Mark Miller Toyota for five years now, which includes five years of service and warranty claims and TSB's, I feel I can give an honest review. Purchasing the vehicle was honest and straight-forward and I got a very fair price on my trade-in and the new Tacoma. (I wish it didn't take six hours to get through the sales process). The sales-person followed up on everything he said he would, and even stayed in touch a couple of months after the sale calling me to verify everything was still good. Warranty claims are always handed quickly and painlessly. Service is priced extremely well and the quality of the work done is of a very high quality. Even interactions with the Parts department has been positive. Buying performance accessories, the prices are always competitive with online pricing, plus they have always had the part or accessory I've wanted in stock. Overall, Mark Miller has earned my business and I plan on purchasing my next Toyota from them.

I took my son's prius to rekey it. It took 2 days because first, I didn't make an appointment (had to tow it from the airport, lost the key) and the onboard cumputer wasn't cooperating. But they were persitant and diligent. I was treated like royalty. Thanks and hats off to Bruce Belliston from the service department. He was curtious, efficient and diligent. I would recomend this dealership to anyone. Thank you for your service.

I took a prius of my son to make a new key. It took 2 days, first because I didn't make an appointment (I had to bring it with an airport crane, the key was lost) and the car's computer didn't cooperate. But they were persistent and diligent. They treated me like royalty. Thank you and congratulations to Bruce Belliston of the service department. He was gentle, efficient and diligent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks for your service.

Delivery was very helpful showing me as much or as little as I wanted regarding the features of the vehicle. Would definitely buy from Mark Miller Toyota again!

Great customer service. I really love the shuttle serive, it saved my wife a lot of time having to follow me to pick up or drop off. Also, the shuttle driver was really professional. To pick me up, Mark Miller toyota even called an Uber! I'm happy woth the service we have had over the years with them.

Bad service. Brought my vehicle in to take care of recall issues. One of the recall notices I received described exactly a problem I experienced with my car. The guy said he wasn't sure if it would qualify before even seeing it or hearing any info about it. Then called me later and said my car didn't qualify because someone had tried to paint the hood and that disqualified the repair. I know for a fact that's not true, and the problem is exactly what is described in the recall notice, with none of the disqualifiers mentioned in the notice.

This place and the people that work there are amazing!!! Kyle Denton did everything he could to get me the RAV4 that I wanted in the color that I wanted. He had sooo much patience with me and was able to answer all of my questions. I felt educated enough to make a decision to buy the car that day. The whole team that I worked with were fabulous! I will NOT be going to any other Toyota dealerships in Utah! #sorrynotsorry

Mark Miller Toyota is the most knowledgeable, caring, and efficient place to service your Toyota. I'd been taking my vehicle to another dealership but got fed up with my inability to contact a live person in their Service Dept by phone. No issue with that at Mark Miller. In addition, not only is their location conveniently near Trax - they provide shuttle service before and after your service. But most impressive is their Service Dept staff who really care about your car's problem and getting it fixed right. Keep up the great work!!

we had a unique financing issue and wished to get another car to replace mine that broke down. We went to the dealership on a whim due to the corner lot signs that stated we have solutions. So we went over n looked at cars in our limited range and given to Ted. We told him exactly what we needed n were looking to stay in range of and before I could blink he found the prefect car for us. Everything went smooth n unbelievably well n quick. The best I could have ever ask from a Sales Person :) He was attentive n polite n smiled (which people do not do much anymore) The next visit everything came together n I went home with my car :) I wish I had been more animated when I received the keys for I truly didn't think I would get the one we liked or hoped to have but I DID !!! and I am so excited :D THANK YOU,THANK YOU Ted and Shawn :D

We were treated really well at Mark Miller. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Our salesman spent plenty of time researching options of 4Runners with us and showing us around. He didn't try to push us to the most expensive option but gave us info and pros and cons on the different trims.
Obviously we were treated well since they wanted us to buy a car, but the no rush attitude and genuine help of everyone really was better than other dealerships I've been to. The staff coordinates really well. We've called with questions and concerns since buying the car and they have still been attentive.

I have been going to mark Miller for a long time. Bought two cars from you guys and always have my routine maintenance done there as well. On my recent visit to get my tires rotated and routine maintenance completed, I asked for a diagnostic, as my check engine light was on. I know how simple of a request this is as most places do it for free. It was my mistake for expecting this, I know. I should have asked, however when pep boys and autozone does this for free, not even a purchase necessary, I assumed you guys would as well. Again, my mistake. Nonetheless, I m pretty disappointed that I was charged $60 upon picking up my car. I understand the prices are obviously your discretion, but I feel this is too high. So no, I don t recommend them for service, and no, I won t be using them anymore. I can t help but feel if this is so overpriced, what else is overpriced? I will say though that my car buying experience was good, the facilities are clean and organized, and I have never had issues with my routine maintenance.

I brought an '02 Camry here because it wasn't starting. Repair estimate websites had me expecting about $400 to replace the starter. They quoted me a price of $571.40. I found another mechanic that quoted me $380+tax. Needless to say I did not have the repair done at Mark Miller. Every employee that I talked to at Mark Miller was rude and condescending. Granted, it was only four employees, but enough of a first impression to make me never come here again and to write this negative review.

My service rep Brandon was very attentive, like he remembered my name second time he saw me, and he found me a matching used wheel I wanted.

Order the egg on bagel sandwich while you're waiting! There are other things on it too depending on what you like, like bacon and cheese. Of course, leave a tip, especially since the sandwich is not expensive.

In terms of repairs and service, dealerships are obviously more expensive and better than other repair places, so I pick and choose what I have done there, but I like this one as far as dealerships go.

There's some environmentally aware stuff written on the wall, which is a good sign. Their congenial, professional driver gave me a free ride to work!

I always take my car to Toyota for service. It's very easy to make an appointment, they are always friendly and professional and have my best interest in mind. They will let me know if they think a specific service should be done or not, instead of just doing any and everything- even if my car doesn't need it. I am always confident that they will take care of my car in the best way. And the complimentary carwash at the end is always nice. Thank You.

We bought my daughter's first car here last September and they were so fabulous to us then that I came here to trade in my car for something much, much nicer! The service is fantastic and they don't use any pushy or tricky sales tactics. Also, finance wise they rate shop for you. They definitely got me a better rate than other places would have. If you are shopping for a Toyota, I would strongly recommend Mark Miller. They are wonderful!

Mark Miller Toyota always meets my needs whether it s for a sale or maintenance on my vehicle. What I value the most about Mark Miller is that they have a high level of respect for their customers and always provide honest, efficient service. At other dealerships or auto shops, I have had so many ridiculous sales pitches about things that genuinely weren t worth spending money on or not essential needs for servicing my car. I have felt ripped off at times by other dealerships. However, I have never felt that way at Mark Miller. They provide honest feedback on my car and a couple of service guys have even showed me parts on my car and what they should look like when they need to be serviced. I value that I have learned to be more knowledgeable about my car through them. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Steve Hermansen, a salesperson, and had all of my needs met by him! He explained everything in depth to me so that I really know what I was getting/how the financing process works. Overall, I could go on and on about what I love at Mark Miller Toyota, however, you ll just have to go in and see for yourself!

I ve taken my Truck in for some maintenance and once again they were super helpful and understanding. They are taking great steps to prevent the spread of corona, and that makes me like them even more. 11/10 would recommend

Went down there to check out a 2016 tacoma! Ended up sitting down with Kris Faulkner, and going through my options... He showed me a 2019 Tacoma, and he knew I was done for. Hit him up if your sick of the usual Car salesman bs.. Ended up getting it that same day with out spending much time there. Everyone there was awesome and helped speed along the process like Mark Pugh (hope I'm spelling that right). Got me approved and was able to drive it off the lot that night! Thanks guys. I plan on getting everyone of my future care (4 runner hopefully) through there!!!!!

We had a very good experience with Mark Miller Toyota. We first shopped online and found Mark Miller very easy to work with. Kris Faulkner was quick to respond to our inquiries. Kris was quick to send us a personal video clip of the truck we were interested in. We especially appreciated the upfront pricing Kris sent us. We knew the price before we even test drove the truck. The service from start to finish was excellent. It was quick, easy, and we drove out with the truck we wanted at the price we wanted. Thank you Kris and thank you Mark Miller!

I drive a 2013 Corolla and have brought my car in for oil changes and have been happy with the service I'e received here. The last time I came in I drove up and was greeted almost immediately. My car was taken right in. They came out to tell me brakes, etc. were good they asked if I wanted the car washed. Well, yes, I did, thank you very much! I asked if they could do the windows on the inside. When my car was finished they had thoroughly vacumed, and yes, washed the windows on the inside. Appreciate the service. Will continue to have my car serviced here and when I decide to turn my car in and get another one I will check here first.

So far, owner has yet to take lead ownership of the Toyota Tundra Limited; principle driver is I by owner's choice. Both adore all amenties, however, two now-known significant drawbacks for such a luxurious utility vehicle within Salt Lake City and city-like living is drive space i.e. Harmons with Salt Lake City planners focused on civilization toward minimalization; with that clean air. Salt Lake City, along with owner and I focus on alternative fuel systems and willing to support market of said system. As of 2012 12 19 "authorized" and legal conversions to CNG fuel are legally null and void or recognized by EPA for Toyota vehicle of our choice. This new-found fact-of-matter is a vital component of communication also null and void by sales and service which played an intricate yet vital part in our purchase decision. I would cater to the notion, sales did not know rather than opt to be misleading. CNG convertion was asserted and affirmed by sales and services - without sales and services sharing that important element. So may I share at this time it is to be a fundamental knowledge-base and fact-sharing element to best assist future determination(s) by client/customer(s).

I saved the best and worst for last - worst being first: Used car service manager, Mark McIntyre stated he does not care about customer reviews; it is best he does. My closing mediation argument statements were to Mr. Bill Niemann, generous with his position of authority and General Manager: "Our deal with Mark Miller may be complete yet our deal with Toyota had just begun" hit a cord. Mr. Niemann saved the day when he responded to a demand to approach Mr McIntyre for his attempt to make the customer feel work not done by Mark Miller team was allowed to go out of the bay - only to be dealt with after the fact - was customers' fault. Mr Niemann knows sales, service(s) and most importantly, the need to tie up loose ends to best ensure complete customer care after point of sale.

I loved the experience I had purchasing a car at Mark Miller Toyota this week. The sales representative, Shantay Givogre, was very helpful with both the selection of my car and the purchase process, all done without having to enter the building during the COVID pandemic. She was upbeat and respectful throughout our interactions. I would use her services again! I was also very grateful for Sean Kingman s smooth and seamless approach in the finance department. He has helped me with a prior purchase and it was great to see him again!
And Jayden Montoya s help in concierge was super!

I chose to purchase a new car here after my 2005 Corolla began having mechanical issues.
During the repairs, the service advisor (Chris) provided regular updates. When I had to take my Corolla back in, they did not charge me for the repair or the tow since it was related to the original problem. The service manager was even willing to speak with me and go over every repair that was done.
During the car buying process, the salesman (Jon) was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me into buying anything. He let me test drive multiple vehicles and worked with me on the price. I appreciated the continuous follow-up that was provided to ensure that there were no problems.
Overall, I would highly recommend Mark Miller Toyota because of their exceptional service in both sales and repairs.

High pressure salesmen and pushy finance mangers, isn't that the epitome of a car buying experience? Well NOT at Mark Miller Toyota. Courteous and friendly staff fill the offices of this well organized and clean dealership. My sales rep, Chris Carter, was the best salesman I have ever had when buying a car, he listened to my wants for a vehicle and not once pushed me or upsell me into something else. My finance manger Sean Kingsman didn't try to push me into the fancy warranty package. He showed me my options, answered my questions and that was it. I fully enjoyed my experience at Mark Miller Toyota and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota. Thank you Chris Carter, and Sean Kingsman for being amazingly friendly and professional.

Had a freak lost key incedent... down the inside of the parking structure at U of U

Spoke with Colton in sales and although the dealer could not help us,as it was past 6pm in SLC. He did refer us to a locksmith that may be able to get us into the car. You all know how the new keys are ,need cut and programmed to vehicle.
We call the number provides and are awaiting the locksmith.

I am currently waiting for what I was told to be 2hr max and it's been 2.5hrs and told it would be an additional 45min because I have been bumped. They already have my money so they just don't care. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. This has been the same story the last 2 time I have come to have my car polished.

You guys stepped up and did it for free when some other Toyota dealerships which they wanted almost $500 for the same work. I usually don't write a review but I really appreciate everyone at Mark Miller Toyota especially the salesperson Kelly Cronin. Kelly still checks up on my experience and answers every question I might have. It's been 6 months since I purchased my Toyota Yaris 2019 and I absolutely loved the service and the vehicle. When I was purchasing the vehicle Kelly didn't pressure me but he did exactly what other salesperson failed to do. UPDATE** I just bought a different truck from these guys. They are great! The service, the sales staff, overall great experience. They give out amazing warranties. I would absolutely recommend these guys! I cant post 2 reviews, so I have to put both reviews in the same review. This next review is for there service department. These guys are great! I needed a new key fob, every other toyota dealer wanted more then $100. These guys only wanted $70. I scheduled the fix and they checkout everything on my truck(. They filled any fluids that needed to be filled and washed my truck. They only charged me $30. Great experience and great customer service.

Absolutly horrible! It started when we bought a Tundra and we were told that we could go 10,000 miles in between oil changes. They lied! When you have a flex fuel vehicle its 5000 miles. They either lied or were incompetent; I'll let you decide. Then after 20K miles we had problems with the battery. At first we were told that it's not covered. Later, after I complained to the service manager it was covered. Either they were incompetent or I was lied to; you decide. I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated, and I said yes. Well apparently it's only free if you buy the tires from them. I bought the truck from them and the tires came with it. But apparently that doesn't count. Then we took it in and they threw away our floor mats because Toyota doesn't allow after market floor mats. So I talked to the service manager and basically called us a liar because his service associate who "is 40 years old and a good guy says he didn't do it."

If you want a good vehicle and good service? Go to Ken Garff Nissan across the street. Loved my Titan and the people don't treat you like second class citizens.

Recently my 2011 Venza would not start after my lu...

Recently my 2011 Venza would not start after my lunch meeting and I needed to be at another meeting across town in 30 minutes. My husband responded to my call for help and I took his car to my meeting. He determined that my battery was too weak to start my Venza so we jumped it that evening to get it home.

He called Mark Miller Toyota during the afternoon and asked to bring it in for a service check. The service person was most friendly and stated he could make an appointment for us in two days since they were booked with other services currently. Once my husband explained the situation with the dead battery and the need for our cars the service person was able to fit us the next morning at 9:30 am. My husband dropped my Venza off for the battery determination and left for an early lunch meeting in downtown SLC. At 11:30 am he received a call that my car was ready to go with a brand-new battery at no cost to me. When he arrived at the service area, they explained everything to him, had checked all the levels and even washed the car!

Every time we have the Mark Miller service department do the scheduled service to my Venza we are most pleased. I wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else.
They are most professional and we love their attention to customer service.

Just had another great experience with MMT purchasing a 2020 4Runner!! Wayne Robertson in sales did a fantastic job taking care of me. Hit me with a very fair price so there was no haggling. Amazing service experience with Mark Miller Toyota. My Tacoma's blower motor stopped working, leaving me without any heat/defrost in my truck during a recent cold snap. Unable to drive the truck safely from Park City to SLC in the early morning, MM had someone drive up to our house, leave a loaner car for me, and drive my truck back down to be repaired. Truck was fixed and ready to go early the next morning. Definitely went above and beyond. MM went above and beyond. This kind of customer service makes me an even more loyal Toyota customer.
