Honestly the best dealership I've been to for service, both in terms of the actual maintenance done and in terms of the friendliness and comfort of the experience. The free shuttle service is great, but with the excellent in-dealership waiting area, it's hardly needed. There's comfy chairs, tables where you can work easily on a laptop, and even great facilities for kids!

Update: We visited again a couple times this year and bought two more vehicles. Their service is unwavering and continues to be high-touch and high-quality. We'll keep going back.
We had a great experience at Mark Miller Toyota from end to end. We arrived on the lot with a few things in mind, but had lots of questions and wanted to take our time and explore our options. We felt absolutely no pressure and were given all the information we asked for, and then some! Financing was quick and easy. We'll definitely go back.

We were referred to Mark Miller after an unpleasant experience at another Toyota dealership and were so happy to have such a friendly, knowledgeable, and patient team help us in purchasing our new SUV. I went to Mark Miller Toyota for the 10,000 mile service on our Toyota Siena. The staff was very helpful and provided me with useful input on what I needed to care for the car. I was also very impressed that they provided me with this input without being too pushy-I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on something. The waiting room was wonderful, they had free wi-fi and comfortable chairs, so I could have waited there for as long as necessary. But I hardly had to wait at all, they got me in and out so fast it made it super easy to bring my car in on a weekday.

I used to work here in sales for about a year during college. I loved every minute of it. I know first hand both the employee culture as well as the customer value that are present here. Its the only place I'd buy a car from, and the only place I trust to service my vehicle. I know they always do a great job, they are honest, skilled, and have great customer service.

I loved my experience with Mark Miller Toyota. This was my first car buying experience. I experienced no pressure. The salesman I worked with, Kyle Rasmussen, was so patient, kind, and helpful. He answered all my questions and truly only wanted me to come away happy. I wasn't pressured into adding on extras that I didn't need. They even went out of their way to find ways to save me money on my payments. They extended my Toyota Care package to five years without raising my monthly payments just because they wanted to make sure that I was covered for longer. I will definitely return to Mark Miller for my next car.

The service department is excellent. They didn't want me to wait for the car, so they hired an uber to take me where I needed. Then sent a car to pick me up when the car was finished. On top of it all, I wasn't charged for the repair because of a manufacturing defect.

Went in to look at Prius' and ended up driving off the lot with a 2016 Prius 3. As someone who's owned two (with a hiatus with a VW Jetta), the good folks at Mark Miller made me remember just what it was about driving a Toyota that was so pleasurable. Chris Carter was great to work with and walked me through the process. Particularly notable was that instead of turning me over to a high pressure "deal maker", Chris worked with me the entire time through closing the deal. Will definitely come back to Mark Miller again in the future.

I am to the point now where Mark Miller Toyota is the only place I will take my vehicles. I count on them to accurately diagnose whatever is going on, and I appreciate how often they advise me, who generally wouldn't know any better, that nothing in fact is going on, but what you like us to wash your car? I appreciate their willingness to drive me to wherever I need to go while my car is being worked on. I am thankful for their explanations each and every time of the service they will provide. In sum, I've now been going to them exclusively for several years, and there's a reason - I have yet to have a bad experience, and the work completed lasts as long as it should. Thanks Mark Miller.

All in all, him and the big boss ( Dawn?) made this process smooth and as seemless as car buying can be. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Mark Miller Toyota Express Lube Is awesome! You would think the prices at a dealership would be more expensive for basic maintenance, but the complete opposite. As my car is getting older I ve looked into shops around town to complete basic maintenance anticipating it would be cheaper. But everywhere else either charged equal or more for a full synthetic oil change, so I keep coming back.

The facility is always clean and I love that I can see my car the entire time it s being serviced. I was in a rush and they got my oil change and car wash done in less than 15 minuites. Even if I purchased another brand of vehicle, I d still get my service done here. Make sure to sign up for emails, sometimes there are promos. Thanks for the amazing service MMT!

I was looking for a new vehicle for the 6 months before a friend recommended Mark Miller Toyota. I live in Crested Butte, Colorado and all of our local dealers were very very difficult to deal with. Mark Miller Toyota and specifically Spencer gave me a great deal, a great trade in value, and an easy process. The majority of the transaction was done over the phone and was painless. It was a great experience! I never thought I would say that about buying car.

I've had a mix of excellent and very poor experiences with this company. My most recent experience with them was excellent! Once they figured out that the problem with my car was a very rare and very expensive problem, they took the time to contact my car's auto maker and were able to get them to pay for and provide free of charge the part that was not working. My car was in great working condition within the same day. Their prices tend to be reasonable overall as long as you don't let them talk you into fixing every little problem they can find. They're pretty efficient with their work.

Great customer service I have never had a dealer provide customer service as good as Mark Miller Toyota. No hesitation to have any of my vehicles worked on at this dealership. Loaner vehicles are available when having service performed I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of.

My salesperson, Colt, was fantastic and I had a great experience with him. He gave me a fair price for my vehicle and he was very helpful. I didn't enjoy my experience with finalizing the paperwork but they have since reached out to me to make amends so I appreciated the level of customer service that they provided from that incident. They truly do care about customer satisfaction and there's a reason they're so highly rated.

I always hesitate to take my car to 'the dealership' due to the stigma of high prices and attempts to up sell. Well, my experience was nothing like what I had expected given these warnings. I came during a busy lunch time, but was out of there in no time and for a great price! It was very comforting how knowledgeable the employees were about my specific vehicle. Friendly staff, and a bonus free car wash! I will be getting my oil changes and tire rotations done there from here on out!

Mark Miller did a great job for me. We were on vacation from Rochester NY and 4Runner just turned 5k and dash said come in. So looked up top Toyota dealer while passing Salt Lake City and was not disappointed. Wandered toward service dept and a young lady came out to say "Welcome" and took it from there. In & out for 5k miles service easy peasy. Thanks Mark Miller, kept my family safe and moving while on vacation. Need you here in NY too!

WOW! These guys really rock . They quoted me a price for new tires and called back to tell me it would be $30 more. I was still ok with the total cost. When I picked it up they gave me the original price and added a free alignment because I had turned it down they thought it should be done anyways. Great job everybody!

I had an excellent experience buying my new car at Mark Miller Toyota. I was greeted by their friendly, professional staff the second I walked in and was talking to a salesman, Eric, within seconds. Eric was a true professional, guiding me through the whole process, from trading in my old car to picking out the right make and model for my new car. When they didn t have the color I wanted on the lot, Eric quickly found one at a nearby dealership and offered to have it sent over. 10/10 would recommend Mark Miller and will be visiting again in the future

Couldn't get my oil cap off so I took it in for an oil change. Got under my car for an subsequent oil change and noticed that my cap was partly broken. I called and reported it and they did right by me by offering to service the next oil change if I brought in the components that I needed. They didn't need to do anything and that's why I am giving them 4 stars but not 5 cause they didn't tell me that they broke the cap. Other than that they were quick with the service.

This is my third time bringing my vehicle in. I have a Tacoma and love taking care of it, so taking it to a Toyota dealership to getting fixed I knew they will do a good job! The reason why I give it 3 out of 5 is because I paid $850 to get my truck fixed, they called me and said that I would be able to pick it up around 12, I came in around 4, paid my dues and I m writing this review in the Toyota waiting room TWO hours later with my truck in the wash. I asked multiple people that I just wanted my keys and I needed to leave and multiple times I got the it ll be out any minute. Usually they re good about getting me in and out but this is ridiculous! I ve been waiting the longest time! Customers came in and left while I was here. They do a good job working on vehicles BUT need to work on their customer service skills because apparently they don t have any.

I was very upset with the way they handled the situation at hand, but yesterday afternoon I got a call from Mark Miller's Customer Relations Manager asking me what happened. She was very nice and let me vent and rant about my situation and how unhappy I was about it. She let me know that she will be talking with her team to improve the situation so that it doesn't happen again. She was about to help me out with an in-store credit for my next visit, which was nice of her to do. I really appreciate that she took the time to talk to me and have me express myself. Not a lot of companies do that. I will say, that I will be taking my truck back to Mark Miller Toyota to get it serviced because of the way she handled this situation. Thank you Mark Miller Toyota for caring about your customers and letting me vent!

Shopping at Mark Miller Toyota was such a great experience! My sister had previously purchased a car and I went in to see her salesman. He had ended leaving and I was able to work with Mark Peck. He was such a pleasant, nice and amazingly patient salesman! I was getting out of current post bankruptcy vehicle and told him about my situation. I felt no judgement from him and he happily showed me a new Camry and used 2017 outback. I needed up getting the cheaper used car and mark was just as happy to sale me that vehicle. Knowing I like it more! He didn t push me into a new vehicle or show me anything I wasn t interested in. If you are looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend Mark Miller and working with Mark Peck! Easy car buying experience I have ever had!

Had a drunk driver hit my Parked Toyota Tacoma on the side of the street, had it towed to the mark Mille service center. Came back the next day to retrieve my belonging out of the car, I walked out back to see that the staff rolled all four windows down completely, and left them that way.
I also realized that my watch was stolen out of my center counsel. I talked to the manager at the store and he replied that, windows must have been down before we got the car and that he would , ask my guys if they have seen your watch .
I have pictures of the car on the side of the street before the car was towed away with all windows up! And of course the guy who took my watch isn t going to fess up and give the watch back.

At the time this was my first experience with mark Miller Toyota.

After getting my fixed Tacoma back the horn didn t work, the car seemed louder and the trailer light hook ups didn t work.

I took it back to mark millers sketchy business and told them to fix it. Several hours later I get a call saying that , whoever fixed your truck didn t do a very good job! The horn was never connected, and the trailer light system was installed in a way that it couldn t possibly be hooked up . They also said it would be $400+ to repair.
After I told the guy that it was actually Mark Miller Toyota that did the repairs he started back peddling saying well most of it looks great, it was just those two problems that didn t seem professionally done .
When I went in to pick up my truck the employees spend about 25 minutes looking for the keys to my car. Finally he comes back as tells me we just left them in the car! Haha . I m other words they left my car, unlocked parked at the end of their parking lot with the keys inside. Exactly they kind of irresponsible thing I would expect from mark miller

Oh and my car was still louder than before all the repairs, they claimed it was normal. It wasn t until about 2 years later that I took it into a different shop and they had to replace the whole rear differential because there were metal shavings rattling in it, hence the normal loud noise.

My best car-buying experience was with Mark Miller Toyota. The whole thing was a pleasure. Greg was interested in finding out what was the best deal for us, not on upgrading us and get more money out of us. We went it and came out with an awesome car and a deal that felt super fair to us. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody interested in buying a Toyota.

Always received fast and courteous service at MM downtown. I also had really positive interactions with their service and repair teams --- the service staff were friendly and willing to take time to explain the problem and the solution to me. As someone who attempts to do some repairs myself, I appreciated their taking the time to walk me through what they were doing when working on repairs beyond my capabilities. I also found the service folks were willing to be honest about what repairs *needed* to be done (i.e. for safety) vs. those that are suggested but not necessary (e.g. on a 175k mile vehicle it's not worth chasing down every little oil seep). Cost is more than "local" garage mechanics, but IMO it's worth the extra $ for quality of service and peace of mind that - in my experience - if they don't get it right the first time, they'll follow up and fix the issue.

I have dealt with many dealerships and these folks are the best. We have bought several cars from them now. They take great care of us, unlike Karl Malone Toyota. What a difference in attitude and service. They have even fixed problems that Karl Malone Toyota caused. Mark Millers service dept. is excellent as well. When I need new brakes, oil changes, etc. Mark Miller goes above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!

This was our first stop in researching a new truck purchase. It was snowing, so we didn't think anyone would be out to answer any questions, but Jamie was right out! We looked at a few new trucks, but didn't find anything that was quite what we wanted. Jamie knew about one that had just come in, that would be a great fit for us, it just needed to be cleaned up. After looking at it and giving it a test drive, we bought it! We're still waiting to take delivery (apparently Saturdays are a busy day for their detailing shop), but hope it will be soon and all will be well. All this from us just coming in to "look around" Thanks Jamie!

I take a lot of cars here for maintenance as it is my job. Every time I drop a vehicle off I have a great experience. However, anytime I wait in the shop they are not honest about the time estimate. I'm always told it will be just a few minutes and I have never waited less than an hour (usually I wait close to two hours). I just wish that they would tell me it's going to be over an hour because I would just leave the car to be picked up later. Wow I wrote this review two hours ago and I'm still sitting at the dealership. I wish someone would just be real with me and tell me how long it would be.

Went in knowing I wanted a truck, but had to see the options. A dude named Justin helped me, he was great because he knew how to sell me what I wanted. A good salesman I think is one who can help talk you into something you already want. Sat me in a Camry, Rave, and a Tacoma like I asked. He was patient even though it was end of the day Friday. And he didn't rush me. I felt comfortable expressing my concerns and asking a ton of questions about leasing vs. financing. We probably spent a couple hours just looking at cars.

All the dudes were cool inside, and patient with me, and walked me through everything. I was at the Subaru dealer earlier and the sales guy just looked at me like a dear in the headlights and walked around quickly ahead of me.

I drove out that night from Mark Miller with a TRD 4x4 Tacoma. Black and sexy. I don't regret it. But I'm not used to cool things, so I felt a little uncomfortable driving it around. Sweet truck, easy experience.

I made an appointment for a winter checkup and tlo see why my headlight keeps going out. Arrived early and was able to drive in and get started. Reviewed issue and received a call that they could not find an issue with headlight and they replaced the bulb. All other contact was via text. They found a few problems and those were listed on a website. I was able to choose which ones and then got another text that they had started the work.

The negatives were that 1. I would have liked more info okn the problems but was not sure where to get it and 2. Once choosing the was no notice how much time was needed for each repair.

The waiting area is large and comfortable. I did not see any way to sanitize the chairs or side tables (i brought my lunch). Customers spaced themselves. Found a plug to charge my phone. And wasd there from 11:30-4:30 due to the unexpected issues. Trust the work, hope it lasts (headlight) given the$79.95 cost to replace.

Unprofessional and Potentially Ageist

We went to purchase a 2-3 years old Toyota Rav-4. We plan to spend around $20,000.

We received sub-par customer service. Personally, I think it s because we re a young couple. Perhaps this so-called sales consultant has an ageist bias. If you are under 40 I would consider avoiding this place. Either way, he and this dealer will not receive our money.

Our so-called sales consultant was rude. While doing the test drive he sat in the back texting on his phone. At one point he answered the phone and had a several minute personal phone conversation. Meanwhile, we asked several questions about the vehicle s features. Some of our questions were ignored. Should we need to speak in loud voices and repeat ourselves? Apparently his phone was more important than his customers' questions.

Would you eat at a restaurant where the server was condescending, distant, and ignored you for his cellular telephone? Those texts must ve been more important than a sale.

There are three comparable cars that we want to compare and drive. When we asked this person to compare and contrast the Rav-4 with one of its competitors, he mostly bad-mouthed the substitute car as less reliable. How woefully unoriginal. I could watch a Toyota commercial for such insight.

While there we saw two cars. Both cars' interiors were covered in a film of cleaning grease. Literally covered in grease. One of the cars we saw had stains in the front- and rear-seats, and its trunk had tons of dog hair. The other car had the Check Engine light on while my husband drove it. When we asked about the Check Engine light our question was ignored. Like many of our other questions

I do not recommend this dealership. A professional sales consultant should be able to compare and contrast one vehicle with other comparable models from other brands. A professional sales consultant should stay engaged during your interaction and answer relevant questions. A professional sales consultant should not be preoccupied with their cellular phone and ignore half of your questions while on a test-drive. A professional sales consultant should make you feel comfortable and welcome. I do not recommend this dealership, and I sincerely believe people under 40 should stay far, far away.

UPDATE: I sent a response to Angela Gertino on 8-7-18. We used my husband's name at the dealership, not mine. We are in their system. We are a real review.

My 2003 Toyota Tacoma would lose power at differen...

My 2003 Toyota Tacoma would lose power at different speeds, pulling out into traffic etc. I took it to Mark Miller_Toyota on Friday and after a test drive using diagnostic computer they found that it was the 'Throttle Plate' to the engine that needled to be replaced.
I expected a shuttle ride back to Bountiful and was given a loner instead. Nice! Jantzen was professional, friendly and efficient.
Picked up my newly washed truck Saturday afternoon and I am a happy camper. I am now an official customer of Mark Miller_Toyota.

I am very pleased with the Toyota Prius Prime Premium. It is enjoyable to drive. I'm getting 125 MPG. Mark Miller dealership was great to work with. The salesman Jeff worked hard to find the car we were looking for.

When I lived in SLC, I took my Prius to Mark Miller for oil changes. My car always left looking and running perfectly, and the service was great. After getting home from the last time I was there, I noticed some new, weird scratches on the driver side door, and I called to ask if anyone had noticed any damage from the car wash. They hadn't, and it was entirely possible that the scratches had been there before, but the Service Manager himself called me and asked if I could come in so that he could take a look. He was wonderful, and he connected me with Julian Lopez, the Accessory Service Manager, who touched up the door completely free of charge. They were both so professional, so proactive, so above and beyond. I no longer live in Utah, or I would still be frequenting this dealership for my vehicle's needs.

I go to Mark Miller Toyota for service on my Camry Hybrid because the staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They not only perform the service for which I came, but also do a general review of my car and advise on any recommended future maintenance as any recalls and this is usually before I receive notification from Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership to service your Toyota or Scion vehicle.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. Even their pricing was amazing and they gave me a fair value for my trade in. They made sure I understood all the features on my new car before I left the lot and then called to make sure I didn t need any more assistance. I will definitely go back and I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

A "polish" here means giving your new car its firs...

A "polish" here means giving your new car its first, very noticeable deep paint scratch along with dozens of other scratches several inches long (brown on a white car) on all four doors. They first acted like nothing was wrong. Then they blamed me for it, checking photos of before I bought it (to no avail, of course, because THEY DID IT!). Only offering bad touch up paint and $100. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Here is your warning to stay away from these guys! This is only one of many disappointments at this place in the first two weeks after buying a car here.

I came to Mark Miller earlier this year due to a check engine light. Brandon was very diligent as they had a hard time getting the problem fixed a few things they tried were not clearing the light. They had my fuel injectors cleaned and the light cleared, only to turn on again a few days later. Brandon had me come back to look at it again. They put a bunch of man hours in to finally clear the problem at no charge to me. That's how you earn customer loyalty. The hours for the second visit weren't a complete loss for Mark Miller Toyota. I've since used your express maintenance on 2 occasions, and I'm very satisfied. I will use Mark Miller for the life of this car if you'll answer one question. Your website has a page showing the 42 point inspection included with every service. One of those points is tire rotation. Why does it cost me an extra $22.95 to rotate the tires when I'm having my car serviced?
