BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a used 2010 FJ and the extended warranty from Mark Miller Toyota. My back camera went out and I was was told by Mark Miller service dept. that it is not covered by my warranty. I went to Larry H Miller, where I had spent over six hundred dollars to fix it. When my husband bought our Rav 4 last year, he did not want the extended warranty on it because of what we experienced with the FJ. Mr. Mondragon told my husband that you should have brought it there to have the warranty take care of it. My husband said we did and your service department flat out told us you did not cover it. We ask that we be reimbursed for the camera, and after months of fighting with Mr. Mondragon, and their warranty dept., we were denied because we took it somewhere else to be fixed and we should have did a warranty claim through their department. I would have done warranty claim had we had known or been told that is what we needed to do. After the terrible treatment from Mr. Mondragon, we regretted buying the Rav 4 from Mark Miller Toyota.
When we get the service done on our Rav 4, with an appointment, service tells us that it will be a half hour wait. That has not been our experience. Today I dropped off the Rav to the wrong garage stall and was told it needed to be dropped off to the stall 3 garage. I was told by two service people that it would be no more than a half hour wait. The service guy pulled my car to the second stall and I had to remind him what he told me earlier, that it needs to go to the third stall. By this time I had waited 40 min. and my care was behind two other cars. I ask for shuttle service so I will not be late. The lady at the counter told me the person who is doing the shuttle should be there any min. After waiting another 15 min for shuttle service, I had to take my car and leave so I would not be late for work. Plus I did not trust that they would pick me up in time to get my car when I needed to leave for work. This happens every time I need to have my car serviced. Today I could not be late back to work as I had to leave early and had a lot of work to do, otherwise I would have waited the hour and a half for my car to be serviced with an appointment. Terrible service, terrible experiences.
Go to Larry H. Miller for exceptional service, and even without an appointment, my experience with them has been a lot quicker, a lot better.
There is no comparison.

I'm on my 2nd Prius from Mark Miller Toyota 2014, 2018. Great car, great company, and great dealership. I worked with Raphael Cruz on the purchase of each car, and I highly recommend him. He is a quality individual, experienced, and personable throughout all the steps of each purchase process. Miller Toyota Service has been a great experience for me as well. Routine maintenance with ToyotaCare has been very easy to use. The Service Dept. is very friendly, efficient, and responsive to any problems I've had. I'm always treated with respect. Specific example last routine oil change. It was recommended that I also replace engine and cabin air filters. When I mentioned I like to DIY anytime I can to save a bit of money, the Service Mgr asked a tech to show me what I'd need to do. Service Tech Jason came right over to me and my car and demonstrated the steps I needed to take to replace each filter, and to make sure I understood, he offered to watch me repeat the demonstration.! That was exceeding expectations by far. And one last but important mention is the building itself. A Gold level LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) structure. I appreciate Miller Toyota's dedication to environmental quality. So lets call it QQQ, Quality Sales Professionals, Quality Service Professionals, and Quality Company

My wife and I bought a new 2019 Rav 4. Kelly helped us out and was great. He is very patient and gave us many opportunities to privately discuss our car buying decision. He was also very candid and honest with all our questions. We felt zero pressure from him.

We had a little bit of a confusion on the financing side but I think we just went through everything too quick after a long day. I recommend taking your time to go through every question you have and go through every item on the itemized receipt. We went back 2 days after our purchase to ask our questions and clear things up.

They re prices are basically invoice and the service is great! I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new car!

This was by far the most comfortable and most enjoyable car service I have ever got. Excellent service staff is very informative and polite. Nice and clean building with great waiting spot and the bar :) I visited service two times in April'19, walk in to perform the pre-trip test, and computer service, and always there were very friendly. I'm "as late as possible" kind, and I'm happy that the service team was flexible enough to accommodate my busy schedule. Chris and his team were exceptional in every way. Highly recommend for a pleasant auto service experience.

I never mind going to Mark Miller Toyota when I need to have my Prius serviced. For minor upkeep, such as tire rotations, no appointment. is needed and I'm usually out in 45 minutes or less using their Express Service. But while I wait, I take advantage of their fresh free coffee and snacks (special order coffee for a small fee). Staff are friendly and efficient and go out of their way to achieve customer satisfaction. Truly a pleasure to do business with them.

They are concerned for short term sale and profit goals not a happy customer for life. The other Toyota dealer wanted $700 less for the same repair! Considering the truck was purchased and maintained at Mark Miller since 2011 you think they'd want to keep your business.

My purchase experience of a 2011 Toyota Tacoma was very low stress, and I was able to select the exact truck I wanted with the internet dealer. My service experience has been very good, although it will be a bit longer time in the waiting room for oil changes etc in comparison to going to an oil change chain.

My family and I have always enjoyed working with Mark Miller Toyota, we have bought all our cars from them. however I recently Had to get my oil changed. took it to a mechanic after my husband couldn't get the cylinder holding the oil filter off. The mechanic Had to take a hack saw to it! Now I am out 126$ for it. Not very happy with this. This is ridiculous especially since I have only used Toyota care services to change my oil for the past 2 years.

If you are looking for a place to buy a Toyota or any other car look no further. I came with low expectations after visiting some of the other Toyota dealerships around Salt Lake and was blown away by the quality of the staff and facility. After talking with one of their salesman I knew this was the place I wanted to buy from because of the no hassle / no bs atmosphere. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely happy with my experience and because of this I would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking for a new car.

Outstanding experience buying a car at Mark Miller. Before I get into the details of what each person I met did to make my decision much easier, I want to compliment the whole Mark Miller crew on how courteous they were. Coming in the door, the first person I met by chance Don internet sales - said he would do everything he could to help me make the best choice for me. Having been to a number of dealers over the last 50 years I was a little skeptical. I started to notice things like employees opening doors for me leaving the restroom. I must have looked like a customer even with my jeans and hoodie on. Don took me over and introduced me to Chris Carter in Sales. I quickly deduced that Chris had a great deal of experience in the auto business. I had made a thorough search of the Mark Miller internet site. It was by far the easiest to use of all the dealer sites I had looked at and was packed with Car fax information since I was buying a car coming off lease. It was all right there for me. I told Don and Chris the car I was interested in and started to go through my questions. I did not get the feeling that Chris was in a hurry he was not pushy. He answered all my questions or said he would ask and he got back to me. We finished the desk questions and went to look at the vehicle. More questions and more answers. We could not tell where the protection package was so Don came out to show where it really was. I would have never seen it. The test drive was long enough to get street and freeway experience. We got back and I checked my notes to cover a few I had missed. I told Chris I wanted to buy the car. He said he would get the numbers and be back. I looked it over and asked how the pricing was arrived at. Chris explained and got another detailed sheet comparing the value of 5 other similar vehicles in Utah and adjoining states. I appreciated the data driven approach and was given this real information that was not hand scribbled on a pad. In fact, everything I asked for all the way through I was given promptly. Chris got a sales folder and we started going through the forms. I had to call my wife and have her come in to be able to co-sign so we had a little bit of a wait. Mark Pugh was our business manager and I liked the diagrams he drew to explain letting me have all of them. Since this was a Toyota certified vehicle, the warranty was extended. Chris had gone through the 160 point certification check list with me and answered my questions. I felt very good about the quality of the vehicle. Mark was very candid about the value of the additional 2 maintenance packages I did buy out the 6 or 7 offered. Even though by now it was later in the evening, Chris had brought the vehicle into the show and transfer area. He with was instrumental in getting the Blue Tooth on my older phone to sync up with the on board communication package. I would not have been able to do it myself. The car came with a full set of pristine owner manuals for all the on board systems and folded neatly in the back of the glove box was the original window sticker for the car when it was new. The value shown was very close to what I was told. Mark Miller is the most up front and straight forward dealer I have ever come across.

I have always taken my Toyota Rav4 to Mark Miller Downtown for service. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service and courteous employees. They are very attentive to answer questions and keep me posted as to the progress of my service. I have recommended this dealer ship to a couple of friends and they have purchased both thru Andy. I will be coming back in April when my lease expires for another Toyota. Keep up the great work!

Update - After driving my vehicle for 2.5 months a...

Update - After driving my vehicle for 2.5 months and only putting 2k miles, on it which is not that much, I had a blow out on the freeway. I mentioned that I was concerned about the tread of a few of the tires. Their reply was basically that tread is open ended and they said it was safe. Well having your front driver tire blow out going 70mph on the freeway is definitely a safety concern. The tire that blew out was pretty close to being bald when I purchased it and again, they told me it was okay. The CV axel is still popping which signals that it needs replaced. All of the issues (Control arms, CV axel, and bald tires) are major safety concerns. I am fortunate that I was able to pull over on the freeway instead of crashing. I plan on getting the CV axel check by a UHP certified mechanic and getting a final opinion on this. The control arms were fixed but to me that says they knew they were bad, meaning the vehicle shouldn't have been sold to me. The tire is the final straw. I will be reporting this to state authorities to determine what the next steps will be in solving this nightmare!

Update - Spoke with Daniel who is the manager over used cars. He was very accommodating and definitely wanted to resolve the issue to the best of his ability. They had a couple mechanics check it out and according to the dealership my CV Axel is not going bad. Not quite sure how I feel about this considering I had a few other mechanics tell me otherwise. Did replace control arms.

Well after looking at a few different places for a 4runner I stopped by this dealership and they had a 2005 4Runner that seemed to be in alright condition or so I thought. I took it home and ended up finding that although they said they were going to detail it there was still dog hair everywhere from the previous owners. I spent 2 hours personally detailing the whole interior to get rid of gunk and dog hair that they must have missed. I didn't actually get my payment/loan for the vehicle figured out for nearly 3 weeks after the purchase of the vehicle. This was partly my fault because I was waiting on proof of payment from my employer, but sometimes it would take 2-3 days for them to get back to me about anything in regards to this. Then after 2 weeks of having the car I started to notice that the car was riding pretty rough over bumps. There was some clanking and clicking on sharp u turns. I took it to 4 different mechanics to get opinions and quotes and the final conclusion was that both front CV Axels need to be replaced and both front lower control arms need to be replaced. This quotes to about $1260 on the low end and some mechanics quoting me at almost $1800. They sold me a defective vehicle with thousands of dollars worth of problems and they still want me to pay them to have it fixed. They made a point of telling me they wanted to get it detailed really nice, which obviously didn't happen. They also made a point of wanting to get their mechanic to check it out to make sure everything checked out fine. They obviously didn't do a very good job about that either. Quality customer service would definitely change my review on this dealership because the sales people were nice to work with, but if they can't own up to selling me a defective vehicle and taking a financial hit to make their customers happy then my recommendation is probably 1 star or less. I will amend my review if they get back to me with a quality proposal. Otherwise, think about this before you purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I wouldn't want anybody else to be in the same situation as me

People at Mark Miller are friendly and will help you out. We got a loaner car for the day while repairs were being done. None of the employees knew if the seats were scotch guarded or not.

7/30th - Returned today to get a part. The staff was bustling. Great service as always!

Marginal experience. I had a recall done on my vehicle. They had the vehicle all day, which was fine as they gave me a loaner car (it was a pretty gross car. Stains on the seats, holes in the driver seat and bumper was damaged).
When I got my car back at the end of the day, I found my antenna in my passenger seat, which I found strange because they were changing my passenger airbag and adding grease to electrical switches in my door.
I also did not realize until I got home, they left my hood open. That's a safety issue, and it should not have left a tech's bay like that in my opinion.

Maybe I had a fluke experience, but it really was a pretty terrible first impression.

Great service and great people! I purchased my first ever vehicle from Robin. He was very helpful and knowledgable! I never felt rushed or coerced into buying a vehicle. I truly felt like I was purchasing a vehicle from a family member. I recently returned to have the oil changed and I noticed the breaks were being a little squeaky. They serviced the vehicle and gave me a loaner in the meantime so I could take care of all my errands. They were done super fast and I had my car back in no time! Upon picking up my vehicle it was cleaned and ready to go. I truly appreciate everyone at Mark Miller and I would recommend going through them to purchase vehicle, better yet, go and visit Robin or Kupono!

Recommendations were made for possible items to be looked at and I was shown the signs and symptoms of why the recommendation was made. Felt very good about the quality and professionalism of the tech.

I cannot say enough about the Mark Miller Toyota Dealership Downtown. I have experienced nothing short of what I would consider superior customer service from MMT from purchasing my vehicle to service appointments. The Customer Service is top-notch whether I have an appointment or an unexpected flat tire. I am received with a smile and I am truly impressed by the amount of information they provide on a non-mechanic level. I love that you can easily make an appt. on-line or with a phone call. I also love that they offer a loaner vehicle and the free car wash when you get your car serviced - awesome. I believe every type of organization could learn Customer Service skills from Mark Miller Toyota. I also appreciate that their building is LEED Certified. Cheers!!

I just bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla. The service at Mark Miller was more than 5 stars. I called prior to my visit to see if they still have the Corolla I was looking for. After it was confirmed, I went to the location where there was "no jerking around". They were very mindful I just had a long days work and knew I was beat tired. My vehicle came to me fueled up, clean and ready to go. All the features were explained to me and when I left I felt as if I had already owned the car for months.

I highly recommend Mark Miller for their fast and friendly service.

Mark Miller Toyota is my 'go to' dealership. I'll keep going back, not only for new car purchases but also all my service needs. Everyone on staff is very professional and courteous. Yes, some of my oil changes have taken longer than I would have liked, but they do keep me informed when there are delays. I would never have thought I'd say I trust a dealership, but I do.

I went in and told them exactly what I wanted in a car. I told him I had financing already lined up. He started taking my information down and never showed me a car. He had them run it 4 financing and the financing person came in and told me to come with him and that they would talk about what he came up with. When they looked at my car for the trade-in value they told me that they were only going to give me 2000 which was way below Kelley Blue Book for a trade in. It was absolutely ridiculous! They never listened to anything I told them and I never even saw a car before they told me that they did not have anything in my budget. I will never go there again!

Service department is completely unorganized. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first couple visits but they consistently fall short of the expectations they set. Here is a list of issues:

1. Vehicle smells when I get it back
2. Things aren't completely put back together causing rattles
3. They scheduled my appointment but when I showed up they didn't have me on the calendar and no one new what needed to get done
4. Took from 10:30 to 5 to do simple service check up and alignment. Original quote was 2 hours tops.

The people are friendly but I don't have a lot of confidence in the department to get the job done well and on time.

Bought a Rav4 with Mark Miller Toyota. I couldn't find the color that we wanted and they were willing to do a swap with another car dealership in another state to get me the color I wanted. The atmosphere in the sales office was low pressure. The finance department didn't try to force anything on me. Overall, the best car dealership I have ever had. I would highly recommend them.

Hybrid Highlanders are in short supply, but salesperson Samantha Birch did a great job of locating the exact car in Texas and having it quickly shipped to SLC. Upon delivery the concierge Tommy did a fantastic job of explaining the very extensive array of electronic features, synced our phones and installed the temporary tags. Everyone at the dealer was great.

This is the 5th truck that I have purchased from Mark Miller. I have been coming back to them for 24 years and there is a reason for this. The sales staff is friendly and more interested in making sure that they help me find the right truck. I have never been asked "what is it going to take to get you into this truck today?" If they don't have exactly what I want on the lot, they find it for me.

I couldn't be more pleased with Mark Miller!!!

I searched all the Toyota dealerships in Utah and some in Idaho. Mark Miller had the best internet price in Utah. They were fast, courteous and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want! Two of the other dealerships internet sales departments did not even return my call. The one closest to me was the highest priced of all. Mark Miller had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived and the whole process was efficient and friendly. They took the time to sync my iPhone with the car and showed me some of the key features. They also filled the car with gas (635 miles worth). I will definitely buy all of my future Toyota's from Mark Miller.

I didn't buy my car at Mark Miller Toyota, but I certainly will in the future! I have had great experiences with their service department when taking my car in for a recall, and for regular scheduled maintenance. The staff was courteous, never pushy. The work was completely quickly and thoroughly, and for a good price. I expect that I'll be a happy Mark Miller customer for many years to come. :)

More than met our expectations with no pressure and was willing to assist us at every step of the sell/buy process. We came in to see what we would like to get and much to our surprise we were able to close the deal on selling our car and driving out with our awesome 2011 Camry.

TJ was our salesperson and called before we came to see if we had picked out any other cars to look at from their website, and see if we had any questions before we arrived. He had also researched the cars we had picked out to test which was wonderful. When we talked about accessories with Jonathan he was very straight forward with costs and availability. And was able to research the questions he didn't have the answers to right off. John was our finance/Utah paperwork guy - and was charming from start to finish. We didn't finance with Mark Miller Toyota but there seemed to be reams of papers that Utah required, each with a signature of course.

We are reccomending Mark Miller Toyota to our friends and family and should we need another car will be happy to come back.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Toyota dealership. The first salesman we had was extremely rude and short with us and his manager was Worse! Our appointment was at 5 and they made it very clear that they were closing soon and didn t want to give us the time of day. This really is too bad because I will never buy a car or consider going to look at a car there again, Not worth my time or being treated the way I was! When we didn t agree on the price of the car and wanted to discuss he said he wasn t interested and walked away. Never felt so uncomfortable especially with a manager who stated I sell the most car s here .

On August 23, 2019 I took my Sienna to Mark Miller to replace a battery. After the service I was informed by the tech advisor that my air conditioner was "noisy"and it needed services costing $1500.00 dollars. I took my van to 5 AC shops for a second opinion. They all said my AC was running perfect with no "noise".
As a matter of fact, my AC last summer kept me freezing and it is still in perfect shape. This shop is always advising for unneeded services too numerous to repeat here.

Is 10 stars an option? I couldn't have been any happier with my experience with Mark Miller. My top reasons for a stellar review and why I will recommend anyone I know in the market for a Toyota around the country to Mark Miller?
1) Customer service: Kyle who we were lucky enough to get to make the decision to purchase with went above and beyond and treated me like no other dealer has. Treated my husband and I with utmost respect and provided a plethora of information on my new Toyota i'm OBSESSED with. I love information! All around great personality and individual to work with.
2) Aggressive pricing. Pretty explanatory.
3) Knowledge on their product. I had been to and spoken with several Toyota dealerships for months while in the market for what I wanted and I was training and informing all of the sales guys on what features and build I wanted and why. Know your product. Mark Miller obviously gets that and can speak to the product they are expecting people to pay a lot of money for. Take note Texas dealers.
4) Availability. They had exactly what we were looking for on the lot ready to go, no gimmicks. My husband and I spent maybe an hour and a half to 2 hours from walking on the lot to look to driving off with my new toy.

My husband is EXTREMELY hard to impress and he even said as we were driving back to Houston from Salt Lake City he will without any hesitation go all the way back to Mark Miller for any future purchasing needs.

Felt they didn't believe my car's issue, suspect because it was covered under warranty and didn't want to fit the bill. Showed them a video and they okayed the warranty repair. I dropped it off and left town and was out of contact. When I got back, they left a message quoting me $600 because it was over mileage. I verified there was a no mileage stipulation, called about it, and no answer or return of my voicemail. A later in-person visit with the manager confirmed that I was right, tentatively, and that he'd talk to the service rep I was coordinating with. I got a voicemail the next day confirming from the service rep that I was right and they moved forward with the repair, which happened fairly quickly once it got sorted out. But then I show up at the desk and then they show me a bill for $600. Almost in disbelief (but feeling confident about my position) I mentioned the mixup and they confirmed it pretty quickly and corrected the bill to $0, but still, I had to mention it for the 3rd time.

The warranty also covered a rental vehicle while mine was being serviced. I mentioned this a few times in person and over voicemail and got a cursory "okay," but it never happened. So that was disappointing having to delay or run errands on my motorcycle.

Update: The service rep called me 2 days later to make sure everything was working out. He also took ownership of the fiasco, and offered what I felt was a sincere apology. I always admire people who do the things ego would urge them not to. I believe took the hard road to do the right thing. promoted to 3 stars!

I'm glad I bought the extended warranty for my new tires last fall. I just picked up my a nail and had to get my second new tire. All I paid was mounting and balancing. That warranty has paid for itself. The folks over there in the Service Department are all extremely friendly and tried to get me taken care of as quickly as they could. I highly recommend the Service Department for all your maintenance needs.

Worse customer service I have received. I called them three times trying to speak to someone in the sales department and they kept hanging up on us. We found an AD on their website showing some dealership discount we were trying to verify pricing with them and it was a nightmare. When Ken finally called us back we sent him screenshots of the pricing that was shown on their website and he said he had to verify with his manager and he would call us right back. We waited for 30 mins and he didn t call back so we called him and all he had to say was that it was an error on their end. He didn t try to make things right, he laughed when we asked if there was any sort of halfway point that he could meet us at. Long story short please find a different place that has better customer service!

I bought a 2017 Toyota 4Runner, Certified Used, at this dealership. Within a couple days I let the salesperson, know there was 1 interior trim piece missing and one exterior trim piece that was popping up in the wind. The salesperson committed to help us which he did for the interior piece and said to work with the service department on the exterior piece before he replaced it which seemed reasonable. I did as he suggested and the adjustment the service department made to the exterior piece did not hold up. When I let the salesperson know, he told me it was a used vehicle, and missing or malfunctioning parts were my responsibility to fix or replace and not the dealership. Maybe ultimately true, but customer satisfaction and brand for a recent purchase are not worth more than a $20 exterior trim piece to this salesperson and his sales manager.
To the dealership s credit the Assistant General Manager called me to apologize, offer to pay for the part (which I declined on principle), let me know the salesperson was fairly new to Mark Miller and maybe hadn t understood or fully adapted to their culture, and provide his mobile phone number if I ever needed anything else.
I used to think Mark Miller Toyota was different in the way they valued and treated customers. At least for this experience, they ve proven no better than other dealerships and likely worse.
I will never buy another vehicle at this dealership.
It would have made a world of difference had the salesperson and sales manager called to offer what the Assistant General Manager had, but I still haven t heard a word from them except for reminders to get my vehicle serviced there.
New marketing for Mark Miller should be Nothing Ultimately Different. Same Miserable Experience as Other Places!

I had a terrific experience with the service department. The service advisor, Bruce Belliston, was very good to work with and set my expectations perfectly. The car was completed on time, the work was done well and it came in a bit under the original quote. I am happy. As an aside, I once worked at a couple of competitors. It is well known in the local dealer community that Mark Miller is the gold standard for customers and employees alike.

I decided on the last day of a promotion to impulsively buy a Toyota. I called a couple of dealers to find out what kind of deal I could get, and judge my impression of the sales person who got my call. At Mark Miller Toyota I was put in touch with Chuck Hess. He gave me a good price, helped me get qualified for a $1000 Toyota college grad rebate, and helped us choose the car. All over the phone. We rolled in that evening, signed the paperwork and drove home in the car. This was an excellent experience. I think I might have got the car a little cheaper if I'd taken time, and purchased through an Internet broker with a fleet type purchase. But, I don't think it would have saved enough to be worth the trouble. I'd recommend Mark Miller and especially Chuck Hess to all my friends, but not my family. I don't like my family that much. I'm amazed that we've got this new Toyota and didn't spend days looking and hours and hours negotiating and posturing with a car salesman. Thanks Chuck.

We bought a Toyota Sienna from Mark Miller Toyota. The negotiation was really smooth and it took less than half an hour to get to the price that both parties were satisfied with. The sales associate was really friendly and very knowledgeable. They have some sort of game room area where you and your kids can play several arcade games, so my kid never complained about being there. I highly recommend Mark Miller Toyota to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota. This is the place.

We are so very plessed to have everything workout ...

We are so very plessed to have everything workout just as it should. Our Prius broke down on Sunday and we had to take it to Mark Miller Toyota Downtown the next day to be looked at. While it sat in front of our house I was able to diagnosis the problem ( I didn't tell the mechanic what I thought).

When everything was finished they confirmed my diagnosis and were able to fix the problem in a quick manner with additional recommendation. In the end my car runs amazing and I now have a Toyota Mechanic I can trust. We'll definitely be back!

If I've had a better service experience, i certainly can't recall. I recently purchased a 2012 Camry and needed a routine service. I set up a mid-day appointment, but stopped in much earlier to see if they could accommodate me. They got me right in and were very efficient, friendly, and helpful. After the service started, when I checked in to see how much longer it would take to complete everything, the service advisor didn't seem put out. Instead, he was so helpful and found out that the car was ready and quickly brought it up front for me. It was my first time here, but I was really impressed!

It turns out that "Toyota Care" is a misnomer. TWO months into a new car we had a flat tire. Driving along the interstate we immediately stopped to put the spare on. There were no signs of a road hazard. The tire was crappy. Took it in to get fixed and they blamed us for driving too long on it and made us buy a brand new tire for 125 bucks. Sadly, this is our third and LAST car to buy here. Well an update - they only charged us half the cost (made it equal to the walmart price) but we still waited a week for the tire.

Terrible experience with terrible customer service and totally unprofessional repair team that didn't know what they were doing. Don't waste your time. I had my rear diff in my Tacoma regeared and it took over a month - this is a repair that should take a week max. Don't get jerked around by these guys, go somewhere else

After visiting their car lot, I was not satisfied with their vehicle and I told them I was going to look at some other cars and would get back with them. That was when their sales manager decided to apply the "hard close". Telling me that they had held the vehicle while I drove into town and normally wouldn't refund the $500 deposit I gave them over the phone (when taking the deposit, they told me otherwise). For some reason Mark Miller management has decided that Managers with "small mans complex" is an acceptable substitution for competence and talent, not to mention salesmanship. I would strongly suggest considering other dealerships.

Great downtown location, I drop off my car on my way to work and pick it up at the end of the day. All of the employees have been awesome to work with.

They didn't have the color but was able to have one transferred over with in a couple days! Mark Miller has the best sales staff I've ever worked with - and I'm a former reformed car salesman myself (so I know all the tricks). No pressure, no games, very light on the upsell, and a much better customer service experience. They're more concerned about the customer's needs than the sale. This is my sixth purchase from Mark Miller (4 Subarus, now 2 Toyota trucks). Pleasantly surprised!! Even the Finance experience was great.

Honestly it's good to be back with Toyota and Mark Miller. After taking a 2 year break from Toyotas and purchasing an Acura at another local dealer, I could not be happier to return to Mark Miller. I purchased a used Sequoia from out of state, by the time I had made it home it had a horrible belt squeal. I booked a next day appointment online, dropped off the car in the morning, the receptionist arranged a paid Uber to take me to work, the Uber was there in 5 minutes, the service Tech called me an hour later he had diagnosed the serpentine belt, provided me with a very reasonable out the door price and it was ready in another hour. My family and I have purchased numerous cars from Mark Miller over the years and ahd them all serviced there as well, I've literally never had a negative experience which is shocking at a dealership. I strongly recommend them to everyone I know that's in the market for a Toyota.

If I can give a 0 star I would. I was in the finally process of loan to buy a car. Justin and Danny ask for additional documents and which I provide with everything that they ask for at the very last min. The very last sec they denied my loan because I was not able to provide them 80 hours work paycheck. I advise them that I have a chronic medical illness, fmla, and doctors documents to show proof of my condition. They still denied me and they want me to drop off the car asap, now I don't have a car for my medical needs and kids. I have a great career and meet the income requirements but because I leave early and not able to work some days because of my chronic illness they denied. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one unless you want to be left in the dust with empty promises, no car, discrimination for medical disability, and want to loose your down payment then that is the right place for you. Me I will be without a car for a year or more until I am able to save up the money for the down payment since they took my down payment and never gave it back.

I would never have my Toyota serviced anywhere else. The folks at Mark Miller, especially Wendell, have really taken good care of me. They have helped me with little insignificant things, like tire pressure to the big 30K tune-up. I like that they keep a record of all the work done on my vehicle; this helped save me money by not doing something that has already been taken care of on a previous visit. They offer advice on things that I would not have considered and they never do any work without consulting me first. Not only do they take good care of a car that I love, they seem genuinely interested in my welfare on the road and that, for me, is priceless.

I will always go to Mark Miller Toyota to purchase a car! I have now purchased 3 cars from them and amazed by their service every time. Lyle Mitchell was the best salesperson and helped us each time. He was always so honest and up front with us. We wasted our time searching around at different car dealerships that made us feel like we were getting totally ripped off on our trade in and hiding fees that would be included in our new car purchase. Lyle, and the other staff, made us feel confident in our decision and even stayed til 10:30 pm on a Saturday night to help us get into our new cars. This is not sponsored, I am just extremely happy with their service.
In addition, their service department is just as honest and helpful. I have never had a problem there or felt like they were trying to get me to pay for unnecessary fixes. Previous to living in Salt Lake, I took my car into other Toyota dealerships in the state and always felt ripped off and that the technicians were not as competent as they should be. (I had to replace my entire A/C unit three years in a row at $1K+ each time). Mark Miller Toyota is the place to go!
