Edit/update: The customer service manager called and was lovely on the phone. She apologized profusely and reassured me that Mark Miller takes health and safety very seriously. The phone call was a very nice gesture.

What a nightmare. I needed my emissions test done and I am in an ultra high risk group for Covid so I needed to take extra precautions. I called two weeks in advance to make my appointment at 7am on a
Monday so I would run into as few people as possible. I called on the Friday before to confirm. When I arrived I also confirmed that I was here for an emissions test. I wait an hour in a waiting room where the company mask policy is not being enforced only to be told that my oil change has been completed. Not the emissions test which I came in for. I now need to wait another hour for the emissions test. Bad customer service is bad. Bad customer service that puts my life at risk is unacceptable.
