This is the first time I dared to get my oil change on Saturday. I hate waiting hours for an oil change. It only took about 20 minutes. I also got my tires rotated. Thanks for making this painless.

Pretty great service but they price gouge on parts...

Pretty great service but they price gouge on parts.
I needed to get a new key and FOB made for the used Subaru I bought elsewhere and they wanted to charge me 150$ for the FOB and 110$ for the key. Then they had to "program" them to my car with is another 50$. I only got the key done and saved a ton of money by using FOB from an older car we once had and programmed it myself with the help of YouTube. I'll keep that 200$ in my pocket, thanks. There is no reason you should charge 150$ for a simple integrated circuit in a piece of plastic. Same with the key. I won't come back unless I have nowhere else to go. Buy generic if you can because parts from the dealer are way overpriced.

I was excited to try pickup service with a loaner ...

I was excited to try pickup service with a loaner car. There was confusion with the pickup once my car was finished. I got a call on my home phone, when I wasn't home and I told the concierge who picked up my car to call my cell(not my home phone). I was assured I'd get a call and text. No text or call came on my cell that night. Luckily I do have a way to check my voicemail on my home number. I checked my messages only to find I had a v/m on my home number. I called and left the information that I was in salt lake at a different address for pickup. I got a call from the concierge as they were at the pickup address. No call ahead to let me know of a window of time. I was out running errands. I pulled in and luckily saw the concierge. I didn't have time to fill up the tank. So you can say the ball got dropped several times in pickup/drop off service you offer. I was even told by the 2nd concierge that he was going to merge my 2 profiles... I only have 1 profile. The pick up address the next day was a friends address, not my address. No one should ever assume that a new address needs to be added to a profile unless the customer requests it.

Walked into Mark Miller on my way home from work. My wife and I had been looking for a car for a few weeks when I came here. The process was easy and the sales staff were friendly and didn't apply any pressure. Walked away satisfied with a Crosstrek even with some special circumstances. They worked for us, with us. I feel they they truly value their customers and their needs. Highly recommend.

My wife purchased a Subaru Crosstrek 2015 this is ...

My wife purchased a Subaru Crosstrek 2015 this is her first Subaru. She has been thrilled and delighted with this vehicle so far. She said Mark Miller Midtown gives the best customer service around. Now she's wondering if things are changing. She has a warranty that covers up to 60,000 miles. But the new car warranty ended July 31st 2018. It seems now, that she is rushed through, and her concerns aren't always addressed. They do however wash the car, and send her on her way with a smile. It's frustrating to her that when I take it for service they listen. I thought we were further along in society than this, but I guess I'm wrong. Windshield washer was not working correctly, it had always worked for her in the past, perfectly! So while still under warranty she took it in to have them check it. They said they replaced that part. Now when bad weather or a dirty windshield, she sprays to clean it off while driving, it only cleans part of the driver side while spraying too far out on the passenger side. I schedule an appointment before the 31st of July, Subaru was booked and told me they would offer the courtesy of still looking at it today, August 6th 2018, she is told that's just the way they make them! Come on Mark Miller Subaru Midtown, let's treat women that make large purchases the same as we treat men that make large purchases! Surprised and disappointed! The amusing part of all of this to me, is I am the old retired guy, and my wife is the breadwinner! Money doesn't have a gender Mark Miller Midtown!

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER. I have been to many dealerships and this is the best that I've ever visited. Bought my second car from this location and was truly the nicest car buying experience I had both times. They have cars for ever budget and are completely honest with their customers, even warning me not to buy certain cars they have because it was traded-in in bad condition. I don't know another place that would do that. Their service center is efficient and just as considerate too. This is my dealership for life!

I feel like I m always treated fairly when I drop in for service in my car. They were fantastic to work with through the buying process as well. They stayed long after hours to help us get the financing we wanted. I will definitely continue to buy and service my cars here.

Just moved to the SLC area. Needed my oil change and tires rotated. I made an appointment online, very easy. I ended up getting there way sooner than expected. They took me right in. It only took them 30-45 min to do everything. On top they did a quick vacuum of the inside. Everyone was very professional. Will be back again.

Just returned my leased 2015 Outback and swapped it out for a new 2018 Outback. It could not have been an easier process. Curtis (sales person) was great, and easy to work with Steve (finance) was quick and not pushy at all with the possible protection plans and Josh (concierge manager) personally swapped out my roof racks to the new Suby! What a great team! Oh, and don t forget Juan in service. The kid is fast, and easy to work with. MM Subaru is the best Subaru dealer in the state. Hands down.

I brought my 2008 Subaru Legacy in for service yes...

I brought my 2008 Subaru Legacy in for service yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised by their quick service. I got an oil change and a multi point inspection, along with two other odd-ball requests of my own (I asked them to put my license plate on my car, and also to fix a panel that had fallen off), which they granted assistance with without hesitation AND without any extra fees. Even with the added objectives, they had finished all of the service WITH a nice car wash in less than 20 minutes!

It was wonderful! The service staff was friendly, kind, and thorough about the results. I'm a happy customer!

I tried to get in with Nate Wade, but they could only fit me in after 3 weeks! So I went to Mark Miller, and they managed to fit me in that same day. They did diagnostics and fixed the problem right away after talking with me about it. The service was wonderful and everyone was so friendly

I spoke with Mark Patterson on the phone prior to meeting at the dealership, and he was very helpful with providing me information on what I needed to bring/the process of purchasing my vehicle. As a first time new car buyer, I felt comfortable and appropriately guided along each step of the purchase process. I left with my dream car and would highly recommend Mark Miller Subaru to any interested buyers.

Service on my car was so easy thanks to Mark Miller! A very nice gentleman came to my home, picked up my car and left a very nice Subaru Outback for me to drive. The next day, a super nice woman came to bring back my car. It was so easy and safe...I didn't have to wait for hours in a waiting room and could continue working and living my life. Thanks Mark Miller...I made a great choice to buy from you!

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Extremely caring staff and once we found our perfect car, it took just over an hour from walking in to test drive the car to financing to away in said car. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. On top of it all, they give a lot back to the community and are ecologically mindful.

Recently purchased a 2017 WRX, had missing center ...

Recently purchased a 2017 WRX, had missing center console screws. Went in to get replacements I had found online, lady promptly returned and charged me three dollars. They were the wrong ones. I go back the next day, am greeted by a different employee who I ask the same question, who then proceeds to tell me they don't carry the screws, and begins to flail his arms all around to tell me "I NEED to change the whole CONSOLE myself" after i asked a simple question of whether or not there was any way to get those screws. Then proceeds to call me "brother" as I walk away. I am a customer, not your brother. Unprofessional, discourtious, bad customer service from the parts department.

Today I needed to have a new squeaking noise investigated from my brakes. The team at Mark Miller not only did the diagnostics without charge, but they washed and vacuumed my vehicle. I call that excellent customer service!

I recently had to have my CD/radio unit replaced. Mark Miller Parts and Service Departments were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

One of best car buying experience we have had. We knew driving down that they wouldn't have our car that we wanted on the lot....but we still wanted to test drive an outback to make sure we liked it. While we were out on the test drive they found a car for us that other than color was exactly the car we wanted so we were able to drive it home that day. The whole process was super easy....and zero pressure. The entire staff that was part of our sale were extremely knowledgable too....super impressed! Highly recommend this dealership!!

Austin, who I believe is also the technician who worked on my Outback, was cordial and professional (plus competent) in describing for me the services performed. I was gratified that Austin took time to slow down his explanation so an old man can follow and appreciate what was done and what to expect from now on. Austin advised me on a few things and even volunteered to replace the expired Utah DMV sticker. Such Subaru employees make the visit a pleasure. Now if your online appointment system would only work better. I scheduled maintenance for last week, but when I arrived there was no record of my appointment. Today was an improvement to be sure. The shop had a record of my appointment.

This is my kind of dealership! You don t haggle the price as the prices are already on the vehicle.
No pressure from the sales people, just down to Earth people who love their jobs!
We bought a Forester and love the way the car handles. It doesn t have all the extra Frills but plenty to make this a favorite for anyone!
We are so happy with this purchase and will always go through Mark Miller Subaru in the future. My two sons also bought through them.
Oh, and of course, the dogs love the car, too!

Was traveling when my new Crosstrek needed its 1st servicing and Mark Miller Subaru was nearby and I was very satisfied with their service!!

From the moment I stepped out of my car until they called my name every staff person was intent on making my appointment quick and painless and they succeeded!!

My car was completed in less than 30 minutes including washing it and I shared with the service manager that his department exceeded my expectations and Subaru should send his team to other dealerships (in California, where I am from) to train and raise their standards of customer service!!

The customer service is outstanding. They answer your questions, give suggestions and recommendations, all with a smile. The area where you wait for your car is comfortable and has everything you need from food to TV to great wifi. . It is more like a comfortable living room than a waiting room. It is not like other auto places where you feel like you are waiting in a dark closet. I like this auto dealer so much that I drive 30-50 minutes depending on traffic to get my car services there. I even buy my car there. Did I mention that there are dealerships closer?

The direction of where to go for services was a little confusing, but I was quickly directed by a gentleman right out front of the mainbuilding. The actual service time was quicker than estimated. I was provided with a lovely courtesy vehicle since the service took over an hour. The technician was patient and explained everything necessary.

The dealership is clean and open. Nice employees. There was one issue that we had just once about taking in our car, but they were able to resolve it with good service. Also, when we bought our car in 2015, the finance rep was a little pushy to cross sell us extra products when I made clear multiple times that we didn t want them. I ve been taking both of my Outbacks there for awhile for service. So far so good.

I was walking out in the parking lot for 20 minutes before someone greeted me. The man who did greet me eventually, Sandy, didn't give me the time of day. I am a younger buyer but still deserve to be taken seriously and given respect. I gave my money to Mazda instead.

I did not have an appointment, so I just stopped in to see if they could check out my battery. Justin was very accommodating and found a technician who could look at my car. In the end, they had to replace the battery and update some software on the car. The nicest surprise was that he apologized to me that it took longer than he expected (even though I had not set up and appointment). I was grateful for the service provided.

Very easy process and realized it was important to go to a dealer that is trustworthy and wants to do things the right way. Very happy with my Crosstrek and the services of Mark Miller Subaru.

Nice people. Anthony (sales guy) and our finance guy were awesome and answered all of our questions/concerns. Calling for service can have good days where it s easy to get what you need and other days they can t find an account or it s hard to talk to service. The lady (don t know her name) is very helpful and nice. Bought a car about over 4 months ago and I already have to replace the battery after they told me the battery didn t have to get replaced(few days prior to getting it checked out). Frustrated with it because I didn t have a car for a few days since it wasn t working but they couldn t do anything for about a week since service was short on staff. I had to leave town but later that day they called me to tell me my battery had to get changed and they were waiting for my approval on it. Also frustrated that it s costing me more to have a used car than if I were to buy a new car since extended warranty only covers electrical issues.
Extended warranty only covers 100$ for towing services so had to pay the rest out of pocket.
Overall, I like this dealership (way better than Nissan right across the street) but I probably won t be buying a used car from here.

Never felt pressured to purchase. Doug helped us through the process without being pushy. He was knowledgeable and made the experience easy. We test drove and completed the purchase in about 4 hours total, which is amazing compared to other experiences we've had. I would definitely recommend Mark Miller Subaru to anyone looking at purchasing a car.

I have purchased 3 cars over the course of a year ...

I have purchased 3 cars over the course of a year from Mark Miller Subaru Midtown. 2 of those cars (used) have needed extensive repairs less than a year of buying them. Service center claimed they were both in good condition even after taking them back multiple times. One of the cars is a total loss within 10 months of purchase. The other has continued to have the same issue over and over and now since it isn t covered under warranty, is going to be costly to repair the same issue that they were supposed to have fixed 2 months ago. Don t waste your money or time.

Update sadly no improvement since last year. Subaru failed emissions so takes a week to even get a service diagnosis appointment. Obviously not enough capacity. Sure am happy switched brands for my new car a Lexus UX 250h last October. So no longer depend on the Subaru as primary car. Is unreliable plus takes too long to get a service appointment just like last time: Hate to only 2 star service dept has been 4 star until now. Subaru Forester developed engine problems week ago undrivable. Best they could do for a dropoff to even diagnose was a week. No loaner cars despite checking frequently. So had to rent a car for a week cost me $661. Is obviously a management problem when can't even diagnose the trouble until a week later when paying a $118 diagnosis fee. Fee should be waived when is a week. Have been a loyal service dept customer for 12 years. Never even had an oil change done elsewhere. Guess loyalty counts for nothing.

Been here twice for warranty issues on my car and both times they did a great job and took care of me above and beyond. Anyone I encountered was very courteous and willing to help. You don't find that level of service very often nowadays
