Amazing service experience with Mark Miller Toyota. My Tacoma's blower motor stopped working, leaving me without any heat/defrost in my truck during a recent cold snap. Unable to drive the truck safely from Park City to SLC in the early morning, MM had someone drive up to our house, leave a loaner car for me, and drive my truck back down to be repaired. Truck was fixed and ready to go early the next morning. Definitely went above and beyond. MM went above and beyond. This kind of customer service makes me an even more loyal Toyota customer.
