I've been really happy with Mark Miller. I purchased a new rav4 with them in November and just went in for my first service. They have a nice waiting area with tv's, wifi, free coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks. i will definitely be going back. They are easy to schedule online. Thanks!

My buying experience at Mark Miller Toyota was comfortable and low pressure. When we were finally close on price, they were able to increase my trade-in price, which made things so much easier for me (I could just leave my other car there). I feel like I received the best price possible after a lot of research and interaction with other dealerships. They were also efficient. I asked them to have everything ready so that I could come in during lunch and close the deal, which they did. Highly recommended. I would also recommend them for service - oil changes, etc.

The best service! I am not a big fan of using a dealer shop for regular automobile check-up and services, but Mark Miller Toyota is exceptional. Right on time, quick, and honest evaluations for what needs to be replaced. I even purchased an extended service contract to keep using Mark Miller Toyota for regular checkups and services.

Was on a vacation when my car died and my family and I were stranded with no way to get home and back to work. The guys here fanrastic! I was able to get into a brand new Toyota the same day I went in and was on the road home that night. After having 2 different dealerships treat me terribly with my last car I was wary and everyone who worked on my transaction did everything to prove that they are the best! I've been driving for over 30 years and had never purchased a new car. Having been a vendor for Mark Miller in the distant past, I remembered how honest the people were at their Murray location. I wanted a Prius, so I drove by 2 other Toyota dealers to get to Mark Miller's downtown location. I wasn't disappointed with my experience. Everyone was very helpful. The process was easy, the people were pleasant. The car has been great. I'm glad I chose Mark Miller Toyota and would recommend them to anyone.

The service department is amazing. I was having issues with my car, they took me in with no hassle... I had my dog with me and they even played with my dog a little. They were quick and friendly. Not only was I happy but my for legged hold was very excited. I highly recommend going there when you need service.

We have been going to Mark Miller for years and I have never felt they perform unnecessary repairs just to make money. On this recent visit my wife took our Prius in and she had a few questions. The person she worked with (can't remember his name) was very patient, answered all of her questions, and let us know what service we should start thinking about in the future beefoer it becomes a big problem. We thought this trip would just be an oil change, but there have been some issues with our emergency brake that needed to be checked out. When that repair was going to be taking longer than she could stay and wait, they gave her a loaner car. At the time my dad was in the hospital so it was a hectic time, but they let us keep the loaner car for an extra day because we live about 40 minutes away and it was hard to get there because of my dad. They were very understanding.

When I was shopping around other Toyota dealers had nothing but good things to say about Mark Miller. Greg Butcher was awesome. Always returned my messages even on his day off and after he left the dealership for the day. I would work with him and Kyle Denton again.

My Toyota Tacoma is about to pass the 200K mile ma...

My Toyota Tacoma is about to pass the 200K mile mark. As such it is starting to need a bit of non-routine attention. I recently took it to Mark Miller Toyota for some TLC. I found the facility, staff, and service to first class. The cost to servicing an automobile at a brand dealership may be slightly more expensive but the quality of service, work performed on my vehicle, and original replacement parts is worth it to keep my truck in top operational condition. I'd recommend Mark Miller to anyone needing Toyota service.

Just bought I certified pre-owned Toyota here. It was a great experience. I loved the no haggle atmosphere. I'm glad the downtown location was as good or better to work with than the south towne location, where I bought a Subaru a few years ago. The sales person Derek can hardly be called that since he never put any pressure to buy, and I mean that in the best possible way. I think that I got a great deal on the car. Thank you Mark Miller.

I've been taking my FJ Cruiser here for regular maintenance and service since I moved to the area two years ago. Whether it's just an oil change, or replacing the entire rear differential, the crew at Mark Miller is always honest, reliable, and quick! They have great amenities if you decide to stay while your vehicle is being serviced, but if not, their free shuttle drivers are always friendly too. I can trust Mark Miller with my FJ, and I won't bring it anywhere else!

Through over 10+ years of buying goods in my profe...

Through over 10+ years of buying goods in my professional career I would rank this as top five worst experiences with a vendor I have experienced. I submitted interest on a Toyota Certified Pre-owned 2016 Toyota Highlander through the Mark Miller website and was given prompt communication back from sales, Robin. During our conversation Robin and I discussed the vehicle and I informed him of our situation and asked him of the quality of the vehicle. Robin did send me a video and stated that the vehicle was clean , no scuff marks , no problems whatsoever and real good . After receiving this video and two separate phone conversations with Robin asking of the quality and stating to Robin that I did not want to fly down and waste my time if the quality of the vehicle was not in the stated condition. I was provided an image of a car seat indent which I stated I was ok with. I was very upfront with both Robin and an additional salesperson of my expectations for the vehicle. After reaching Mark Miller Toyota and inspecting the vehicle I became both frustrated and disappointed. The inside of the rear door several panels had gashes, scuffs and scratches along with the rear door inside panel. Also, the rear bumper was separated and had physical damage. I was also told the vehicle would be detailed and after inspection there was food in seat cracks, under seats and stains on ceiling. I expressed my dissatisfaction with both Robin and Kyle and asked why when I asked of the condition these issues were not disclosed. The reasoning I was given was that my term of clean and in good condition was subjective and also they both did not notice the damage. They stated that the vehicle in its current state was an A vehicle which I disagreed with. I expressed to them both that I felt my time was wasted and that I would not buy the vehicle in its current state. A manager was involved, Shawn Borba, which I explained the situation to and he offered panels from existing pre-owned vehicles which we found some that were in acceptable condition. As far as the bumper I was offered a discount on the vehicle for parts and labor. After, sitting with the finance manager I was provided the report of the 160-Point Quality Assurance Inspection Check Sheet in which in states on line 158 bumpers are free of cuts, gouges and mismatched paint and check as meets standard. Line 145 states all crevices are clean and checked and meets standard. Line 150 states seats, carpets, floor mats and headliner are clear of stains: and checked as meets standard. I would recommend an audit from Toyota of the certification process of the certified pre-owned vehicles from Mark Miller Toyota. Overall, I rate my experience very poor and would never repeat business with Mark Miller Toyota. I was made to feel it was my fault and that my expectations were too high in regards to both the quality and cleanliness of the vehicle. After I review my transaction at Mark Miller Toyota I feel that Robin and Kyle were not transparent and were focused more on making the sale than the customer.

My first purchase with Mark Miller. Kris Faulkner was a great salesman. We found more damage to the hood when they were detailing.
Had to reschedule since it would take longer to fix. Took the car back the next week. Due to miscommunication with the service department the detailer would not be in until the next day. Kind of a pain since I live in Springville. They gave me a loaner car and fixed it in 2 days. Did a good job.

Sales person was nice and no pressure. Had to tell 2 other people no to the add-ons like a grill, tinting windows, etc. Then the finance guy told us our personal vehicle insurance wouldnt have good GAP coverage when we declined his offer. We knew better and sure enough, it was $30 for 6 months after talking to my agent! We already had been pre-approved with our credit union and knew the percentage rate of our loan, but they were able to get us a better rate by half a percent, so that was great.
Update 2 months later:
BEWARE of them giving your phone number to telemarketers!! The amount of calls I am getting now is ridiculous.

Roger picked me up at the airport and was very cordial. Upon arriving at the dealership I was impressed with the building and the services they provide, just for their guests. Overall, the transaction from the point I arrived to the end when I drove away with my new car was very simple and efficient. This is just the way I like it. No pressure to get you to do something you don't want to do. If I was to have any complaint at all it would've been - if and how-well they detailed the car. Upon arriving at home I found the car not so clean in the cracks and crannies (and I'm not talking about small stuff, for example: I found a make-up brush, chap stick, a few pens and pencils, etc. all underneath the carpet). But if we are talking on a scale of 1-10, my experience would be a 9 with Mark Miller Toyota, with my one complaint taking one point off from a perfect 10 transaction. Would I buy from them again, you bet! Would I suggest them to a friend you bet!

It was easy to setup an appointment and they were ready when I arrived; however, I left before getting started due to an alarming number of employees not wearing masks properly and not adhering well to social distancing guidelines. The sales person we met with brought us back to his desk where there were others within 6 feet and not wearing masks properly.

I get that masks are uncomfortable and that 100% compliance is not feasible, but it seemed a bit blatant and disrespectful.

You were the closest dealer to me and it would have been very convenient to do business with you, but it did not feel like safety was a priority.

Not impressed! I called and made an appointment to get my first service and have a CV boot replaced that has a tear in it. First they couldn't find my appointment which is no big deal. Then Brandon the service writer tells me that the boot isn't covered because I have a lift. I have a 2" OME lift which they sell. Once I call BS on that he takes a look and tells me it's not covered because of outside force. They were looking for any reason not to cover it. What happened to service? I spend 40 grand on a vehicle and have to deal with that?
Update. Mark Miller still sucks!!! Can we give less stars? Don t give them your money.

Bought my first new car about a month ago. My salesman Lyle was awesome to work with and put in work to find the exact Tacoma I wanted. He made the experience stress-free and didn't pressure me into anything. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. I felt important and the price was fair. 10/10 would buy from them again!

I went to Mark Miller for a new Prius on the recommendation of a co-worker. We found the salesmen to be accomodating and not pushy at all (after my last used car experience I was expecting the worst...) So far the service has been excellent with regular updates from the staff as to when the servicing (installing heated seats) would be complete and a complimentary loaner for the day. I recommend Mark Miller if you're in the market for a new Toyota.

Out of all the dealerships we went to, Mark Miller was, by far, the best! Everyone else made us feel like our budget was unrealistic and our ask was too great. The customer service elsewhere was terrible. Mark Miller really listened to what we were looking for, found us multiple cars within our range, and was able to work with us to get the car the same day. We will def come back for our next automobile purchase!

I made an appointment and they received me promptly, did the work in the anticipated time while I waited and did a good job. Everything has been easy to understand and up front, I haven't yet been charged more than the quote, and they've gotten me an uber rather than a shuttle van each time (and I can bring in the car as early as 7am).

He was a pleasure to deal with and everyone at the dealership was as well. I walked in looking for a new car, had a really great time and everything was explained amazingly. Went in for new set of tires, staff treated me extremely well, multiple employees came and introduced themselves and offered help, gave great recommendations and did not try and upsell me on everything like other places do. They put on all tires, did an alignment, and oil change in two hours. Will be going back for any work that's needed on my 4runner!

The car was a fair deal, but the sales people were slick and dishonest, as per usual. They sold the car to us without being honest about it only being sold with a valet key, and they only provided us with one key despite the fact we negotiated for two. They expect us to drive all the way back to the city (3 hours one way from here) for a second valet key. What a pain. It would probably have cost them all of $50 to provide a remote master key with the car. But they'd rather hassle us and make us pay several hundred dollars for the key to the vehicle we own the title to. Thanks for ruining my experience. This will probably be my last car purchase from any dealer, anywhere.

EDITED: I spoke to one of their customer service employees, Angela, who has agreed to provide us with a remote key at no cost to us. I was feeling much happier after my interaction with her. The only downside is we do have to drive 3 hours one way to get the new key, but I think it is a workable solution. If everything works out as promised, I will update my review further.

I serviced one of my cars here for years and never had issues, they never seemed to desperately up-sell me on every little thing. Well, I decided to buy my first new car and checked out one other dealership prior to Mark Miller, had a horrible experience and almost gave up but decided to pass by Mark Miller on my way home. It was a night-and-day experience where I didn't feel like the sharks were circling the waters, the sales rep started with the base price rather than upping the price tag, and the first offer they gave me on my trade in was for blue book whereas the other dealership was offering a fifth of the blue book price. Yeah, I'd recommend Mark Miller. Oh, and I love my Hybrid Rav 4 :) Worth it!

I didn't purchase a car from Mark Miller, but I had a wonderful experience with Roger. Roger was friendly, informative, and didn't add a lot of pressure like some other dealerships I talked to. I called and emailed Roger while I was inquiring about a Corolla, and he was responsive and patient with all the questions I had. I wasn't able to purchase because I ended up going with a dealership closer to me, but I would still highly recommend Roger.

Overall, I feel they try to work hard to take care of you, from sales to the service center. That's why I keep coming back. Toyota fans should definitely check them out, I highly recommend.

I purchased the vehicle here and I get it serviced here. They are good people. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone searching for a Toyota or for servicing one.

I have been buying cars and trucks at Mark Miller ...

I have been buying cars and trucks at Mark Miller for over 10 years. And honestly I have had an exceptional experience working with Mark Peck. I have worked with him since he was new, and then as recent as last summer. Great sales person, so if you are looking a for a new or used car I would suggest talking with Mark.

That said, the service said has finally made me change my mind about this dealer. I can no longer support Mark Miller, and will be looking for a new dealer to start a relationship with.

This review would be very long if I went into all the details, but it seems often when I bring a car or truck in for maintenance they will some issue with the vehicle, damage it, or suggest service that does not need to be done. The latest case was a damage case, on a previous trip in they had stripped out the bolts holding up a skid plate, which at first the wanted to charge me for, of course I am not paying for damage that is not my fault. Eventually they took care of the issue.

This time, I went back in with this same truck, and the repair they initially did had failed, and once again they wanted me to pay for it. And once again after escalating it up to a manager, it was taking care of.

So the good news is that if you take the time and find the appropriate person they will work with you to make amends for damage that they caused. The bad news it is is time consuming, and frustrating process.

I should have quite going when they sold me a brand Toyota Tundra. The model I drove had been damaged in a parking lot accident. I made it very clear to them that in now way was I going to buy that particular truck. They assured me they would not do that. Well they did. Again they eventually made it right be swapping it out for another truck, but how many times do these things go undetected?

After 10 years though, it seems this is a pattern, and I have lost trust and patience to deal with these issues.

I have my car service there twice for oil change, last time was last Friday. Both times were great. They never recommend any service you don't actually need. The first time they found my turning light was not working. I agreed to change it but later they found it's just too loose. They fastened it free of charge instead of changing it. They did not recommend any service the second time. They are just doing the business in the right way! Both times it took just an hour or so with a free car wash. I'll definitely have my car serviced here in the future.

I recently had a flat tire after hitting a metal spike and was driving on my spare. I called Mark Miller Toyota as I had to have a matching tire. This was on a Wednesday afternoon and while I could not get there that day they fit me in at 8:00 AM the following morning. I was in and out in less than an hour. I purchased my car there and have been in for service one other time. All of my experiences have been the same, super easy and could not ask for better service.

First class service both times going there. This last time it turned out there was a piece of cardboard in the way of my trunk shutting which drained the battery at night. Super honest. They didn t charge. Plus they cleaned my car and gave me a shuttle ride while looking at it. Both times worked with Jeremy. Really takes care of customers.

I have had nothing but great experiences with both...

I have had nothing but great experiences with both their parts and service departments. My 2005 Tacoma needed a new timing chain along with all the other shenanigans that goes with this replacement as well as a new water pump/belt. The technicians who completed this repair did an awesome job! Chris, my service advisor not only kept me up to date through the long process, but was also personable.

A few months later, I noticed a coolant leak in the area where they replaced the water pump. I emailed Chris and he got me in the next day and helped take care of the issue.

I'll continue to take my Tacoma in for repairs that make my head spin a little faster than what I would like.

I ve been here 2 times in the last two years. Both experiences have been horrible. Most recently I went with a friend to provide moral support. No one wanted to help us, we had to ask for help after waiting in the showroom for awhile. After the test drive, the sales person wasn t able to answer any of our questions, or ask anyone for help. He finally just asked are you buying it or not? So the answer is NO! You can t answer any questions, and after 2 bad experiences will never be back.

After dealing with three other local Toyota dealerships we found the staff here at Mark Miller Toyota much easier to deal with before and after the sale. We have had our Tundra in several times since the sale (adding additional accessories) and were treated like the day we purchased our truck. Each time they provided us with a rental car at no additional
cost WOW!!!!!! Ken and Mike are amazing to deal with and helped us get the truck we wanted without the high pressure sales gimmicks.. We would definitely buy from them again......James L.

I took my car during my lunch and told them I had to be back to work and they finished ahead of schedule washing my car before others. They have snacks while you wait. It was time for me to trade in my vehicle for a new one. I received Jason Brown's name from a friend that purchased through him so I dropped into Mark Miller to see if he was available. I literally drove off the lot with my new car under an hour and a half. Jason was awesome, he gave me a fair price for my trade in, put me in a car that I could afford, and he did so quickly and professionally. Having leased more than a few auto's through the years, I can not recommend this dealership enough. I had a 2014 4Runner coming off lease that came down to the last few days. With two quick calls I was able to understand my options for purchase and for trade in. I decided to go with the trade in and then leased a 2016. Total time invested was approx 1 hour of phone time and less than 2 hours of dealership time. Very easy and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota.

Convenient for the drop ins and usually the cheaper Toyota dealer compared to others in adjacent states for anything related to routine maintenance. Quality service and good waiting rooms. I always keep these guys in mind whenever I pass through SLC.

I purchased my 2018 Tundra from these guys and had a okay experience. I don t really understand just how much they re making on my deal, the whole car sales world is confusing (I m sure intentionally), but I can t help but feel like they took advantage of me. In reality maybe they didn t. My salesman was Juan and he was polite and professional but didn t really seem to know exactly what he was doing or what he was talking about. I seemed to know more about the truck I was buying just by reading the details on the website. After I purchased the truck I was looking for Juan to ask him some questions and as I was wondering the cubicles I overhead him talking with his manager and the manager congratulating him on the sale saying that was a good one! Obviously feeling like I overpaid at that point. The only thanks I got was a letter from Mark Miller saying we really appreciate your business call me, on my cell phone, if you need anything. I thought that was cool, but of course when I needed help on a couple of items, when I called it went straight to voicemail and a service manager was the one to call me back later, not Mark. Since then I ve had problems with the LED headlamps freezing over in the winter, dimming the light to a dangerous visibility level. I took it in twice but they said that it was a factory level problem and they couldn t help me. I ve also had problems with the radio resetting and took it in and left it all day only to not have the problem resolved. So I don t know if Toyota is blowing it or if it s more the dealership but either way I feel underwhelmed by the level of service I ve received for such an expensive truck.

Short version: I bought a car here. It was a really good experience and I have zero regrets.

Slightly longer version: I got a new job and ended up needing a second vehicle. I had considered buying a used car and went to several different dealerships. After some truly horrific experiences we decided that we couldn't afford a used car and decided to buy new instead. By this point I was also extremely tired of dealing with sales reps who would tell me a bunch of things that I later found out were complete and utter lies. Before setting foot in another dealership I decided to look around to see who had the best ratings. I already knew I wanted a new Toyota so that narrowed down my search quite a bit. I saw really good reviews for Mark Miller Toyota on every site I could find so I decided to try them out. I contacted them through their website and ended up speaking with Roger Wright. I told him I was interested in new Camrys and wanted to test drive some. Roger was very knowledgable, straight forward, and pragmatic. In my experience those are extremely rare traits. After trying some models out I chose a 2016 Camry Hybrid SE and chose the 0 down, 0% APR for 72 months incentive package. The entire process was straight forward, pain free, and what I had hoped buying a car would be like. I got the exact car that I wanted and I'm extremely happy with it.

Great Value. Great Service. Clear Pricing.

We had a great experience with salesman Roger Wright. No games or high pressure sales tactics were employed. Some of the other dealerships we visited were vague about the total "out the door" price and were unwilling to commit to an exact number on the fees they would add to the sales price, but Roger was able to get us in writing the lowest price his manager could agree to, including all fees and charges. Note that extra fees vary widely from dealer to dealer, and one dealer's fees were over $500 more than Mark Miller's. After the sale, Angela Gertino went out of her way to resolve a concern to ensure that we remained satisfied customers, when many dealers would have given a "Caveat Emptor" "tough luck, you should have asked before you bought" response. In preparing a vehicle for sale, some dealers only fix what the buyer is likely to notice, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that Mark Miller had also installed brand new brake pads on all four wheels, so I will not be stuck paying for that 5000 miles down the road. All things considered, I think we got a pretty good deal.

Mark Miller Toyota is great! I bought a Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road from them and they made it an enjoyable and easy process.
My husband is in the military and was currently over seas when I bought my truck. The sales people were so patient with me while we communicated.
It is also easy to get oil changes and maintenance on your vehicle with them. They will send you a reminder email and you can sign up online.
I really enjoy working with they staff and they have a wonderful and clean facility.

Quality sells itself, now I know why Mark Miller never needs to advertise, let me tell you why.....This establishment has always exceeded my expectations from buying oil & filters for my 1997 Corolla and 1990 MR2, to installing timing belts. Coming from the son of a Mechanic who used to help turn a wrench with him: the service is hands down The Best... no loud talking salespeople trying to bamboozle you into some extra parts, just genuine, sincere & low-key honest folks treating you like family...event to the point of giving pointers to keep your vehicle out of the repair shop. So when it came time to buy a new car for my Mother, I only shopped at Mark Miller. The staff are friendly, uber-knowledgeable, approachable and not pushy hucksters. Jim McFarland & Rob Kent took care of me and made my first new car-buying experience memorable, simple & swift. It was more than a simple transaction for me, the Mark Miller staff made me feel like I was becoming a new family member of a great organization. The level of excellence the entire staff emulates is commensurate and highly reflective of the product that they are selling and representing. Mark Miller is the ONLY establishment that is on the same page in terms of living, breathing & executing excellence. I'll be back for my new Toyota, that's for sure.

I bring my Tacoma here every time I need service or a repair. They have been super helpful and understand that I prefer to do my own basic maintenance without pushing me to pay them to do it instead. My advisor even told me how to do other basic things to save me money!
Services have always been performed in a timely manner and I have always been charged a very fair rate. Whenever they find any other issues, they call me and give me the option to fix it myself or have them fix it before moving forward. I've never had to come in and have them redo any repairs. I don't trust anyone else with my truck and will continue to take it in to them! Thanks Mark Miller Toyota!!

My experiences have always been good. I feel I am being honestly informed about what is truly needed to repair my car. The service is as fast as it can be & I am always treated respectfully. Everything was great as I traded in my previous vehicle for a different one. Until two months later when I kept receiving harassing calls about registering the previous vehicle (which I bought out of state and only had for two weeks). I told the lady who kept harassing me that I work 13 hour night shifts and I would get to it when I have a day off. She then started to use threatening language about reporting me to the DMV. I should have been better advised on what I needed to do two months ago, as I don't have experience with buying out of state and should be repeatedly woken up in the middle of my night for something I told them I would do when I have a day off. Completely awful woman to deal with.

I had a 2002 Camry at 298k miles that was on it's last leg, and of course, felt a sense of loyalty to Toyota after seeing how far my Camry went. A couple of months earlier I went poking around and to see what was out there. After seeing all the positive reviews I decided to start my search here. I met Jeff McLain, who was very friendly and not pushy at all.. When it was time to trade in the ol' Camry I went back and found a great deal on a certified 2014 Corolla. Jeff dealt with me patiently while I took a couple of days to shop around, and to "sleep on it." He and Mark, the sales manager never made me feel like I was under any real pressure (except stressing that the car could be purchased by someone else before I got to it), they got me the payment I was asking for, and an interest rate lower than anything I could find elsewhere. I also noticed after I purchased the car that it was missing a map SD card for the Navigation, a $250 little chip. I went back and they took care of ordering this for me, at no cost with little trouble. Buying a car has always been stressful for me, but these guys made the process pretty painless.
