Excellent community hospital. Very caring physicians, nurses and staff. Although busy, the hospital's ER is very organized and prompt to assess and provide appropriate intervention. I would highly recommend this hospital.

I brought my mom in today into the MUCC clinic for a follow up regarding her test results where I was greeted by a women at the front desk by the name of Rose. She was absolutely terrific, so warm and welcoming! My mom was so nervous coming in and stressed about what was going on with her results and she managed to calmed me down so quickly ( which let me tell you was not easy for me to do at all) and reassured her to get her to see the doctor as soon as possible. its nice to see people genuinely enjoying their job, very much needed especially in the hospital environments.

this is the worst emergency department ever, all nurses have attitude toward their job and patient. Took my mom to the emergency this morning because of chest and abdominal pain. A fat nurse with blond hair showed disbelief and kept rolling her eyes as if we were lying. If you have a family member if pain, please spare them from this hospital.

The nurses here need to go back to school and get trained on their manners, they lack so much care for patients to be a nurse.

I had the unpleasant experience of having to visit the Fracture Clinic with my daughter several times in the past 3 months. Their scheduling system is horrible to the point where they call me to confirm the appointment and when we arrive, we are told we should not be there and they have nothing on file for us. Dr Marchie is professional and pleasant, takes his time with every patient. However the front staff is ignorant, they have a terrible attitude and lack the most basic people skills that anyone working in a hospital should have.

Trying to book a covid test here is ridiculous first time waited for an hour and was disconnected. I called back and it has been a 3 hour wait and still on hold. This is the most disgusting and worst idea ever going to booking appointments at least before you can wait in line and see it move along. I am waiting and don't even have any idea of when I'll be attended

I came to get my Rh injection, I was asked to report sharp at 11 am, due to several reasons they are making me wait for 4 hours now, first they had to attend an emergency patient second they did not find my blood work report in their report, I am still waiting, will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

-5 stars. This is the worst hospital in canada. I went to the er Saturday night with severe abdominal they did bunch of tests and found some problems that needed to be adderessed right away. Instead i was given pain killers and told to follow up with my family doctor and a specialist. On tuesday i went to my family doctor and right away she filled a referral to the emergency room to have a scope put in down my stomach. This low life so called doctor came in (Dr. Payman Dehghani) he touched my stomach for a second maybe two and he said youre fine its just gas. After i told him that is not what the report says. I had history of gas reflex which i took a very good medication for this was something else. In the reports from the ultrasound showed a growth on my gallbladder and problems with my spleen and liver he ignored all of them. I told him it is not gas you need to put a scope down my stomach as my family doctor requested instead he tells me to calm down or he will kick me out. Treating me like a piece a garbage I was in pain for 4 days and this hospital did nothing to help me. Instead i was escorted out by secuirty. I went to SouthLake hospital er I was able to see a doctor within 45 minutes and as of now they found out I have ulcer they are performing more tests. Mackenzie health needs to fire it's ceo and chief of staff whoever that is in charge of hiring these half ass doctor's and nurses. They should be ashamed of them selves. I would love for cp24 or marketplace to do a story on this hospital. I suggest everyone that had a bad experience with a doctor file a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Horrible hospital, not clean and filthy, not a single cleaning staff for more than 5 hours. Nurses are horrible, they are slow and rude from the moment we checked in until we were seen by the last nurse. I heard the doctor and a few nurses talk about patients stupidity (how rude). Emergency department can actually make you more sick than helping you.
I can t believe we are in Canada, I ve never seen anything like this ever. I ve always heard about how horrible this hospital is but definitely experienced it first hand and hopefully will never have to use it again.

Gave me medication i was allergic to even after i told them im not responding well to it. It seems like these types of mistakes are common as two months ago they overdosed my brother on prednisone... and when he started reacting to that they kept giving him pain killers as he got worse and followed up with internal medicine .. their doctors words were " what self respecting doctor would give you prednisone for eczema" we're like your hospital! she told my brother he's lucky as a few more days of this it could have been fatal.

My family is done with this hospital...
Contacting patient relations isnt going to help with anything we had contacted them
When my grandma was a stroke patient and got no results so dont even bother.

Better off driving 30 min down to sunnybrook!

Biggest concern that this lack of care will carry over to the new Mackenzie hospital being built here in maple.

Seriously? I was in, treated and released before the car was parked (well - that's a bit of an exaggeration). But seriously the nurses were polite and the stress didn't show that much. I hate hospitals and it's not fun but I had no issues at all.

My experience with the emergency service is horrib...

My experience with the emergency service is horrible! Had to take my son once, and my husband another time to this centre and I am sure I will not step foot there another time!

The new initial wait here is short, but you will be dragged from one waiting room to another while doctors pretending they are busy. But believe me not a single one of them now anything about health, medicine or even anything related!

For my son, the emergency doctor visited him and said nothing is wrong with him. Though he asked me to wait for the Pediatrician visit too, who was a dumb person only messing around. After waiting for more than 3 hours, both doctors said that nothing is wrong with my poor 7 months old baby and he s only been fussy. I took him home and only 2 hours later, he was extremely sick and ended up with a bad cold!

In my husband case, they admitted him after taking a blod test and ECG. The doctor confirmed that nothing is wrong with him and when we asked them what is the reason behind his sickness, he said nothing and my husband is only being way too angry!!! ( which never applies to my poor hubby). They sent us home on New Year Eve and two days later turned out it was Flu, which turned in to severe Pneumonia; we found out in our family doctor office!!!

So, my conclusion is Mackenzie Health doctors do not know meds, and this place is a shamble. It's better to have this circuse closed and not to waste tax payers money!!

I was rushed to the hospital due to a severe anaphylactic bee allergy. It was so bad that I was put on an H2 blocker(kid friendly drug). I was a bit disorientated by the drug. My nurse seemed to be very understanding and patient. He was very helpful. Even tough I was yelling and saying weird things that would be very embarrassing he seemed very patient. He brought warmed blankets checked on me every 7 minutes or so. I was given water and I was put right beside the Triage Nurse(for monitoring). She was also very nice. The hospitality they provided was outstanding. I was yelling SOMEONE GET ME WATER FOR SOMALIA and THE DOCTORS ARE SAVING ME and at one point I even cried for nothing . They were very nice. Best hospital I have ever been to!

We were seen in less than 30 min and in the OR 1.5 hours later. The ER staff was very attentive and we hardly waited. They had warm blankets before surgery and made me as comfortable as I could be.

I see so many complaints about the entire staff being rude/not caring.... I m not sure what hospital your talking about but it s not Mackenzie health. I have been admitted into Mackenzie health OVER 100x for an ongoing health issue and I can tell you that each and every single person bends over backwards for you. I don t feel comftorable going to any other hospital. Every time I m admitted, I m extremely ill and every time I go, EVERY nurse, doctor, transporter and even the cafeteria staff make and do everything they can to make me feel better.
Examples?
1. Last year I was in hospital for my birthday. Obviously depressed and sick I just wasn t a happy camper. My nurse started her shift, came in, started doing vitals etc and noticed it was my birthday....she started singing happy birthday and dancing. She made my day and my birthday that day. She ll never know how much that meant to me and how happy it made me.
2. It was around 2,3 am and my dad had left to rest at home and I got very anxious.. when I get sick I get really scared and stressed out... a nurse was walking by and noticed. She stopped and stayed with me for a good 30 min; Reassuring me, talking to me, calming me down, but the kindness and sincerity in her voice was honestly so peaceful and helped me so much without any lorazepam. I then later found out from another fellow nurse that she was on her lunch break. So she basically took her dinner or rest break (they only get the 2) to sit and talk with me. Mackenzie health is always busy, the nurses all deserve and well earn their breaks. I m so grateful and thankful for nurses like her at Mackenzie health because my dad can leave me knowing that I m always in good hands. (If it was southlake hospital my dad would not leave my side )

There are so many other stories I can sit here and tell you but I just honestly want to thank each and every single person who works at mackenzie health, and I want you to all know your importance. You all make a huge impact and you all make a terrible day not so terrible. I love you all and I m forever grateful for all you do and have done

Absolute horrible experience. The small Asian lady and brown Indian girl at the front of the emergency room(inside the box ) don't know how to do their jobs and love intimating/falsely accusing guest. The Afghan security with the beard has zero respect and admiration for his job as you will find him sleeping on the job and being absolutely rude with guest by creating false rules for the hospital. I've asked guest around the emergency room and this is not an isolated incident, these people need to be reported. My experience after residing at the Hospital for 24 hours was terrible and it was perhaps the worst staff to guest experience I've faced.

Doctor Gibbons who assessed my mother in the Minor Injuries Clinic was so bad. He spoke way too fast and seemed to be in a rush since we came near 2pm and he was done at that time as well. He gave us half assed answers to our simple questions about the injury and any meds.

He recommended for my mother to take a few more days off from work. I asked for a simple doctors note and waited for it. At 2:20pm, I approached the nurse there and asked for the doctor. She said he had already gone home and had to chase after him for the note. Having to wait half an hour for a note is ridiculous. He even assessed another patient after us as well.

All nurses we encountered were professional and actively helped us and I really appreciated it.

I'm a cancer survivor and had my surgery done at McKenzie Hospital. I was there for about 7 days amd the staff were absolutely wonderful. Even the cleaning lady (Maria) was so kind. I will never forget her warm smile. She would get me desserts and always made sure I was smiling. Having cancer is hard on a person and being treated so kindly made the days go by easier. Thank you to all the nurses, doctor's and other staff for all the hard work that you do.

It was a great emergency experience. All things considered. I read all kind of complaints and we didn't experience any of that. All the people griping about having to pay because they don't have a health card. Well it's no different from any place in the world. Doctors, nurses and staff were top notch. Everything was super quick and efficient. Thank you.

It has the worst emergency room in the area. So unorganized, we arrived in an ambulance and my son was suffering from the stomach flu and we still waited for 2 our for the doctor to visit him. He prescribed an injection then it took another 2 hour for a nurse coming to do the injection. The problem is that the whole section is running by one doctor and three nurses which are very short for such a crowded ER. The staff are very unpolite and you don't feel welcome at all. Wouldn't ever go there if I had the choice.

And threatened me that if I dont pay it will affect my credit score!!! Stay away...

It appears that those who have posted negative rev...

It appears that those who have posted negative reviews here have no idea how emergency "triage" works. It is not based on who arrived first. Logic dictates that those who present with symptoms that suggest death is imminent, are treated first. Therefore, those with a broken finger, for example, must wait while those with life threatening conditions are saved. The term "patients" is used for a logical reason too.

My experience at Mackenzie Health...
Outstanding treatment and care.

I was in the Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill Hospital April 30 May 3 General Surgery 4th floor. I had the best of care from everyone who looked after me both pre and post surgery to remove my gall bladder.

Due to the excellent skills of the surgical team I awoke on the morning of May 1 and the symptoms that brought me to the hospital were completely gone. After performing the surgery between 1 and 3 AM Sunday morning the surgeon who had previously advised my wife to go home, kept her promise and called her at 4 AM to provide a full report. When do doctors sleep? Are they not aware of the health effects of sleep deprivation? The doctor also made an impression on me through her excellent bedside manner and compassion.

All of the nurses looked after me very well too. They were concerned about my comfort and any pain I might be experiencing. I assured them I was not in pain but they kept asking about it.

Many thanks to all who cared for me during my time of need. :-)

I was at the emergency from 1 pm until 12:10 am. The doctor's and nurses are overworked. The rooms are very dirty, the equipment are dirty and stained. The washroom was traumatizing, stains of all sorts, on walls, the toilet seat ,sink ,door and so on. It's a shame,I had surgery last year and the room and bathroom was a mess also.

Today I've been waiting at minor treatment for 4 hours! Only one doctor is visiting patience. The doctor appologies to the pateince for the long wait. He is very polite. Other staff who just do the paper work, sitting on chairs, or busy with cell phone show no sympathy or empathy to the patience. Some of them are really wrongly working at hospital. This is the last time get here. Now I know why the rating of this hospital is 2.5!

My wife was referred by our family doctor as an urgent paicient because of her infection and fever . She needed an urgent small surgery . Only she needs a CT Scan .

We arrived in the hospital 12 pm , CT was done 8 pm and she was too bad because of her fever and pain .

Finally at 11 pm doctor decided to do the small surgery and take the infection out . But at the last minute she scared and said you'd better wait until tomorrow .

They checked her out of emergency and said someone from upper level will come and picked her up .

It didn't happened untill 1 am and because of surgery she was fast since last Moro and they didn't let her eat anything .

Now it 2:30 pm next day I am writing this . She is still hungry and waiting for the small surgery .

Everyone examine her for 5 minutes and then go to the computer and writes for 30 minutes !!

I don't know what they are writing !!

Finally this morning they injected Morphin to her to make her calm after more that a day waiting in hospital for treatment .

She has lots of pain and still we are waiting for the surgery room to do the 10 minutes small surgery .

What kind of emergency system is it .

If is so funny : they take the paicient to hospital by ambulance in 5 minutes and after that paicient should wait more than a day there .

This place is infamous not only for its poor emergency and cold doctors but the poor radiologists as well! Perfect combination. Came in with severe pains on my cheek along with severe panic attacks that were completely ignored. ultrasound came up with nothing. I was treated with scorn and my panic attacks were not even remotely addressed, and was told nothing was wrong with me. This is apparently a frequent pattern in this hospital, people come here and are told nothing is wrong with them when in fact something is quite wrong. Second ultrasound i did with a family doctors s referral found a mass in my cheek and a swollen lymph node

Pregnant? Never ever deliver your baby at this hospital. Do not even come closer here. We had our second baby at this hospital and from A to Z, everything is awful and unprofessional. Cleanness, nurses (except two nice ladies), service, rooms,hospitality.. You can't find any of these in this hospital. I ask a question to the nurse, the answer is "you don't have it, you didn't bring it". 1 star is even too much for here. They say because of the Covid-19 situation, visitor can't go in the hallway, but you have to walk through hallway for the visitor restrooms. They put 4 moms, their visitors and the babies = 12 lives in ONE room and talk about safety. 4 moms use a single washroom in the room and talk about pandemic. Embarrassing.

Do NOT BRING YOUR CHILED HERE OR FAMILY MEMBER
Im so sad that something like this can even happen.
my son had the flew went to doctors just make sure he was ok witch was fine that was Jan 20th 2019. I noticed fever was not going away went to Mackenzie Health on Jan 28 2019 my son had been having a fever on and off for 11 days they had given Advil and said he just looked like he had caught something back to back. I told the doc that I'm concerned theres another reason behind the fevers and would like blood work. He said there was no need for that and if I wanted to see the paediatrician in the hospital. they booked me to see the paediatrician on jan 30 2019 he then told me he looked fine that he had no worries that he needed time to rest. So again no blood work or anything mind you we were on day 13 of fevers. he told us to come back in 5 days if he still had a fever. The next day Jan 31 2019 I was really concerned so I went to sick kids and WOW in 3 hours they had herd his breathing and said lets have an ultrasound after ultrasound Xray and there was are 15 day fever problem "Pneumonia" this could have been life threatening had I waited 5 more days as they said

Keeping in mind the ED is a highly intense, stressful environment, I have to say this place has improved since I became a citizen of Vaughan 25 years ago. However, the Dr we saw tonight didn't identify himself, interrupted the nurse, who didn't finish her tasks, and was hardly someone to trust my child's wellbeing with; he made no eye contact for the hour or so he's been walking past us in the open hall. There is garbage on the counters with a vial of unmarked blood in front of coffee and box of food. A child is placed on a gurney in front of a room with a man swearing and shaking his bed rails. Let's say MH is no where near the facility it desires to be. I feel sorry for the staff that work so hard there.

I came to this hospital to give birth to my daught...

I came to this hospital to give birth to my daughter. Right from beginning to end it was such a terrible experience. When I was checked in the nurse made me strip naked and wanted me to walk to the washroom without giving me my gown..their were other pregnant woman and their husbands in their as well. Than she failed to report to the other nurses that my baby was breached. Once they found out they brought me in for a c section. I was not able to breast feed but that didnt stop the nurses from making me feel terrible about it. We had to fight with them to give me crying baby girl formula and when they did they just dropped it on my bed without a word. Oh... and my absolute FAVORITE....they kept "forgetting" to come and bring me my pain medication. When my husband confronted them about it they told him is was our job to remind them. One nurse came in with a syringe and simply asked "would you like this in your butt or your arm?" SHE DIDNT EVEN TELL ME WHAT IT WAS SHE WAS GIVING ME!!! When I asked she yelled at me saying it was morphine and to answer her question... when I told her my arm she literally jammed it in my arm and walked out without even wipeing the blood that was running down my arm.

My grandmother passed away at Mackenzie Health and...

My grandmother passed away at Mackenzie Health and my wife visited their ER twice this year due to a broken toe and then a broken right foot. In all 3 cases there's nothing major to complain about. The ER tries to triage people as fast as they can, but you may end up spending anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours depending on how many people they have there.

When speaking about long-term care, my grandma was taken good care of at Mackenzie Health, but unfortunately there wasn't always a nurse available who spoke Russian. Given how multicultural Richmond Hill is, you'd expect elderly people in long-term care who do not speak English. As a result, the hospital should have multilingual nurses who speak Russian, Farsi, and Mandarin, in addition to English. That way, most major ethnic groups present in Richmond Hill will be accommodated.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of communication and incompetence. Imagine two physicians and nursing staff telling an older man who suffers from dementia to bring in his wife's medical information and refuses to get information from other family members or patient's current medical caregivers.

How dare you tell patient's families that you have no time to discuss their loved ones conditions. That is your JOB!!!!! The board of directors are being contacted.

Our family will be investigating this hospital and it's inept staff. Why don't you respond with the hospital ombudsman's direct phone number.

I had three procedures in one surgery performed at Mackenzie Health a week ago, to allieviate my chronic sinusitis. The whole experience could not have gone better. My partner and I were extremely impressed by the professionalism and warm bedside manner we received from every single person we encountered. Before the surgery, they explained each step slowly and clearly, and double-checked the details many times, making me feel comfortable and safe. After the surgery, which activated a severe migraine and pain for me (a longtime migraine sufferer so this was expected), they kept my boyfriend calm and informed, and made sure my pain level was significantly decreased before releasing me. Dr. Lukas Kus was my surgeon, and he was terrific through the entire process. I don t usually post reviews, but I was struck by how wonderful we were treated and how smoothly everything went, throughout an experience I was not looking forward to and quite nervous about. I really can t say enough good things about my experience at Mackenzie Health!

I was admitted for 18 days from ER as they quickly diagnosed me as a very complex cancer patient at the age of 35.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff all cared for my physical and emotional well-being as well as my family.

The Drs were so sympathetic and coordinated endless urgent tests and with two other cancer centers to get my diagnosis and radiation started at incredible speed.

The admin, nutrition, kitchen, and physio teams saw me daily to check on, assist and reassess. All were incredibly kind.

The true angels were the nurses. Ganet, Jessica and Salma in C wing took me into their family. Each had a different way of caring for me, support my devastated family and most importantly of treating me with such love and compassion. These ladies and others sat with me when i cried, escalated issues when i was in pain or just made me laugh when they could.

This hospital really was a blessing in these awful days and I will never thank them enough.

Don't come to this hospital if you could. The worst hospital ever and I really regret sending my mom to this hospital. My mom died in this hospital without respects. The doctors and nursers here are just cold blooded and they have no mercy.

This hospital is disorganized, rushed, clueless, and bureaucratic. Especially if you are not from Canada, go to a different hospital. As I am a visitor, my ER visit costs $680. During the visit, the doctor ordered an ultrasound, which he and several nurses strongly pushed to schedule the next day, as I would be waiting too long to have it the same day. I followed their advice, and returned the next day for the ultrasound. Afterward, I was told I needed to pay the $680 again as if I were a new patient, just to have my results interpreted by an ER doctor. If I had ignored the advice of the staff [or if anyone had informed me that I would need to pay again], I would have waited and been able to afford my complete visit. Because of the staff's careless oversight of my not being Canadian, I was not able to receive a diagnosis from my ER visit. Registration staff said "there was nothing they could do."

This is a very poor health facility when it comes to emergency services. One of the worst I have seen in my lifetime. I made a complaint to one of the doctors the last time I visited with my wife, he literally agreed with me that their process is poor, and the management can still not do anything about it. C'mon guys, you are dealing with lives. The second visit was the same experience. Average wait time for emergency is 6-8hours...y'all must be a joke!

My baby boy was born here 5 days ago. It was a perfect place for us to welcome the angle. All the nurses, doctors and staff there are friendly and they have highly responsibility of their duty. I'd like to share some issues during our hospitalized period(although it was only two days ).

For instance, when we are about to discharge on that day, the nurse checked our baby car seat and found it was not the one that was available in Canada(actually I bought it in China and brought it here). The cop might pull us over charge $500. I went to Walmart and bought a Canadian standard one. We were good to go!

The baby was crying a lot during the night time when we in our ward, especially when I leave him on bed so I had to hold him all time time. The nurse(M) came to comfort e and the baby and told it was normal because the baby feels isolated on bed alone and it would be fine in the next few days. I felt so warm from her words.

It is our first baby and both my wife and I are appreciate of the service here.

Thank you and see you next time Mackenzie Health.

I have just returned from having surgery at Mackenzie Health.
For the purpose of identifying staff with whom I interacted, my "home room"was located in D4 Purple
All of the staff with whom I interacted were without exception very effective communicators. This greatly reduced my anxiety.
On a scale of 1-10, I would unhesitatingly rate this group of dedicated individuals worthy of an 11. (and anyone who complains about hospital food has not eaten at M.H.)

I came to the ER with severe pain in my head leading down to my neck. Anyone with common sense and knows their body well enough to know when something is not right with their body would go to the ER.. the nurses were great. The doctor was very condescending, didn t really cover the other symptoms I had. He walked in and had the nerve to ask my why I decided to come to the hospital.. the part that upset me the most was when I asked for a doctors note he responded saying what . In the end he didn t even write me a note. Regardless if the doctor found my situation to be a waste of time, I clearly thought it was serious enough to come to the hospital. Just because you re a doctor it doesn t give you the right to treat your patients like they re wasting your time. It s your job, save the attitude and just do your job.

My experience at Mackenzie Health was fantastic! I went into the Emergency department on a Saturday night in October 2015 for a broken foot and was seen almost immediately. The x-rays were done within 30 minutes. The doctors, the nurses were amazing. I am so glad I went to Mackenzie Health.

I went to the hospital with my kid who was in a lot of pain. We had to wait for 3 hours for the doctor to come. He was in charge of three wards. When he came to my son he discharged him after examining. Now i am getting a mail telling me that i have to pay 15 dollars for a test they did after we left the hospital. They did not even called us to give us the test result

This is like a hospital inside war zone! Resources are very limited. We had to wait almost 4 hrs to see a doctor! Facilities are very old and staff are very tired and unhappy. They can not even read the names correctly.
If you really care about your health do not visit this place.

It is 1:20am and still waiting for radiologist to see the report!?!

I was expecting more than a copy-past text!!! They have my number. No one called me to understand my issue!!!!! this hospital does not care about customers! they only care about bad comment in the net.

Got admitted with severe acute lower back pain. Basically couldn't walk or move my upper body independently. Ambulance staff was great the guy in admission was great theu helped wheel me around cause I couldn't do it myself. But the older black nurse in emergency is definitely in the wrong line of work. Came out and told me to follow her, I told her I can't walk independently and don't have good use of my upper body and she turned around and with the biggest attitude told me to figure it out because SHE WILL NOT PUSH ME in the wheel chair. I never felt so alone and helpless in my life and they don't allow visitors because of covid. I am amazed that this nurse actually has a job as she is the most useless waste of space and salary.

Someone explain to me how my husband brought in my daughter to have her forehead and these "doctor's" couldn't do the basic job of stitching her up. Within 12 hours all three stitches have fallen out and the cut has re opened. We visited another location once we noticed the stitches missing and they informed us they were never done right to begin with. This place should be shut down and the staff disbarred

The worst hospital you can go to. Unprofessional staff in the emergency! My child was not even assessed properly. Medication was administered without my permision! My child was misdiagnosed, and we had to travel to a different hospital where he was treated appropriately. I am a health care professional and have never seen suach a horrible care. Stay away from this emergency, and take your time to travel to a different health care facility where you will be assessed by the professionals.

It has been a very disappointing experience for me and my family. Starting from the bottom ( the screeing to the doctors) no one is ready or knows any answers to our questions. One doc tells you something the other doc who comes something else and finally the procedure is done by the 3rd doc. No one takes the initiative to come and explain to us. The people at the screening think they know all and be so rude ( some of them are very good and understanding) not ready to listen. I request whoever is in charge to please do something as we go through a lot during this time and we need someone to understand and not be rude. Please let me know what is going to be done via e-mail.

I had to go to the Emergency dept on Labor Day but I only had private travel insurance. Obviously since it was an emergency I didn t have the claim form with me for the doctor to fill out and figured I could pay and claim later. Big mistake! I ve been chasing this doctor and the ER secretary for a month to fill out the form and haven t seen such rude and unhelpful staff anywhere else. They keep saying the doctor will call me when it s been done but I m waiting and waiting. They hang up on me when I call. Awful ER department!
