It has been a very disappointing experience for me and my family. Starting from the bottom ( the screeing to the doctors) no one is ready or knows any answers to our questions. One doc tells you something the other doc who comes something else and finally the procedure is done by the 3rd doc. No one takes the initiative to come and explain to us. The people at the screening think they know all and be so rude ( some of them are very good and understanding) not ready to listen. I request whoever is in charge to please do something as we go through a lot during this time and we need someone to understand and not be rude.
