I had to go to the Emergency dept on Labor Day but...

I had to go to the Emergency dept on Labor Day but I only had private travel insurance. Obviously since it was an emergency I didn t have the claim form with me for the doctor to fill out and figured I could pay and claim later. Big mistake! I ve been chasing this doctor and the ER secretary for a month to fill out the form and haven t seen such rude and unhelpful staff anywhere else. They keep saying the doctor will call me when it s been done but I m waiting and waiting. They hang up on me when I call. Awful ER department!
