Took several days longer than expected and still having issues with the burning smell related to the broken part. Much of the issue should lie with Chevy for building an inferior part and then burying it so deeply. The mechanics should consult the Chevy forum site as other Chevy technicians have found more efficient, faster, and cheaper ways to replace the defroster module. It works but am hoping that they part was made to withstand more than 4 winter defrost cycles. Why 2 stars? 1 star for they fixed the defroster (part $30, labor $1270 all in removing the entire dashboard, twice due the mechanic error) and they did offer a loaner car for the 2nd star. Pickup agent was rude but that was expected. Taking my car to a local garage next time.
Talked to parts department about a price inquiry on a part I was looking for - was 90% higher than the local and online competitors. No offer to price match - I told him I'd call back about it - said I'd have to drive there to pay for it before they'd order it - as I was asking if they'd take a credit card over the phone I get hung up on. No thanks.
Made an appointment on Friday 1:00 they didn t look at my car until Saturday at 3 PM told me they d have the part in on Monday didn t have the part until Tuesday was without my car for four days finally got my car back Tuesday at the end of the day will never go here again mechanics charge $175 per hour ridiculous pricing the part was $100 and I had a $550 bill strongly advise steering away from this place for service

I recently bought a used Audi from this dealership. Overall I had a great experience--the car was offered at a great price and Dana, the salesperson I worked with, was personable and seemed to care about making my purchasing experience a positive one. Negotiations for the car were tough and took well over an hour, which I think is unavoidable and to be expected. I'm giving my overall experience four stars instead of five for two reasons. Firstly, while I was examining/testing out the interior of the car, the latch that holds the driver-side sun visor broke! Zac, the salesman who was with me in the car, stated "You broke it" and that I was too rough with it, and made it out to be my responsibility. This finger pointing was upsetting to me, and eventually they offered $50 off the sale price to have it fixed elsewhere, although I suspect it will cost more than $50 at an Audi dealership to fix. Secondly, after buying the car the dealership was very hesitant to have the car delivered to my condo, which is under a 20 minute drive away. I had to drive home and pick up my spouse after work and drive back around 8PM. Not a big deal but a bit of a hassle after spending a day at the dealership. However other than these two issues, I did have overall a good purchasing experience and would recommend this dealership.

I had yet another great experience at Lupient. Yesterday, my partner dropped off my vehicle to get splash guards installed that were ordered at the time of my purchase. A rental car was also provided, which was appreciated to be able to carry on with our day. During the day I received a call that my new license plates were in. I mentioned that I would have my partner pick the plates up from the sales desk when he was in to pick up my vehicle. Without asking my plates were installed along with the splash guards and I was all set to go. We always feel taken care of when we stop in. Mark continues to be a pleasure to work with.

The service consultant was rude and unprofessional. Came in for the new brake assist recall for my Silverado and an oil change. I asked to have my wiper blades replaced and that my tire pressure was set at 40 PSI. The service consultant actually sighed when I requested that, and he did NOT set the tire pressure at 40 PSI but only 32 PSI. On top of that there was oil spots on my windshield from where they put the service sticker.

The service director called and apologized for the inconvenience. I explained the situation and he was very understanding. Hopefully next visit will be a better experience.
This is the absolute worst dealership to try and work with. My daughter bought a used car from Lupient Chevrolet and within 2 week she started to have issues with the engine light coming in. She took it to a dealer they looked at it and said it needed a timing belt. She decided to have it fixed and when the dealership took it apart it was full of metal shavings. She was told the car has been gone through and the oil changed. Had they changed the oil they would have known that there were metal shavings in the engine and oil. She had to have a new engine put in her car and they will do absolutely nothing to help. They offered to put a used engine in for $4500 cost to her. My husband found an engine, someone to replace the engine and asked for them to pay for half of it which would have been $1,200 and they refused to even help. Mind you she only had the car for three weeks by the time the engine had to be replaced. Even the owner of the company will not return phone calls! So is this a company you want to deal with when they won't even do proper customer service I think not!

My wife leased a Chev Traverse here 2 years back and it was an average experience with no real complaints. But working with the service department has been a nightmare to say the least! From not calling us in a timely manner once left there for service, to not returning phone calls from us to ask about the progress. The phone system is a joke because you can never reach anyone other than some call center in Golden Valley, and even when I explained that I simply wanted to talk to anyone in the service, including asking to speak to the service manager, all I got was voicemails. The last time I simply wanted to pay our service bill and arrange to have the car left in the parking lot so that we could pick it up after hours, but lo and behold, I could not get ahold of anyone there. I tried several times and each time their call center person put me into another voicemail. I can guarantee that when my wifes lease comes up in January that we will look heavily at other options. Ford may benefit from Lupients inability to train the service department to treat customers the proper way!
CJ, Chuck, Jor, Paul and the rest of the Lupient team did a great job. From my very first call, everything was simple, clear and hassle-free. They listened to what I was looking for, and importantly also what I did not need. The follow-up was also great and I never wondered if everything was progressing as planned before I showed up to close. Well done!
My family recently purchased a new vehicle through Lupient Chevrolet, and Luis Rocha was the Sale Representative who helped us. Luis was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly patient with all of us as we tried to make our final decision, and as everyone knows, making a group decision can be difficult and stressful. Besides the fact that he was knowledgeable about everything, he was very friendly and did not pressure us to close the deal. All of us would work with Luis again next time we are in the market for a car.

Normally I have a good experience at Lupient. This was different. We came in for routine service - oil change and tire rotation. Normally we take our GMC Acadia to Lupient's GMC shop in Golden Valley. This time we brought it to the Chevy shop in Bloomington. A few things that were different: First, the cost was higher for the same service. $69.95 at Bloomington while it's $54.95 in Golden Valley. Second, Lupient GMC will always wash your car. Lupient Bloomington didn't bother to wash our car. Third, the service was to include topping off all fluids, but within hours of driving away, we were out of washer fluid. I'm not sure there's a compelling reason to go to Lupient Chevy for service when the same company offers better service at a cheaper price only a few more miles away.
I had the pleasure to work with Zac Lovera and the whole process was a breeze. He made sure I had everything I needed before coming into the dealership to start the buying process and it went super smooth!
Love this dealership! I have previously bought from them back in early 2000's when it was Harold Chevrolet. Great place then and even better now. The staff made me feel at home and were very helpful. My sales person Ryan was so nice and patient with my many repeat questions. Would recommend them highly!

Not too sure about the service I've received from this place. I worked with Zac from sales department to purchase a used car. I told him that I will would like to see a Chevy Silverado the next morning at 9. Come morning, received a text from Zac saying the Silverado was being used at the moment. Rescheduled for a different date to see a Chevy Traverse, his suggestion given my request. I arrived 2 hours later and he was courteous and friendly. He offered me water. I sat down and talked about my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He said I would get better approval from banks if I went with a new vehicle. After finding out I have about 9 K in negative equity towards my current vehicle, banks were hesitant. MSRP of a Chevy Traverse is about 41 K minus 7 K of dealership discounts including military discount comes to about 34 K in purchase price. But after all the fees for whatever was added on to that 34 K the final price was about 42 K. Needless to say, I went in there hoping for a used vehicle came out with empty heart and crushed dreams. I got my hopes up for owning a brand new vehicle, something I never accomplished, oh well, such is life. Of course, made it all possible to my poor credit and lack of down payment. Still thankful to Zac for his patience with the entire process. I can not imagine having to go through that all day every day.
PS Zac's daughter Nova is 10 months tomorrow, lots of hugs for her.

I first saw Mark, who wanted me to test drive a Chevy Trax, he was very friendly and informative. A couple of week later, I called Lupient and David Younglove told me to come in and and talk about the Trax. He was great. Very informative on the Trax and knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave me a fantastic deal that made my decision to purchase it. He was very friendly and easy to talk with. I set up the financing with Jor, who was fantastic, in her knowledge about financing and explained everything extremely well. Very easy to talk to and very kind. I am very satisfied with all three of them, who treated me extremely well.
Purchased my truck from Lupient and overall was a good experience. Worked with Dana in sales and he was knowledgeable about the truck and laid back in his sales approach. Very personable guy who never was pushy which is refreshing when purchasing a vehicle. Also thought I was given a fair price without too much haggling. Would recommend.
Dana sold me a fantastic Corvette. The reason I bought the car from him and worked with Lupient was that he was honest, diligent, and no-nonsense. His first Corvette sale! Dana is a huge asset to Lupient and I hope he always keeps a positive and straightforward attitude which is often absent in car dealership people. Very comfortable environment. Very nice people. They worked with me very well. Had few different options that I did not want so they kept on doing thier thing and I got my Chevy so I'm very pleased with them and I recommend everyone to go there and get your vehicle. Lupient staff were great, and during a pandemic, it was easy to find something online and correspond via email and phone with Rafael who assisted me in finding a vehicle that suited all my needs and wants. I got a great deal and got a vehicle with all the bells and whistles that I was looking for. Matt in finance was great at explaining the financial piece of buying, and made sure I understood what he was saying. He answered questions, and we were able to get a better deal with some tweaks. I am very cautious about COVID, and the shop was clean and everyone was wearing masks and distancing. They even made sure my vehicle was COVID cleaned before I drove it off the lot. I had a great interaction with four people there, two sales reps, the manager, and the finance guy. Between the four of them and a tape measure, we found a truck that would fit all of my hobbies. Dana is the one who sold me my car, not only did he do that but every time I come in he's so willing to help out and be personable. He's not just a salesman, or whatever one may call him. He's a friend. He is stellar and I'm glad that I got my car from him! He helped me choose which car to get. Let's just say it's perfect! I normally don't post many reviews but I felt like I should give credit where credit is due. My heat broke right before negative temperatures were suppose to hit and I called various places who couldn't get me in for at least 3-6 days. I called Lupient and scheduled an appointment the next day, not to mention a Saturday, and they got me in at 11. I asked to get transferred to service as I just wanted to get an idea of what is going on with my car. Todd not only looked up necessary information that people never do for me over the phone AND got me in at 8am, as well as finished same day. Such a nice man and had excellence customer service as well as car service. Thanks Todd!!
We purchased our Malibu here in 2008. I have brought it only here for service. We brought it in last week with a clunking sound on turns. They replaced a steering component for over $500 and aligned the wheels which didn't affect the issue at all. I went back yesterday and spoke with the assistant manager who now wants to replace the strut mounts and bearings for another $1100. I have lost all confidence in their ability to diagnose the issue and treat me fairly.
Everyone at Lupient was amazing to work with. They delivered our car to our house for a test drive! At no point did we ever feel pressured to purchase anything we weren't comfortable with. We'll defiantly continue purchasing our cars through Lupient for years to come.

This dealer is the most expensive one I have ever seen, when I asked if it s the same GM why would you be expensive they said different dealers different prices So I wouldn t recommend this location because you can get the same thing for cheaper from any other Chevrolet dealership.
A great buying experience. Jared Kenny #TheCarUmp was our salesman. Very knowledgeable, and no pressure. He found us a great deal on a car, and we are very satisfied with it and our experience.
The last time I bought a car was in 2006 from a Denny Hecker dealership and hated that experience. Dealing with Jared at Lupient was night and day.
