i was visiting my daughter in bloomington, we live in canada when we got there i was having trouble with front axle(making lots of noise) john aaron loos in service got my truck in on sat. morning got it fixed up for us by 1pm that day( super service). this saved our trip from disaster and got us home safe. you should be very proud of your service dept they just became my new friends in usa thanks a million bruce munro from regina sask. canada
