I met Mark Kleve as soon as I shut the door of my '01 Honda Civic, which I had purchased from the dealer several years ago. He introduced himself and began the process that lead to a decision to buy another Civic, this time an '02, practically identical to the first, except it was a 2-door. In between I had the best car buying experience of my life, seriously. Mark was always upbeat, enthusiastic and completely transparent throughout the entire transaction, keeping me in the loop, explaining the attributes of the car one by one slowly and surely guiding me to the choice that was the only one that made sense for me and answered the question: is this the right car for me? The aspect that impressed me the most was the simple fact of respect for me as a prospective buyer; no BS, no bait and switch, no "don't you want to add this?" He even agreed to knock $500 off the asking price when he did not have to, the car was worth every penny. I got the best deal for the right car at the right place and the right time. I could not be more satisfied, period. I am very happy I decided to stop by before heading out to the other dealer, which is where I originally intended to go. It was meant to be.
